A speaker is a commonly used sound generating device, and is built in an electronic product to serve as a sound generating device. Electronic products generally have a microphone function, so a speaker module integrating the functions of a speaker and a microphone is often used as an acoustic device. The existing loudspeaker module occupies a large space of an electronic product, and generally only has an acoustic function, and the function is relatively single. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the prior art, so as to increase the space utilization inside the speaker module while enriching the functions of the speaker module.

When three sensors are provided on the side wall of the housing, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a light sensor may be selected for detecting the temperature, humidity, and illumination intensity of the outside, respectively. At this time, the structure of the middle shell is complex, and in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the middle shell, the middle shell can be formed by an injection molding mode. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the middle shell is reduced, and the forming efficiency is improved. The injection molding process of the middle shell can adopt the following steps: firstly, connecting the sensor with the conduction piece in a welding mode, such as welding by using laser as a heat source; then, placing the connecting body of the sensor and the conducting piece in a mold for injection molding of the middle shell; and finally, performing injection molding in a mold to obtain the middle shell. In this case, after the injection molding of the middle case is completed, the connecting body of the sensor and the conductive member is embedded in the middle case, and the probe of the sensor is exposed outside the middle case. A portion of the conductor is also exposed outside the mid-housing for connection to an external control circuit. The material of the middle shell can be plastic capable of being injection molded, such as ABS, PA and the like. The invention is not limited in this regard. With the integrative injection moulding of connector and well casing of sensor and conduction piece, greatly simplified the installation of sensor and conduction piece, improved the assembly efficiency of speaker module.
