The invention discloses an electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet which comprises a power distribution cabinet body, a power distribution cabinet door, two dust removal fans, an electrostatic field detection sensor, a high-voltage air guide pipe, an L-shaped air outlet, an ion generator and an air compressor. The power distribution cabinet controls the ion generator to generate charges through the control unit, the charges are neutralized with static electricity of electric elements in the power distribution cabinet, and dust is discharged out of the power distribution cabinet through air compressed gas and the fan.

Further, a power management unit, a processing chip, an electrostatic field detection unit and an electric control unit are arranged in the power distribution cabinet body; the power supply input end of the power supply management unit is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply, and the output end of the power supply management unit is electrically connected with the processing chip and the electric control unit through a connecting wire; the electrostatic field detection unit is connected with the detection end of the processing chip through a connecting wire, and the signal output end of the processing chip is connected with the detection port of the electric control unit.

The ion generator further comprises a power supply inlet end and a switch, the power supply inlet end is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply in the power distribution cabinet, and the switch is connected with an electric control unit in the power distribution cabinet body through a connecting wire.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides an electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet, which comprises a power distribution cabinet body 8, a power distribution cabinet door 1, two dust removal fans 7, an electrostatic field detection sensor 2, a high-voltage air duct 3, an L-shaped air outlet, an ion generator 5 and an air compressor 6; switch board cabinet door 1 is installed on 8 left side lateral wall front ends of the switch board cabinet body, electrostatic field detection sensor 2 installs in 1 inner wall central authorities of switch board cabinet door, fixed round high-pressure air duct 3 all around of 1 inner wall of switch board cabinet door, L shape gas outlet is installed on high-pressure air duct 3, ion generator 5 and air compressor 6 are installed at 8 inner wall lower extremes of the switch board cabinet body, two dust exhausting fans 7 are installed in 8 inner wall belows of the switch board cabinet body.
The working principle of the electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet specifically comprises the following steps: when a power supply of the power distribution cabinet is started, an electrostatic field detection sensor 2 on a cabinet door 1 of the power distribution cabinet detects an electrostatic field in a cabinet body 8 of the power distribution cabinet; set up electrostatic field detection parameter on the processing chip in the switch board, when the static value that detects surpassed normal range, start ion generator 5 and air compressor 6, blow out the air mass that has positive and negative electric charge from each L shape gas outlet 4 through high-pressure air duct 3, blow off the laying dust on the electric elements in the switch board, neutralize the static that carries on the electric elements simultaneously, then discharge the dust through dust removal fan 7 below the switch board cabinet body 8, until the static detection sensor detected value resumes to the normal value.
As shown in fig. 2, a power management unit, a processing chip, an electrostatic field detection unit and an electrical control unit are installed in the power distribution cabinet body 8; the power supply input end of the power supply management unit is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply, and the output end of the power supply management unit is electrically connected with the processing chip and the electric control unit through a connecting wire; the electrostatic field detection unit is connected with the detection end of the processing chip through a connecting wire, and the signal output end of the processing chip is connected with the detection port of the electric control unit.
According to the above, the high-pressure air duct 3 is connected with the L-shaped air outlet 4 at each section of 10-15cm, wherein the direction of the L-shaped air outlet 4 points to the inside of the power distribution cabinet.
According to the above, the electrostatic field detection sensor 2 includes a detection port, and the detection port is connected with a detection port in the electrostatic field detection unit in the power distribution cabinet body 8 through a connection line.

The electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a power management unit, a processing chip, an electrostatic field detection unit and an electrical control unit are installed in the cabinet body of the power distribution cabinet; the power supply input end of the power supply management unit is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply, and the output end of the power supply management unit is electrically connected with the processing chip and the electric control unit through a connecting wire; the electrostatic field detection unit is connected with the detection end of the processing chip through a connecting wire, and the signal output end of the processing chip is connected with the detection port of the electric control unit.

The electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the air compressor comprises a power supply control end, and the power supply control end is connected with an electric control unit in the power distribution cabinet through a connecting wire.

The electrostatic field detection type automatic dust removal power distribution cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the ion generator comprises a power supply inlet end and a switch, the power supply inlet end is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply in the power distribution cabinet, and the switch is connected with an electric control unit in the cabinet body of the power distribution cabinet through a connecting wire.
