the system comprises a binding module 10, a parking interest platform account and a parking interest platform account, wherein the binding module is used for inputting vehicle information in a parking interest binding or unbinding mode selected by a user and binding or unbinding the vehicle information with the corresponding parking interest platform account;
the information input module 40 is used for inputting vehicle information of the vehicle at the entrance of the parking area when the vehicle is at the entrance of the parking area;
the identification module 20 is configured to identify whether the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship, and whether the parking interest platform account has an available parking interest;
the display control module 30 is configured to, when the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship and the parking interest platform account has an available parking interest, enable the corresponding parking interest in the parking interest platform account to be occupied by the vehicle after the vehicle enters the parking area entrance;
the information entry module 40 is further used for entering vehicle information of the vehicle at the exit of the parking area when the vehicle is at the exit of the parking area;
the display control module 30 is further configured to display that the parking right corresponding to the vehicle information in the parking right platform account is released after the vehicle exits the parking area exit.
The binding module 10 is further configured to manually enter vehicle information on an intelligent terminal installed at an entrance or an exit of the parking area in a parking interest platform binding or unbinding mode selected by a user, and bind or unbind the vehicle information with an account of a corresponding parking interest platform;
the binding module 10 is further configured to enter vehicle information on a mobile terminal held by the user in a parking interest terminal binding or unbinding mode selected by the user, and bind or unbind the vehicle information with an account of the corresponding parking interest platform.

an identification module 20, further configured to identify whether a parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest;
the display control module 30 is further configured to display the parking interest held in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card when the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest.
The identification module 20 is further configured to identify whether a parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has an available parking interest when the parking card is swiped through a card swiping terminal installed at an entrance of the parking area;
the display control module 30 is further configured to display that the parking interest possessed in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card is occupied when the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest.
The information input module 40 is further configured to input vehicle information of a vehicle at an exit of the parking area when a parking card is swiped on a card swiping terminal installed at the exit of the parking area;
the binding module 10 is further used for releasing the parking interest in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card; and unbinding the vehicle information from the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card.
The binding module 10 is further configured to release the parking interest in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card when the parking card is swiped through the card swiping terminal installed at the exit of the parking area.
One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, is an electronic device 100, which includes a processor 110, a memory 120, wherein the memory 120 is used for storing a computer program; the processor 110 is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 120 to implement the operations performed by the corresponding embodiments of the open parking management method.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 100 may further include a communication interface 140 and a communication bus 120, and may further include an input/output interface 130, where the processor 110, the memory 120, the input/output interface 130, and the communication interface 140 complete mutual communication through the communication bus 120.
A communication bus 120 is a circuit that connects the described elements and enables transmission between the elements. For example, the processor 110 receives commands from other elements through the communication bus 120, decrypts the received commands, and performs calculations or data processing according to the decrypted commands. The memory 120 may include program modules such as a kernel (kernel), middleware (middleware), an Application Programming Interface (API), and applications. The program modules may be comprised of software, firmware or hardware, or at least two of the same. The input/output interface 130 relays commands or data input by a user through input/output devices (e.g., sensors, keyboards, touch screens). The communication interface 140 connects the computer device 100 to other network devices, user devices, networks. For example, the communication interface 140 may be connected to a network by wire or wirelessly to connect to external other network devices or user devices. The wired communication may include at least one of: universal Serial Bus (USB), high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), asynchronous transfer standard interface (RS-232), and the like. The network may be a telecommunications network and a communications network. The communication network may be a computer network, the internet of things, a telephone network. The computer device 100 may connect to a network through the communication interface 140, and protocols by which the computer device 100 communicates with other network devices may be supported by at least one of an application, an Application Programming Interface (API), middleware, a kernel, and the communication interface 140.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer storage medium stores at least one instruction, and the instruction is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the operations performed by the corresponding embodiments of the open parking management method. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (RAM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
They may be implemented in program code that is executable by a computing device such that it is executed by the computing device, or separately, or as individual integrated circuit modules, or as a plurality or steps of individual integrated circuit modules. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An open parking management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that vehicle information is input in a parking interest binding or unbinding mode selected by a user, and the vehicle information is bound or unbound with a corresponding parking interest platform account;
when a vehicle is positioned at an entrance of a parking area, inputting vehicle information of the vehicle positioned at the entrance of the parking area, and identifying whether the vehicle information and a corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship and whether the parking interest platform account has available parking interest;
when the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship and the parking interest platform account has available parking interest, the corresponding parking interest in the parking interest platform account is occupied by the vehicle after the vehicle enters the entrance of the parking area;
when the vehicle is at the exit of the parking area, recording the vehicle information of the vehicle at the exit of the parking area;
and after the vehicle exits the parking area outlet, releasing the corresponding parking interest in the parking interest platform account corresponding to the vehicle information.

The open parking management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of entering vehicle information in a parking interest binding or unbinding mode selected by a user and binding or unbinding the vehicle information with a corresponding parking interest platform account specifically comprises the steps of:
manually inputting vehicle information on an intelligent terminal installed at an entrance or an exit of the parking area in a parking interest platform binding or unbinding mode selected by a user, and binding or unbinding the vehicle information with an account of a corresponding parking interest platform;
or
And under the binding or unbinding mode of the parking interest terminal selected by the user, vehicle information is input into the mobile terminal held by the user, and the vehicle information is bound or unbound with the corresponding parking interest platform account.
3. The open parking management method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the identifying whether the parking interest platform account has available parking interest specifically comprises the steps of:
when the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship, identifying whether all parking interests of the parking interest platform account are occupied by other vehicles;
when the parking right interest is not occupied by other vehicles, the parking right interest platform account has available parking right interest and allows the vehicles to drive into the parking area; otherwise, the parking interest platform account does not have available parking interest and does not allow the vehicle to enter the parking area.
4. The open parking management method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when a parking card is swiped on a card swiping terminal installed at an entrance of the parking area, recording vehicle information of a vehicle at the entrance of the parking area; binding the vehicle information with a parking interest platform account associated with the parking card;
identifying whether a parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest;
and when the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest, occupying the parking interest of the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card.
5. The open parking management method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
when a parking card is swiped on a card swiping terminal installed at an entrance of the parking area, identifying whether a parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest;
and when the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card has available parking interest, occupying the parking interest in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card.
6. The open parking management method according to claim 4, further comprising the steps of:
when a parking card is swiped on a card swiping terminal installed at an exit of the parking area, recording vehicle information of a vehicle at the exit of the parking area;
the parking interest in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card is released; and unbinding the vehicle information from the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card.
7. The open parking management method according to claim 5, further comprising the steps of:
when a parking card is swiped on a card swiping terminal installed at an exit of the parking area, the parking interest in the parking interest platform account associated with the parking card is released.
8. An open parking management system applied to the open parking management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
the system comprises a binding module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the binding module is used for inputting vehicle information in a parking interest binding or unbinding mode selected by a user and binding or unbinding the vehicle information with a corresponding parking interest platform account;
the information input module is used for inputting vehicle information of a vehicle at an entrance of a parking area when the vehicle is at the entrance of the parking area;
the identification module is used for identifying whether the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship and whether the parking interest platform account has available parking interest;
the display control module is used for displaying the parking interest platform account corresponding to the parking interest platform account when the vehicle information and the corresponding parking interest platform account have a binding relationship and the parking interest platform account has available parking interest;
the information input module is used for inputting vehicle information of the vehicle at the exit of the parking area when the vehicle is at the exit of the parking area;
and the display control module releases the corresponding parking right in the parking right platform account corresponding to the vehicle information after the vehicle exits the parking area outlet.

An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program; the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory to implement the operations performed by the open parking management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
