Abstract
The invention discloses a workflow engine management system, which comprises a definition module, a workflow engine management module and a workflow engine management module, wherein the definition module is used for an administrator to create a user-defined workflow diagram; the analysis module is used for analyzing the workflow diagram created by the administrator into a specific workflow operation program; the workflow engine module is used for delivering the tasks to the processing personnel defined by the flow; the flow execution module is used for sequentially executing the workflow tasks; the database module is used for storing various self-defined forms, process examples and process processing personnel lists; and the collaborative management module is used for managing the enterprise business collaborative information. The system has: simple, expanded, foreseeable, high concurrency and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to management systems, and more particularly to workflow engine management systems.
Background
The workflow is widely applied to the approval process of an office automation system and an e-government system. At present, the commonly encountered problems are: the workflows in these systems are basically customized and developed by system programmers according to the requirements of applications; the workflow itself often requires changes along with the development of services, and such changes often require intervention of programmers, so that the period for implementing changes is long and the cost is high. A few workflow management systems allow business personnel to define or modify workflows by tools, but at present, the tools are mostly offline independent programs, and the problems are that the tools and applications are basically separated and need to be installed and used independently, and users in the application systems cannot customize and manage workflows directly in the application systems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a workflow engine management system, which can meet the requirement of a user for timely modifying and changing a workflow due to a change in an actual situation.

Preferably, the cooperation management module includes: the personnel management subsystem mainly realizes the functions of enterprise organization architecture setting, post system setting, welfare insurance setting, employee file management, attendance management, performance management, salary generation, expense generation and the like; the project management subsystem comprises project list management and product management, wherein the project list management mainly comprises project list maintenance, and the product management mainly comprises the process and the cost of development and implementation of different versions of each product; the department management subsystem comprises three functions of income and expenditure management, department management and financial management; the financial management subsystem comprises five functions of basic setting, account book management, financial examination and approval, financial management and report management; the bills and the expenses generated by each subsystem are collected to the financial management subsystem for processing, and meanwhile, the expense data generated by the financial management subsystem is transferred to each subsystem for processing.
Preferably, the cooperation management module further comprises: the warehouse management subsystem comprises three functions of basic parameter setting, warehouse management and report management, wherein the basic parameter setting function comprises low-value consumable classification setting and fixed asset classification setting; warehouse management comprises warehouse entry, warehouse exit, inventory checking, asset change and sale and charge bill management; the report management comprises an asset general ledger, an inventory detail ledger, a fixed asset detail ledger and a low-value consumable article detail ledger; the system comprises a purchasing management subsystem, a data processing subsystem and a data processing subsystem, wherein the purchasing management subsystem comprises three functions of basic management, purchasing examination and approval and report management, and the basic management comprises supplier management and purchasing process setting; the purchase examination and approval comprises the examination and approval of a purchase manager, the examination and approval of a general manager and the examination and approval of finance; the report management comprises a purchase list and a supplier purchase list; the sales management subsystem comprises three functions of basic management, sales management and customer management, wherein the basic management comprises industry category setting and customer level setting; the sales management comprises clue management, business opportunity management and sales order generation; customer management includes customer directory settings.
Preferably, the organization structure and the post information in the personnel management subsystem are used as basic data for setting authority in the system setting subsystem, and the generated cost is transferred to the financial management subsystem for financial processing.
Preferably, the balance management in the department management subsystem comprises sales order, internal transaction order, expense order; the department management comprises work plan management, department borrowing and department purchasing; the financial management includes department accounts receivable, department cash book, department profit and loss table.
Preferably, the cooperation management module further comprises: the background setting subsystem comprises two functions of role authority setting and administrator password setting, wherein the role authority setting is based on the post distribution authority set in the personnel management subsystem; the administrator password is set to set a system administrator login password.
Preferably, the workflow engine management system further includes a process management module, configured to manage the process instances and issue/cancel the processes, where managing the process instances includes sorting the process instances and deleting the process instances.
The invention is based on WEB development environment, the work of flow modeling is directly completed, the workflow component does not adopt any large-scale open source framework, the bottom layer code is completely completed by a united scientific research issuing team, and the system comprises: the method has the characteristics of simplicity, expansion, predictability, high concurrency and the like, and can quickly locate and correct the found problems. The system is stable in operation, easy to operate, easy to install and uninstall, and can be used correctly in a specified main system environment.

As shown in fig. 1: the workflow engine management system of the embodiment of the invention comprises: the definition module is used for an administrator to create a self-defined work flow chart; the analysis module is used for analyzing the workflow diagram created by the administrator into a specific workflow operation program; the workflow engine module is used for delivering the tasks to the processing personnel defined by the flow; the system comprises a flow execution module, a judgment module and a processing module, wherein the flow execution module is used for sequentially executing workflow tasks and comprises a judgment module for judging whether a plurality of user processing events exist in the same node in the flow; the collaborative management module is used for managing enterprise business collaborative information; the flow execution module also comprises an e-mail notification module which is used for sending an e-mail to flow processing personnel in the flow processing process; the database module is used for storing various self-defined forms, process examples and process processing personnel lists; and the process management module is used for managing the process examples and issuing/canceling the processes, wherein the process examples are managed by sequencing the process examples and deleting the process examples.
Wherein, the cooperative management module comprises the following subsystems: personnel management subsystem, warehouse management subsystem, purchase management subsystem, sales management subsystem, project management subsystem, department management subsystem, financial management subsystem, backstage setting subsystem. (2) A warehouse management subsystem: the warehouse management subsystem comprises three functions of basic parameter setting, warehouse management and report management, wherein the basic parameter setting function comprises low-value consumable classification setting and fixed asset classification setting; warehouse management comprises warehouse entry, warehouse exit, inventory checking, asset change and sale and charge bill management; the report management comprises an asset general ledger, an inventory detail ledger, a fixed asset detail ledger and a low-value consumable article detail ledger. And when the system is put in storage, acquiring purchase order data from the purchase management subsystem, generating ex-storage data when the system is out of storage, transferring the ex-storage data into the sales management subsystem, and periodically generating an asset expense bill and transferring the asset expense bill into the financial system for processing.
(3) The purchase management subsystem: the purchasing management subsystem comprises three functions of basic management, purchasing examination and approval and report management, wherein the basic management comprises supplier management and purchasing process setting; the purchase examination and approval comprises the examination and approval of a purchase manager, the examination and approval of a general manager and the examination and approval of finance; the report management includes a purchase list and a supplier purchase list. And transferring the monthly purchase list generated by the purchase management subsystem to the financial management subsystem for financial processing, and transferring the generated purchase order to the warehouse management subsystem for warehousing processing.

(5) The project management subsystem: the project management subsystem comprises two functions of project list and product management. Wherein the project management is mainly the maintenance of a project list; the product management mainly manages the process and cost of the development and implementation of different versions of each product. The project list is generated according to the sales order generated by the sales management subsystem, and the development implementation expense data of each product in the product management is automatically generated according to the expense order generated by the financial management subsystem.
(6) Department management subsystem: the department management subsystem comprises three functions of collection and payment management, department management and financial management. Wherein the balance management comprises a sales order, an internal transaction order and a fee order; department management comprises work plan management, department borrowing and department purchasing; financial management includes departments accounts receivable; department cash book, department profit and loss table. The sales order is a filtered list according to departments according to the sales order generated by the sales management system, and department sales orders can be added; the expense bill is an expense bill generated by the financial management system according to departments; the department borrowing and the department purchasing are a borrowing sheet and a purchase sheet list which are filtered according to the department; department accounts receivable, department cash book, department profit and loss form are the results summarized by department according to the data generated by the financial management system.
(7) The financial management subsystem: the financial management subsystem comprises five functions of basic setting, account book management, financial examination and approval, financial management and report management. Wherein the basic settings comprise cost category management and income category management; the account book management comprises a company account book, a department account book and investment management; the financial examination and approval comprises purchase examination and approval, borrow examination and approval, reimbursement examination and approval, income examination and approval, expense examination and approval and internal transaction examination and approval; the financial management comprises receivable management, payable management and fund plan management; the report management comprises an asset liability statement, a profit and loss statement and a cash flow statement. The bills and the expenses generated by each subsystem are collected to the financial management subsystem for processing, and meanwhile, the expense data generated by the financial management subsystem is transferred to each subsystem for processing.
(8) A background setting subsystem: the background setting subsystem comprises two functions of role authority setting and administrator password setting. Wherein the role authority setting is based on the post distribution authority set in the personnel management subsystem; the administrator password is set to set a system administrator login password.

1. A workflow engine management system, comprising:

the workflow engine module is used for delivering the tasks to the processing personnel defined by the flow;
the flow execution module is used for sequentially executing the workflow tasks;
the database module is used for storing various self-defined forms, process examples and process processing personnel lists; and
and the collaborative management module is used for managing the enterprise business collaborative information.
2. The workflow engine management system of claim 1 wherein the collaborative management module comprises:
the personnel management subsystem mainly realizes the functions of enterprise organization architecture setting, post system setting, welfare insurance setting, employee file management, attendance management, performance management, salary generation, expense generation and the like;
the project management subsystem comprises project list management and product management, wherein the project list management mainly comprises project list maintenance, and the product management mainly comprises the process and the cost of development and implementation of different versions of each product;
the department management subsystem comprises three functions of income and expenditure management, department management and financial management;
the financial management subsystem comprises five functions of basic setting, account book management, financial examination and approval, financial management and report management;
the bills and the expenses generated by each subsystem are collected to the financial management subsystem for processing, and meanwhile, the expense data generated by the financial management subsystem is transferred to each subsystem for processing.
3. The workflow engine management system of claim 2 wherein the collaborative management module further comprises:

The workflow engine management system of claim 2, wherein organization architecture and position information in the personnel management subsystem are used as basic data for setting authority in the system setting subsystem, and the generated cost is transferred to the financial management subsystem for accounting processing.
5. The workflow engine management system of claim 2 wherein the balance management in the department management subsystem comprises sales orders, internal transaction orders, expense orders;
the department management comprises work plan management, department borrowing and department purchasing;
the financial management includes department accounts receivable, department cash book, department profit and loss table.
6. The workflow engine management system of claim 2 wherein the collaborative management module further comprises:
the background setting subsystem comprises two functions of role authority setting and administrator password setting, wherein the role authority setting is based on the post distribution authority set in the personnel management subsystem; the administrator password is set to set a system administrator login password.
7. The workflow engine management system of claim 1 further comprising a process management module for managing process instances including sorting process instances and deleting process instances and publishing/cancelling processes.
