With the continuous progress of terminal technology, terminals have become electronic devices integrating communication and entertainment, and in order to ensure the security of the terminals, fingerprint identification technology is often applied to display screens of mobile phones, tablet computers and other terminals. A common method of fingerprint identification involves scanning a sample fingerprint or an image thereof and storing the image and/or unique features of the fingerprint image, which can be compared with information of reference fingerprints already present in a database to determine the correct identification of the user.
At present, a terminal comprehensively enters a comprehensive screen era, and screen fingerprints also enter a comprehensive application era, the optical fingerprint identification under the screen is widely applied to OLED or AMOLED screens as the most common technical means, and the terminal utilizes the self-luminous characteristics of the screen pixels and places a sensor on the back of the screen to realize fingerprint image acquisition and fingerprint identification.
However, the existing optical fingerprint identification technology under screen requiring self-luminescence of screen can not be applied to the LCD screen occupying a place in the field of display screen, because LCD needs to use the backlight module to provide a stable light source, therefore the function of fingerprint identification can not be realized in the mode of placing the sensor behind the screen, that is to say, the existing optical fingerprint identification technology under screen can not be applied on the LCD screen, so that the fingerprint identification function of the LCD device is not comprehensive enough, thereby reducing the safety and intelligence of the terminal.
In order to solve the problem that prior art exists, this application embodiment provides a fingerprint identification module and method, LCD device, terminal and storage medium, wherein, this application embodiment provides a fingerprint identification module and method, LCD device, terminal and storage medium, and the fingerprint identification module is applicable to the LCD device, and the fingerprint identification module includes: photosensitive layer and external circuit, wherein, the photosensitive layer of newly-increased fingerprint identification module between LCD device's cover plate glass and the touch-control layer, the fingerprint identification module utilizes the photosensitive layer to receive the reverberation of discernment object reflection, and convert the reverberation into the signal of telecommunication, then utilize the double-deck electrically conductive photosensitive material that photosensitive layer set up to transmit the signal of telecommunication to external circuit, thereby confirm the fingerprint information of discernment object through the signal of telecommunication of external circuit control output, and then can perfect the fingerprint identification function of LCD device, thereby improve the security and the intellectuality at terminal.

It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the backlight module in the LCD device may generate the emitted light. Specifically, when a user touches the LCD device, the emitted light may be reflected by the identified object, generating corresponding reflected light. The recognition object may be a finger touching the LCD device. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an identification object, and as shown in fig. 3, when the identification object is a finger of a user and the finger touches the cover glass of the LCD device, the emitted light emitted from the backlight module is reflected by the finger.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer 11 may be used to collect the reflected light corresponding to the identification object and convert the reflected light into an electrical signal. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of collecting reflected light, and as shown in fig. 4, the reflected light reflected by the identified object may be transmitted to the photosensitive layer 11, so as to be collected by the photosensitive layer 11, and generate a corresponding electrical signal.
It is understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer 11 may be made of a photosensitive material, wherein the photosensitive material is a material that generates a linearly varying current with increasing light intensity.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer 11 may transmit the electrical signal to the external circuit 12 after converting the collected reflected light into the electrical signal. Specifically, the external circuit 12 may be used to read the electrical signal generated by the photosensitive layer 11 and control the output of the electrical signal to obtain fingerprint information of an identification object.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the electrical signal is output by the external circuit 12, the processor in the terminal may determine the difference of the intensity of the reflected light according to the difference of the intensity of the electrical signal, so as to further determine the fingerprint information corresponding to the identification.
In an embodiment of the present application, further, the photosensitive layer may include a first conductive layer 111, an isolation layer 112, and a second conductive layer 113. Specifically, the isolation layer 112 may be disposed intermediate the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113. The first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113 are made of a transparent conductive material. Fig. 5 is a first schematic view of the photosensitive layer, and as shown in fig. 5, the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113 are respectively disposed on two sides of the isolation layer 112 based on the cross-sectional view of the photosensitive layer 11.
Note that in the embodiment of the present application, the isolation layer 112 may be used to isolate the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113. Specifically, since the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113 are made of conductive materials, in order to accurately locate the generation position of the electrical signal, that is, the collection position of the reflected light, an isolation layer 112 may be disposed between the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113, thereby preventing a short circuit phenomenon from being generated at the overlapping position of the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113 in the photosensitive layer 11 may transmit the electrical signal generated by the reflected light in different conductive directions, respectively. Specifically, the first conductive layer 111 may transmit an electrical signal to the external circuit 12 along a first direction, and the second conductive layer 113 may transmit an electrical signal to the external circuit 12 along a second direction. Wherein, the first direction and the second direction can be in a mutually perpendicular relationship. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the external circuit 12 can read electric signals in two different directions through the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113, respectively.
It is understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer 11 transmits electrical signals in different directions by using the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113, so that the processor in the terminal can locate the position where the electrical signals are generated by using the electrical signals in two directions.
In the embodiment of the present application, further, a pixel unit 114 is disposed in the photosensitive layer 11, wherein the size of the pixel unit 114 is the same as the pixel size corresponding to the LCD screen in the LCD device. Specifically, in the present application, at least one pixel unit 114 may be disposed in the photosensitive layer 11, and different pixel units correspond to different coordinate positions, so that the photosensitive layer 11 may determine the collecting position of the reflected light by using the pixel unit 114.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a photosensitive layer two, as shown in fig. 6, 9 different pixel units 114, a1-a9, are disposed in the photosensitive layer 11, the reflected light reflected by the recognition object can be excited by the photosensitive layer 11 to generate an electrical signal, the photosensitive layer 11 can transmit the electrical signal in the X direction and the Y direction, respectively, and specifically, the photosensitive layer 11 can transmit the electrical signal along X1-X3 and Y1-Y4 corresponding to the positions of the pixel units 114.
Further, in the embodiment of this application, the fingerprint identification module is at the reflected light of collection discernment object reflection, after the corresponding signal of telecommunication of conversion and transmission, the treater in the terminal can be based on the transmission direction and the intensity size of signal of telecommunication, determines the production position and the light intensity size of signal of telecommunication to can confirm the depth degree of the collection position of reflected light and the fingerprint of this collection position department, finally alright restore the fingerprint information of discernment object.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the intensity of the electrical signal may reflect the intensity of the reflected light, and specifically, the greater the intensity of the electrical signal, the stronger the intensity of the corresponding reflected light; accordingly, the smaller the intensity of the electrical signal, the weaker the intensity of the corresponding reflected light.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, the skin of the finger can be divided into ridges and valleys, wherein when the cover plate glass is touched, the fingerprints corresponding to the ridges are deeper, and the fingerprints corresponding to the valleys are shallower. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of ridges and valleys, as shown in fig. 7, for the ridge region of the finger, more emitted light is absorbed, and the reflected light generated after being reflected by the ridge region is weaker, so that the light intensity of the reflected light collected by the photosensitive layer 11 is weaker; for the valley area of the finger, less emitted light is absorbed, and the reflected light generated after being reflected by the valley area is stronger, so that the light intensity of the reflected light collected by the photosensitive layer 11 is stronger. That is to say, the intensity of the reflected light collected by the photosensitive layer 11 can reflect the depth of the fingerprint corresponding to the identification object, specifically, the stronger the intensity of the reflected light, the shallower the corresponding fingerprint, that is, the valley of the finger; accordingly, the weaker the intensity of the reflected light, the deeper the corresponding fingerprint, i.e. the ridge of the finger.

Based on the foregoing embodiment, another embodiment of the present application provides a fingerprint identification method, where the fingerprint identification method is applied to a terminal, where the terminal is provided with an LCD device, the LCD device includes a fingerprint identification module, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of the fingerprint identification method, and as shown in fig. 11, the method for the terminal to perform fingerprint identification may include the following steps:
step 201, collecting reflected light corresponding to the identification object through a fingerprint identification module, and obtaining an electric signal corresponding to the reflected light.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can collect the reflected light corresponding to the identification object through the fingerprint identification module arranged in the LCD device, and obtain the electric signal corresponding to the reflected light. Wherein the recognition object may be a finger of the user.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the LCD device may include a fingerprint identification module, a cover glass, a touch layer, an LCD screen, and a backlight module.
Further, in the embodiment of this application, fingerprint identification module can be by photosensitive layer and external circuit constitute, wherein, photosensitive layer and external circuit connect. Specifically, the photosensitive layer in the fingerprint identification module can be disposed between the cover glass and the touch layer in the LCD device.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the fingerprint identification module mainly collects the reflected light by using the photosensitive layer when collecting the reflected light corresponding to the identification object. Specifically, after the emitted light generated by the backlight module in the LCD device is reflected by the recognition object, the generated reflected light may be transmitted to the photosensitive layer to be collected by the photosensitive layer.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer in the fingerprint identification module may be made of a photosensitive material, wherein the photosensitive material is a material that generates a linearly changing current as the light intensity increases. Therefore, the fingerprint identification module can convert the reflected light into a corresponding electric signal after the reflected light is collected by the photosensitive layer.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the fingerprint identification module converts the collected reflected light into an electrical signal through the photosensitive layer, the electrical signal may be read through an external circuit, and then the electrical signal is output to the terminal through the external circuit.
It is understood that in the embodiments of the present application, the terminal may be any device having communication and storage functions and provided with a touch screen. For example: tablet computers, mobile phones, electronic readers, remote controllers, Personal Computers (PCs), notebook computers, vehicle-mounted devices, network televisions, wearable devices, and the like.
Step 202, determining the position information corresponding to the identification object according to the electric signal.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal acquires the reflected light corresponding to the identification object through the fingerprint identification module, and after the electric signal corresponding to the reflected light is obtained, the position information corresponding to the identification object can be determined according to the electric signal.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the photosensitive layer may include a first conductive layer, an isolation layer, and a second conductive layer. In particular, the isolation layer may be disposed intermediate the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer for isolating the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer in the photosensitive layer may transmit the electrical signal generated by the reflected light according to different conductive directions, respectively. In particular, the first conductive layer may transmit electrical signals to an external circuit along a first direction, and the second conductive layer may transmit electrical signals to an external circuit along a second direction. Wherein, the first direction and the second direction can be in a mutually perpendicular relationship. That is, in the embodiments of the present application, the external circuit can read the electrical signals of two different directions through the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, respectively.
It is understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the photosensitive layer transmits the electrical signals in different directions by using the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, so that the processor in the terminal can locate the generation position of the electrical signal by using the electrical signals in two directions, that is, the position information corresponding to the electrical signal.
Step 203, using the position information and the intensity of the electric signal, generating fingerprint information corresponding to the identification object.
In the embodiment of the application, after the terminal determines the position information corresponding to the identification object according to the electric signal, the fingerprint information corresponding to the identification object can be further generated by using the strength corresponding to the position information and the electric signal.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, after the fingerprint identification module collects the reflected light reflected by the identification object and converts and transmits the corresponding electric signal, the processor in the terminal may determine the generation position of the electric signal, that is, the position information, based on the transmission direction and the intensity of the electric signal, and after determining the intensity corresponding to the electric signal, determine the collection position of the reflected light and the depth of the fingerprint at the collection position by using the position information and the intensity, and finally restore the fingerprint information of the identification object.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the intensity of the electrical signal may reflect the intensity of the reflected light, and the intensity of the reflected light may reflect the depth degree of the fingerprint corresponding to the identification object, specifically, the greater the intensity of the electrical signal is, the stronger the intensity of the corresponding reflected light is, the shallower the corresponding fingerprint is, which is the valley of the finger; accordingly, the smaller the intensity of the electrical signal, the weaker the intensity of the corresponding reflected light, and the deeper the corresponding fingerprint, i.e. the ridge of the finger. Therefore, the fingerprint identification module passes through photosensitive layer and external circuit, converts the reverberation of the discernment object of gathering into the signal of telecommunication, and after the direction of following the signal of telecommunication output according to the difference, the treater in the terminal can be according to the transmission direction and the intensity size of signal of telecommunication, confirms according to the valley and the ridge of pressing at the discernment object on glass cover surface promptly, determines the fingerprint depth that the discernment object corresponds in different positions department, and then alright restore the fingerprint information of discernment object.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the fingerprint information of the identification object may be a fingerprint image reflecting the fingerprint depth of the identification object.
In the embodiment of the present application, further, after the terminal generates fingerprint information corresponding to the identification object by using the position information and the strength of the electrical signal, that is, after step 203, the method for the terminal to perform fingerprint identification may further include the following steps:
and step 204, comparing the fingerprint information with a preset fingerprint template to obtain a similarity parameter.
And step 205, if the similarity parameter is greater than or equal to the preset similarity threshold, generating information of successful matching.
And step 206, if the similarity parameter is smaller than a preset similarity threshold, generating information of matching failure.
In the embodiment of the application, after the terminal generates the fingerprint information corresponding to the identification object by using the strength of the position information and the electric signal, the fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint template can be compared, then the similarity parameter between the fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint template can be obtained, and then the terminal can compare the similarity parameter between the fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint template with the preset similarity threshold value again, so that the identity authentication of the identification object can be completed.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the terminal may determine a similarity degree between the fingerprint information of the identification object and a preset fingerprint template, that is, obtain a similarity parameter between the two. The preset fingerprint template is used for verifying fingerprint information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after determining the similarity between the fingerprint information of the identification object and the preset fingerprint template, the terminal may further perform identity verification on the identification object by using a similarity parameter between the fingerprint information of the identification object and the preset fingerprint template. Specifically, the terminal may compare the similarity parameter with a preset similarity threshold stored in advance, and then implement authentication of the identification object according to the comparison result.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after the terminal compares the similarity parameter with the pre-stored preset similarity threshold, if the comparison result is that the similarity parameter is greater than or equal to the preset similarity threshold, the terminal may consider that the identification object passes through the identity authentication, so as to generate information that the matching is successful, that is, notify that the fingerprint information of the identification object matches with the preset fingerprint template.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after the terminal compares the similarity parameter with the pre-stored preset similarity threshold, if the comparison result is that the similarity parameter is smaller than the preset similarity threshold, the terminal may consider that the identification object does not pass the identity verification, so that information of a matching failure may be generated, that is, the fingerprint information of the identification object is notified to be mismatched with the preset fingerprint template.
The embodiment of the application provides a fingerprint identification method, which is applied to a terminal, wherein the terminal is provided with an LCD device, the LCD device comprises a fingerprint identification module, and the terminal acquires reflected light corresponding to an identification object through the fingerprint identification module and obtains an electric signal corresponding to the reflected light; determining position information corresponding to the identification object according to the electric signal; fingerprint information corresponding to the identification object is generated using the position information and the intensity of the electric signal. Therefore, in the embodiment of this application, the photosensitive layer of newly-increased fingerprint identification module between LCD device's cover plate glass and the touch-control layer, the fingerprint identification module utilizes the photosensitive layer to receive the reverberation of discernment object reflection, and convert the reverberation into the signal of telecommunication, then utilize the double-deck electrically conductive photosensitive material that photosensitive layer set up to transmit the signal of telecommunication to external circuit, thereby confirm the fingerprint information of discernment object through the signal of telecommunication of external circuit control output, and then can perfect LCD device's fingerprint identification function, thereby improve the security and the intellectuality at terminal.
