When the air ticket information corresponding to the query information cannot be acquired, it is determined that at least one dimension value corresponding to the query information is possibly abnormal, at least one dimension value corresponding to the query information is shielded, a dimension combination of the air ticket to be displayed is obtained, when the query information of other users is acquired, at least one dimension value in the dimension combination of the air ticket to be displayed is displayed for the part of users, namely the at least one dimension value displayed for the other users does not include the dimension value which is possibly abnormal, the other users cannot receive interception prompt information about the dimension value which is possibly abnormal, the dimension value which is possibly abnormal cannot affect the air ticket subscription behaviors of the other users, the air ticket subscription efficiency is high, and the user experience sense is good.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another air ticket inquiry processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4,

Claims (16)

1. An air ticket inquiry processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when determining that the air ticket information corresponding to the query information cannot be acquired according to the acquired query information of the user, determining a dimension value of each air ticket dimension in at least one air ticket dimension corresponding to the query information according to the query information;
shielding at least one dimension value corresponding to the query information in a preset air ticket dimension combination to obtain an air ticket dimension combination to be displayed, wherein the air ticket dimension combination comprises at least one air ticket dimension, and each air ticket dimension in the at least one air ticket dimension has at least one dimension value;
and displaying at least one dimension value corresponding to each air ticket dimension in the air ticket dimension combination to be displayed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein each ticket dimension in the set of ticket dimensions has a corresponding priority;
shielding at least one dimension value corresponding to the query information in a preset airline ticket dimension combination to obtain an airline ticket dimension combination to be displayed, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
according to the priority corresponding to each air ticket dimension in the air ticket dimension combination, sequentially shielding the dimension values indicated by the query information in the air ticket dimensions from low to high in the preset air ticket dimension combination to obtain the air ticket dimension combination to be displayed.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein in a preset airline ticket dimension combination, sequentially masking the dimension values indicated by the query information in the airline ticket dimensions of each priority to obtain the airline ticket dimension combination to be displayed, comprises:
repeatedly executing the following steps until executing N times or obtaining the air ticket information corresponding to the query information, wherein N is a positive integer not less than 1:
according to the current priority air ticket dimension, determining whether air ticket information corresponding to the query information is acquired or not at preset time intervals according to the query information;
if not, shielding the dimension value indicated by the query information in the current priority ticket dimension in a preset ticket dimension combination to obtain the ticket dimension combination to be displayed;
and if so, adding the dimension value indicated by the query information in the current priority airline ticket dimension to the airline ticket dimension combination to be displayed.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after masking the dimension value indicated by the query information in the highest priority ticket dimension in the preset combination of ticket dimensions, the step of:
and shielding at least one other dimension value except the dimension value indicated by the query information in the highest priority ticket dimension in a preset ticket dimension combination to obtain the ticket dimension combination to be displayed.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the step of masking at least one dimension value other than the dimension value indicated by the query information in the highest priority ticket dimension in the preset ticket dimension combination to obtain the ticket dimension combination to be displayed comprises the following steps:
repeatedly executing the following steps until M times of execution or until the ticket information corresponding to the other at least one dimension value is obtained, wherein M is a positive integer not less than 1:
aiming at any current dimension value in the at least one other dimension value, determining whether air ticket information corresponding to the current dimension value is acquired or not according to the current dimension value at intervals of preset time length;
if not, shielding the current dimension value of the ticket dimension with the highest priority in the preset ticket dimension combination to obtain the ticket dimension combination to be displayed;
and if so, adding the current dimension value of the ticket dimension with the highest priority to the ticket dimension combination to be displayed.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
and synchronizing the dimension combination of the air ticket to be displayed to other control systems so that the other control systems can display the dimension combination of the air ticket to be displayed.
7. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the combination of ticket dimensions includes one or more of cabin space information, flight number information, flight company information, and supplier information.
8. An air ticket inquiry processing apparatus, comprising:
the first processing unit is used for determining a dimension value of each air ticket dimension in at least one air ticket dimension corresponding to the query information according to the query information when the condition that the air ticket information corresponding to the query information cannot be acquired is determined according to the acquired query information of the user;
