According to the technical scheme, the micro-mist humidifier can be controlled in a grading manner through multi-level logic control according to actual requirements of temperature and humidity, the requirements of workshops on the temperature and humidity under different working conditions are met, the accuracy of temperature and humidity control of the air conditioner is improved, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the process quality is guaranteed.

The humidifying system comprises 7 stages of humidifying pipes, and each stage of humidifying pipe is provided with a spray head 8, as shown in fig. 2, wherein the 1 st stage of humidifying pipe is connected with the outlet of the high-pressure pump through a single pipeline, and the 1 st stage of humidifying pipe 1 is provided with a control valve; the 2 nd stage humidifying pipe 2 and the 3 rd stage humidifying pipe 3 are connected in parallel and then are connected with the outlet of the high-pressure pump through a pipeline, and each humidifying pipe is provided with an independent control valve; the 4 th stage humidifying pipe 4, the 5 th stage humidifying pipe 5, the 6 th stage humidifying pipe 6 and the 7 th stage humidifying pipe 7 are connected in parallel and then connected with the outlet of the high-pressure pump through a pipeline, and each humidifying pipe is provided with a control valve 9.
And an auxiliary control unit is arranged on each stage of humidifying pipe and is in electric signal connection with a control valve on the matched humidifying pipe.

If the humidity signal of the production area acquired by the humidity sensor meets the set second level, the humidification requirement required by the production area at the moment is relatively small, the main control unit sends control signals to the auxiliary control units of the 2 nd-stage humidification pipe and the 3 rd-stage humidification pipe, the two auxiliary control units control the corresponding two control valves to be opened, and the production area is humidified through the spray head on the 2 nd-stage humidification pipe and the spray head on the 3 rd-stage humidification pipe.
By analogy, if the humidity signal of the production area acquired by the humidity sensor meets the set seventh level, the humidification requirement required by the production area at the moment is the largest, the main control unit sends control signals to the auxiliary control units of the seven humidification pipes, the seven auxiliary control units control the corresponding control valves to be opened, and the production area is humidified through the spray heads on the 7 humidification pipes.
3) And the main control unit outputs the humidity grade signal to the control unit of the high-pressure pump and the corresponding auxiliary control unit.
4) And the control unit of the high-pressure pump correspondingly adjusts the pressure of the high-pressure pump according to the received humidity level signal.
Meanwhile, each corresponding auxiliary control unit controls the opening or closing of the control valve on the corresponding humidifying pipe.
