The vertical motor and the rotating motor are stepping motors.
The adjusting method of the self-adjusting illumination comprises the following steps:
(1) starting a power supply, and setting an illumination value of an illumination surface, namely a set value, by an input keyboard; the lamp body is in a horizontal state;
(2) acquiring the illumination intensity of the illumination surface by an illumination sensor every 0.2 seconds for 10 times, calculating the average value of the 10 times and the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value, if the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value is more than or equal to 20 percent compared with the average value, entering the step (3); the ratio is less than 20%, and entering (5);
(3) the height of the lamp body is adjusted through a vertical motor: the controller sends a pulse signal to the vertical motor every time, acquires an illumination value of an illumination surface, compares the acquired illumination with a set value, and continuously adjusts the height of the lamp body when the acquired illumination is smaller than the set value;
(4) the illumination value of the sampling is higher than the set value for the first time, and the adjustment is finished;
(5) the height of the lamp body is adjusted through a vertical motor: the controller sends a pulse signal to the vertical motor every time, acquires an illumination value of an illumination surface, compares the acquired illumination with a value 1.5 times of a set value, and continuously adjusts the height of the lamp body, wherein the acquired illumination is smaller than the value 1.5 times of the set value;
(6) the illumination value of the sample is higher than the value 1.5 times of the set value for the first time, and the height adjustment is finished;
(7) through the rotating electrical machines, adjust the angle of shining of lamp body: the controller sends a pulse signal to the rotating motor every time, acquires an illumination value of an illumination surface, compares the acquired illumination with a set value, and continuously adjusts the illumination angle of the lamp body when the acquired illumination is higher than the set value;

The height of illumination and the illumination angle of illumination are respectively adjusted through a vertical motor and a rotating motor. Collecting the illumination intensity of the illumination surface for multiple times, calculating the average value and the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value, detecting the flicker phenomenon in the ambient illumination, namely flicker exists in the ambient illumination, and only adjusting the height of the lamp body and the illumination surface; the flash phenomenon does not exist in the ambient light, the height between the lamp body and the irradiation surface is firstly adjusted, and then the angle between the lamp body and the irradiation surface is adjusted.
The lamp has the advantages that the illumination intensity of the irradiation surface can be automatically adjusted by changing the height between the lamp body and the irradiation surface and the irradiation angle through the vertical motor and the rotating motor without manual debugging.

For a desk lamp used for learning, a flickering phenomenon caused by other lights exists in ambient light, for example, a rotating fan under the ambient light causes flickering of the lights on an irradiation surface due to the rotation of the fan.
