Technical Field

Background
The rock hydraulic press is a device commonly used for ore mining, has the characteristics of convenience in carrying, large volume adjustable range and the like, and is suitable for soundless mining of large-scale stone squares such as various hard rocks, e.g. granite, volcanic rock, quartzite and the like.
The rock hydraulic press is equipment which works based on a hydraulic rod, the hydraulic rod can be ensured to normally work only by regularly supplementing oil and lubricating, and the conventional oil supplementing mode comprises two modes of manual oil supplementing and mechanical oil supplementing; the manual coating of lubricating oil is low in coating efficiency, the other type of lubricating oil is mechanical oil supplement, most of mechanical oil supplement equipment needs to be provided with a special motor to drive an oil injection pump to spray lubricating oil, and the special equipment is high in manufacturing cost and complex in structure; in addition, the conventional oil replenishing equipment does not have oil quantity detection equipment, namely, the condition of replenishing lubricating oil cannot be known.
No matter manual oil supplement or mechanical oil supplement, oil supplement can be carried out only after the rock hydraulic equipment stops working, and oil supplement work can be completed within a certain time, so that construction is temporarily stopped, and the working efficiency of the rock hydraulic equipment is influenced, so that the rock hydraulic equipment can be transported by utilizing the working temperature.

2. When contacting the extrusion each other through moisturizing bag and flexible membrane, the stock solution ball can suction gas by the extrusion, and the inside fluid that does not get into in the gap of casing sucks back, if at the in-process of suction, has the fluid infiltration to get into and can be absorbed by the oil absorption pole when remedying incasement portion to accomplish when having reached supply lubricating oil enough and can not overflow the effect.
Preferably, the inside swing joint of oil supplementation bag has reset spring, and reset spring plays the excessive effect of deformation when preventing that oil supplementation bag from losing the holding power of pitch.

Preferably, asphalt is placed in the oil supplementing bag, is a black brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and nonmetal derivatives thereof, is one of high-viscosity organic liquids, is in a liquid state, has a black surface, is soluble in carbon disulfide, has certain ductility when the temperature is higher than twenty-six degrees, and has a soft texture.
Preferably, the liquid storage ball has an elastic restoring force.

The asphalt is a black-brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and non-metallic derivatives thereof, is one of high-viscosity organic liquids, is in a liquid state, has a black surface, is soluble in carbon disulfide, has certain ductility and soft texture when the temperature is higher than twenty-six degrees, is melted into a soft material when the working temperature of the rock hydraulic rod is higher than twenty-six degrees, loses the limiting effect on the piston rod 3, and moves through the surface of the flexible membrane 6 along with the piston rod 3 when the oil supplementing bag 4 is in a state of being soft.
The inner part of the oil supplementing bag 4 is movably connected with a return spring 11, the return spring 11 plays a role of preventing the oil supplementing bag 4 from excessively deforming when losing the supporting force of asphalt, one end of the return spring 11 far away from the oil supplementing bag 4 is movably connected with an oil liquid pipe 12, the oil liquid pipe 12 plays a role of conveying oil, the surface of the piston rod 3 and the lower part of the oil supplementing bag 4 are movably connected with a remediation box 5, the surface of the remediation box 5 is fixedly connected with a flexible membrane 6, the inner part of the flexible membrane 6 is movably connected with a spring rod 7, one end of the spring rod 7 far away from the flexible membrane 6 is fixedly connected with an oil suction rod 8, one end of the oil suction rod 8 far away from the spring rod 7 is movably connected with a liquid storage ball 9, the liquid storage ball 9 has elastic restoring force, the bottom of the liquid storage ball 9 is fixedly connected with a pumping channel 10, the flexible bag 6 can push the spring rod 7 to contract and extrude the liquid, the suction force reaches the surface of the suction nozzle 15 through the suction channel 10; a pumping nozzle 15 is fixedly connected to the end of the pumping channel 10 remote from the reservoir 9, and the pumping channel 10 only allows liquid to flow in but not liquid to flow out.
When the oil supplementing device is used, the friction of the hydraulic rod continuously back and forth can generate heat and simultaneously drive the piston rod 3 and the connecting plate 13 to move together, part of lubricating oil can be consumed when the piston rod 3 and the connecting plate move, and the piston rod 3 is a metal part, and the heat has transferability, so that the oil supplementing bag 4 and the flexible membrane 6 can be mutually extruded to enable oil in the oil supplementing bag 4 to flow out of the oil pipe 12 to the inside of the shell 1, and the effect of oil supplementing without equipment stop work is achieved when the oil is lacked; through the extrusion of moisturizing bag 4 and 6 mutual contacts of flexible membrane, the fluid that does not get into in the gap of 1 inside of casing can be sucked back, if at the in-process of suction, has fluid infiltration entering to remedy and can be absorbed by oil absorption pole 8 when the case 5 is inside, can accomplish enough volume and can not spill over when playing the supply lubricating oil.
