As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hoop type pipe joint fixer comprises a base 1, a support leg 2, a hoop mechanism 3, a radial positioning power mechanism 6 and an axial positioning mechanism 5.
The hoop mechanism 3 is composed of two hoop sheets, the lower ends of the two hoop sheets are respectively installed on the base 1 through the supporting legs 2, the hoop sheets are hinged to the supporting legs 3 through pin shafts, the hoop sheets can rotate around the pin shafts, and the upper ends of the two hoop sheets are respectively connected with the radial positioning power mechanism 6 through the connecting seats 8.
The radial positioning power mechanism 6 consists of a hydraulic system and a hydraulic jack, the hydraulic system drives the hydraulic jack to extend/contract, and drives the two hoop sheets to clamp or loosen the pipe joint, so as to restrict the radial freedom degree of the pipe joint and play a role in fixing the pipe joint.
