When grouting is resumed, if the injection rate is 90% or more before interruption, the water-cement ratio of the cement paste before interruption can be adopted for continuous grouting; if the injection rate is 70-90% before interruption, gradually adding the concentrated slurry to continue injection; if the injection rate is less than 70% before interruption and slurry suction is stopped in a short time, the section of grouting is regarded as unqualified, and hole cleaning and hole re-grouting are needed.
2. Carrying out slurry stringing, slurry bleeding and slurry leakage treatment: when slurry leakage and slurry leakage are found in the grouting process, caulking, surface plugging, low pressure, thick slurry, flow limiting, quantity limiting, intermittence, waiting for coagulation and other methods are adopted to treat the slurry according to specific conditions. The filling can be continued if water or slurry is leaked. If the slurry leaks, the grouting pressure is reduced until the slurry leaks, and then the pressure is gradually increased to the original grouting pressure for continuous grouting. If the pressure reduction is ineffective and then the slurry is thickened, if the pressure reduction and thickening are ineffective and the slurry leakage amount is close to the injection amount, the grouting is stopped for coagulation, and the coagulation time is not less than 8 hours; if the slurry suction amount is close to zero after grouting is resumed or slurry suction is stopped, the section is taken as an unqualified hole section and is treated according to the situation.
When slurry mixing occurs in the grouting process, if slurry mixing holes have grouting conditions, parallel grouting can be performed, but the number of the parallel grouting holes is not more than 3, otherwise, the slurry mixing holes are plugged, after grouting of the grouting holes is finished, holes are swept and washed beside the slurry mixing holes, and then grouting is continuously performed.
3. And (3) processing the broken rock mass drilling hole: when a special hole section which can not be drilled due to the fact that a broken zone can not form a hole or a rock vein and an influence zone are met in the drilling process and the drilling medium water is lost and the drilling can not be continued is formed, grouting reinforcement treatment can be carried out firstly, and then deep grouting can be carried out by drilling holes beside the special hole section.
4. Unpredictable formation voiding treatments around the hole may be formed due to water gushes. If cavities around the holes appear, the sizes of the cavities are required to be detected, thick cement mortar and double-liquid mortar are respectively adopted for plugging, and the arrangement of the drill holes is actually adjusted according to the conditions of the cavities.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in the embodiments described above without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the appended claims.
