The reinforcement 23 is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the joint of the connecting rod 22 and the operating handle 21; the reinforcement 23 is preferably provided to increase the strength of the connection of the connecting rod 22 to the operating handle 21.
Referring to fig. 5, the inner connecting piece 3 is used for detachably and fixedly connecting the push-pull handle 2 with the outer connecting piece 4; the inner connecting member 3 may be a bolt or a screw, preferably a bolt. The inner connecting piece 3 is arranged in an inner connecting piece mounting hole 22-3 of the connecting rod 22 of the push-pull handle 2, one end of the inner connecting piece 3 with threads extends backwards from a rear end port of the circular table part 22-2 of the push-pull handle 2, and an operating end of the inner connecting piece 3 is in clearance fit with the front end of the circular table part 22-2 of the push-pull handle 2, so that the push-pull handle 2 can rotate relative to the inner connecting piece 3, namely the inner connecting piece 3 is sleeved with the push-pull handle 2.
Referring to fig. 12 and 5, the external connection member 4 is mainly composed of a connection plate 41 and a connection pipe 42; the upper part and the lower part of the rear end surface of the connecting plate 41 are provided with 2 circular connecting holes 41-1; the connecting pipe 42 is integrally or fixedly connected with the middle part of the front end face of the connecting plate 41, and an internal thread for connection is arranged in the connecting pipe 42. The outer connecting piece 4 is fixedly connected with the inner connecting piece 3 in a threaded fit manner through a connecting through hole at the middle of the rear plate of the box body 11 by the front end of the connecting pipe 42 of the outer connecting piece, and the connecting plate 41 of the outer connecting piece 4 is matched with the rear plate of the box body 11 to limit the maximum forward movement stroke of the outer connecting piece 4.
The steel wire pipe 5 and the lock rod 6 are respectively provided with 2 parts on the upper part and the lower part; the lower end of the lock rod 6 positioned above penetrates through the lock rod mounting limiting piece 15 of the lock body 1 arranged above from top to bottom through the lock rod through hole 15-1 and then is fixedly connected with the upper end of the steel wire pipe 5 arranged above; the upper end of the lock rod 6 positioned below penetrates through the lock rod mounting limiting piece 15 of the lock body 1 arranged below from bottom to top through the lock rod through hole 15-1 and then is fixedly connected with the lower end of the steel wire pipe 5 arranged below; the lower end of the steel wire pipe 5 positioned above is inserted into the connecting hole 41-1 positioned above the connecting plate 41 of the external connecting piece 4 and is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 41; the upper end of the lower steel wire pipe 5 is inserted into the lower connecting hole 41-1 of the connecting plate 41 of the outer connecting member 4 and is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 41. Thus, the push-pull handle 2, the inner connecting piece 3, the outer connecting piece 4 and the 2 steel wire pipes 5 form a driving mechanism of the 2 lock rods 6 together. The 2 lock rod installation limiting parts 15 are used for ensuring that the 2 lock rods do not accurately deviate in the vertical movement direction up and down so as to avoid locking difficulty. The steel wire pipe 5 is a commercially available member.
The padlock 7 is provided with 1 handle, and the padlock 7 is matched with a padlock hole 13-1 of a padlock bolt 13 which is protruded forwards from a bolt through hole 14-2-1 of a padlock accommodating box 14-2 of a box cover 14 to lock the box cover 14. The padlock 7 is a commercially available piece.
The push-pull ring network cabinet door lock structure of the embodiment has the following brief descriptions of the locking state and the locking operation process:
referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the lock structure of the push-pull type ring main unit, when in a locking state, the operating handle 21 of the push-pull handle 2 is horizontally located between 2 handle supporting members 12 of the lock body 1, the rear portion of the connecting rod 22 of the push-pull handle 2 is located in the connecting through hole of the rear plate of the box body 11 of the lock body 1, and the outer ends of 2 lock rods 6 are inserted into the insertion holes provided on the ring main unit body to enable the ring main unit door to be in a locking state; the front end of a padlock bolt 13 of the lock body 1 penetrates through a bolt through hole 14-2-1 of a padlock accommodating box 14-2 of the box cover 14 and then is exposed in the padlock accommodating box 14-2, the padlock 7 is matched with a padlock hole 13-1 in the padlock bolt 13 to lock the box cover 14, and the outer cover plate 14-3 is in a state of completely covering a front end opening of the padlock accommodating box 14-2.
In the locking state, when the ring main unit door needs to be opened, the outer cover plate 14-3 is lifted to open and take down the padlock 7, then the box cover 14 is opened by grabbing the handle 14-4 of the box cover 14 to move forwards and downwards to expose the front end opening of the box body 11 completely, then the push-pull handle 2 is pulled forwards, and through the sequential transmission of the inner connecting piece 3, the outer connecting piece 4 and the steel wire pipe 5, the 2 lock rods 6 move towards the middle of the rear part of the lock body 1 in the up-down direction, so that the outer ends of the 2 lock rods 6 are separated from the jacks arranged on the ring main unit body, and the ring main unit door is unlocked; the push-pull handle 2 is rotated 90 degrees after being pulled to the right, the operating handle 21 of the push-pull handle 2 is placed in the handle placing groove 12-1 of the 2 handle supporting members 12 of the lock body 1 in the direction perpendicular to the ground, and the unlocked state is shown in fig. 8 and 9.
In the unlocking state, when the ring main unit door needs to be locked, the push-pull handle 2 is pulled to be separated from the handle placing grooves 12-1 of the 2 handle supporting pieces 12, then the push-pull handle 2 is rotated by 90 degrees to enable the operating handle 21 of the push-pull handle 2 to be parallel to the ground, then the push-pull handle 2 is pushed backwards, and through the sequential transmission of the inner connecting piece 3, the outer connecting piece 4 and the steel wire pipe 5, the 2 lock rods 6 move away from the middle of the rear part of the lock body 1 in the up-down direction, so that the outer ends of the 2 lock rods 6 are inserted into the insertion holes arranged on the ring main unit body to realize the locking of the ring main unit door; then the box cover 14 is closed upwards, the padlock 7 is locked, and the outer cover plate 14-3 of the box cover 14 is put down. The box cover 14 with the padlock 7 also has a limiting function on the push-pull handle 2, and prevents the push-pull handle 2 from popping out of the box body 11.
