The invention aims to provide a safe and intelligent three-dimensional printer safety door lock device convenient to operate and control. The invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, a design of triggering by pressing twice is adopted, the soft magnetic suction head is powered on to firmly suck the door during the first pressing, and the soft magnetic suction head is powered off, reset and unlocked during the second pressing, so that printing failure caused by door opening by misoperation in the midway of printing can be effectively prevented; in addition, a power supply circuit of the soft magnetic suction head can be directly connected with an upper computer in series, and when the three-dimensional printer works, if a midway door is opened, the printing operation can be automatically suspended.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the door of the three-dimensional printer is in an open state, the snap ring 3-3 is positioned on the front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1, and the circuit breaking point B5-2 is not closed; the soft magnetic tip 3-1 and the conductive piece A5-3 are separated, and the disconnection point A5-1 is not closed (see FIG. 1).
When the door is closed, a conducting strip A5-3 fixed on the door firstly contacts the soft magnetic suction head 3-1, and a circuit breaking point A5-1 is closed; the door is continuously pressed, the snap ring 3-3 moves backwards, the limiting swing arm 4-1 is pushed to swing towards the inclined lower side along the hinged shaft of the limiting swing arm, and when the limiting swing arm 4-1 is separated from the front end of the snap ring 3-3, the limiting swing arm rapidly restores to the vertical state under the action of the elastic piece B4-3 and the linkage rod 4-4;
at the moment, the limiting swing arm 4-1 is positioned at the inner ring of the clamping ring 3-3, the conducting strip B5-4 on the limiting swing arm 4-1 is in contact with the open circuit point B5-2 of the inner ring of the clamping ring 3-3 (the open circuit point B5-2 and the conducting strip B5-4 are kept in a compression state through the elastic piece A2-2), the power supply circuit 5 of the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 forms a closed loop, the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 forms magnetic attraction to suck the door, and the door closing operation is completed (see fig. 2-3).
When the door needs to be opened, the door is continuously pressed, the retainer ring 3-3 pushes the baffle 4-2 to move towards the rear side, the limiting swing arm 4-1 swings obliquely along the hinged shaft by being pulled by the linkage rod 4-4 until the limiting swing arm 4-1 is separated from the inner ring of the retainer ring 3-3, the circuit breaking point B5-2 is disconnected at the moment, and the soft magnetic suction head 3-1 loses the magnetic attraction force;
then the operator removes the force, the snap ring 3-3 moves forward rapidly under the action of the restoring force of the elastic piece A2-2, the door is bounced open, the limiting swing arm 4-1 returns to the vertical state under the action of the elastic piece B4-3, and the snap ring 3-3 is positioned at the front side of the limiting swing arm 4-1 at the moment, so that the door opening operation is completed (see fig. 4-5).
In another embodiment, the power supply circuit 5 is also connected in series with an upper computer 6 for controlling the operation of the three-dimensional printer. When the three-dimensional printer works, if the midway door is opened, the printing operation can be automatically terminated.
