The invention relates to a preparation method of a sand-containing fog seal pavement material with the function of degrading automobile exhaust, which comprises the following steps: (1) washing the activated carbon with distilled water, drying and cooling for later use; (2) mixing a silane coupling agent into alcohol, and adding the silane coupling agent while stirring the mixed solution to enable the silane coupling agent to fully react with the alcohol; (3) then putting the weighed mass of nano titanium dioxide into the mixed solution of the silane coupling agent and the alcohol, and stirring by using a high-speed shearing machine to fully react; (4) putting the activated carbon treated in the step (1) into water, and stirring the activated carbon uniformly by using a high-speed stirrer; (5) and (4) mixing the mixed liquor obtained in the step (3) and the mixed liquor obtained in the step (4) according to a ratio, putting the mixed liquor into an ultrasonic stirrer, starting the ultrasonic stirrer to perform ultrasonic mixing for more than 1 hour, and finishing the mixing to form mixed material slurry. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of the automobile exhaust.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of the modern times, pollutants discharged by automobiles have certain influence on the air quality, and the automobile exhaust pollutants mainly comprise: carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, soot particles (certain heavy metal compounds, lead compounds, black smoke and oil mist), odors (formaldehyde, etc.). The most significant hazard of automobile exhaust is the formation of photochemical smog. Hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides in automobile exhaust undergo chemical reaction under the action of sunlight to generate ozone, which is combined with other components in the atmosphere to form photochemical smog. Its harm to health is mainly manifested by eye irritation, causing pinkeye; irritate nose, throat, trachea and lungs, causing chronic respiratory diseases. Photochemical smog can wither trees and reduce the yield of crops in large quantities; can reduce the visibility of the atmosphere and obstruct the traffic.

Further, as disclosed in chinese patent application No. 201510589065.9, titanium dioxide and activated carbon are prepared by a sol-gel method, but the material cannot fully exert the maximum photocatalytic performance, and cannot avoid the disadvantages of long preparation process, need of titanium dioxide sol, and the like, and the price of the material is not very suitable for paving road surfaces.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a sand-containing fog seal pavement material capable of degrading automobile exhaust, which has the advantages of easily obtained raw materials, simple process, low cost, higher efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of automobile exhaust and easiness in implementation.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a preparation method of a sand-containing fog seal pavement material with an effect of degrading automobile exhaust, which comprises the following steps:
(1) washing the activated carbon with distilled water, then putting the washed activated carbon into a dryer for drying, and then cooling the dried activated carbon for later use,
(2) mixing a silane coupling agent into 95% alcohol, adding the silane coupling agent and stirring the mixed solution at the same time, so that the silane coupling agent and the alcohol are fully reacted;
(3) then putting the weighed mass of nano titanium dioxide into the mixed solution of the silane coupling agent and the alcohol, and stirring by using a high-speed shearing machine to fully react;
(4) putting the activated carbon treated in the step (1) into water, and stirring the activated carbon uniformly by using a high-speed stirrer;
(5) mixing the mixed liquor obtained in the step (3) and the mixed liquor obtained in the step (4) according to a ratio, putting the mixed liquor into an ultrasonic stirrer, starting the ultrasonic stirrer to perform ultrasonic mixing for more than 1 hour, and finishing the mixing to form mixed material slurry;
(6) then directly doping the mixture slurry obtained in the step (5) into special emulsified asphalt and uniformly stirring to obtain a pavement material; the pavement material is directly mixed with sand and stirred uniformly, and then put into a spreader to be spread on the paved asphalt concrete pavement.
And (5) drying and damaging the mixture slurry obtained in the step (5) to obtain the photocatalytic additive powder capable of degrading the automobile exhaust.

The method has the advantages that the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of tail gas can be greatly enhanced by mixing the nano TiO2 with the titanium dioxide, the characteristics of large surface area of the road surface, wide distribution, direct action of tires and tail gas and the like are utilized, the nano TiO2 and the tail gas are added into mixed liquid of alcohol and a silane coupling agent and are mixed with activated carbon by using equipment such as a high-speed shearing machine, a high-speed stirring machine and the like, the silane coupling agent is added in the method, so that the surface activity of the titanium dioxide is increased, the photocatalytic performance of the prepared material is improved, the tedious working steps of a sol-gel method are avoided, the preparation process of the road material is simplified, and the possibility is increased for large. Secondly, the sand-containing fog seal layer is applied to the asphalt-based material, and only one layer is needed to be sprayed on the asphalt concrete pavement, so that the cost of paving the photocatalysis degradation tail gas pavement is reduced, and the photocatalysis degradation tail gas pavement has strong tail gas degradation capability.
The invention has the remarkable advantages that:
(1) the materials (active carbon, alcohol, silane coupling agent, sand and emulsified asphalt) involved in the invention are easy to obtain, the preparation process is simple and convenient, and the engineering practice is facilitated.
(2) The sealing pavement material prepared by the method has a strong photocatalytic function, and compared with other photocatalytic degradation tail gas asphalt concrete materials, the sealing pavement material has the advantages that the amount of titanium dioxide and activated carbon added is less under the same condition, and the sealing pavement material is more economic and environment-friendly.
(3) The sand-containing fog seal layer material can be prepared by mixing on site or prefabricating in a plant in actual engineering, and the mixing method is simple, convenient and quick and has higher flexibility.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further explained with reference to the following examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
The invention discloses a method for preparing sand-containing fog seal pavement material with the function of degrading automobile exhaust, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the activated carbon is washed by distilled water, then is put into a dryer for drying for about 24 hours, and then is placed in a cool place for standby. Impurities such as magnesium, calcium and the like which possibly affect the photocatalytic effect in the activated carbon can be removed by repeatedly washing the activated carbon with distilled water, so that the activated carbon can exert the maximum effect;
(2) the silane coupling agent is mixed into 95% alcohol, and the mixture is stirred while the silane coupling agent is added, so that the silane coupling agent and the alcohol are fully reacted.
(3) Then putting the weighed mass of nano titanium dioxide into the mixed solution of the silane coupling agent and the alcohol (the carbon-titanium ratio is 0.65-0.7), and stirring by using a high-speed shearing machine to fully react;
(4) putting the activated carbon treated in the step (1) into water, and stirring the activated carbon uniformly by using a high-speed stirrer;
(5) mixing the mixed liquor obtained in the step (3) and the mixed liquor obtained in the step (4) according to a ratio, putting the mixed liquor into an ultrasonic stirrer, starting the ultrasonic stirrer to perform ultrasonic mixing for about 1 hour, and then completing the mixing, wherein the step forms mixed material slurry with strong adsorption capacity and photocatalytic capacity;
(6) then directly doping the mixture slurry obtained in the step (5) into special emulsified asphalt and uniformly stirring to obtain a pavement material; the pavement material is directly mixed with sand and stirred uniformly, and then put into a spreader to be spread on the paved asphalt concrete pavement.
The invention can also dry the mixture slurry obtained in the step (5), and put into a ball mill for damage after drying to obtain powder which can be used as a powdery photocatalytic additive; when in use, the powder is mixed with a proper amount of sand and special emulsified asphalt to form a sand-containing fog seal pavement material with degraded tail gas, and the pavement material can be directly sprayed on an asphalt concrete pavement with the help of a spreading vehicle. The pavement materials prepared by the two methods can be realized in a later sand-containing fog seal.
Comprehensively comparing the influence of the mixing amount proportion and the rotating speed setting of the special emulsified asphalt, the sand and the mixture slurry (or powder) on the pavement performance and the catalytic degradation effect of the sealed pavement, and determining the optimal mixing amount proportion of the special emulsified asphalt, the sand and the mixture slurry for pavement sealing.
Examples
The embodiment of the preparation method of the sand-containing fog seal pavement material with the function of degrading the automobile exhaust,
taking a proper amount of 100g of activated carbon, putting the activated carbon into a basin, washing the activated carbon with distilled water, then putting the activated carbon into a dryer to dry for about 24 hours, and then placing the activated carbon to a cool place for standby.
