A cargo-handling device for road transport according to claim 4, characterized in that: the obstacle observation mechanism (7) further comprises a forward and reverse rotating motor (706), a driving gear (707) is fixed to an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotating motor (706), a driven gear (708) is fixed to the outer wall of the rotating shaft (702), the driving gear (707) is in meshed connection with the driven gear (708), and the driven gear (708) is an incomplete gear.
6. A cargo-handling device for road transport according to claim 5, characterised in that: the control switch (18) and the forward and reverse rotating motor (706) are electrically connected with the storage battery through leads.
