The mixture conveyer for concrete transportation has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenience in use, high practicability and the like, and can realize mixing and stirring of concrete raw materials, transportation of mixed soil and dumping of the mixed soil.

Claims (7)
1. A mixture conveyer of concrete transportation usefulness which characterized in that: the device comprises a first mounting pipe (1), a second mounting pipe (2), baffle plates (4), a stirring mechanism, a turnover mechanism and a moving mechanism (24), wherein the first mounting pipe (1) is provided with two parallel front and back orientation distribution, the second mounting pipe (2) is provided with two parallel left and right orientation distribution, the first mounting pipe (1) and the second mounting pipe (2) enclose a rectangle and are connected by virtue of an L-shaped connecting plate (3), the baffle plates (4) are J-shaped and provided with two, the two baffle plates (4) are bilaterally and symmetrically distributed and are mounted on the lower end surface of the first mounting pipe (1), the stirring mechanism is arranged between the two baffle plates (4) and is used for mixing and stirring sand, stone, water and cement, a stirrer is prevented from being arranged outside independently, the turnover mechanism is arranged on the front side and the back side of the stirring mechanism and is used for overturning the stirring mechanism, and then the mixed concrete is poured out, the moving mechanism (24) is arranged right above the connecting plate (3) and used for moving the mixing mechanism, and then the mixing mechanism is moved right above the designated position.

A mixer conveyor for the transport of concrete according to claim 1, characterised in that: the mixing mechanism comprises a mixing cylinder (5) and a mixing motor (11), the mixing cylinder (5) is arranged between two baffle plates (4) in the front and back direction of the level, the rectangular inlet and outlet (501) are arranged at the top of the mixing cylinder (5), the edge of the inlet and outlet (501) of the mixing cylinder (5) is welded with the baffle plate (502) in an inverted '7' shape, the inside of the mixing cylinder (5) is provided with a coaxial mixing shaft (6) and is rotatably installed with the mixing cylinder (5) through a bearing, the connecting rod (7) vertical to the mixing shaft (6) is uniformly welded on the mixing shaft (6), the suspension end of the connecting rod (7) is welded with a spiral mixing plate (8), the front side and the back side of the baffle plates (4) on the two sides are provided with a third mounting pipe (9), and a first fixing plate (10) is arranged between the second mounting pipe (2) and the third mounting pipe (9) in the middle, the mixing motor (11) is horizontally and inwards installed on the first fixing plate (10), and the front end part and the rear end part of the mixing shaft (6) penetrate through the mixing cylinder (5) and are respectively connected with the output shafts of the front mixing motor (11) and the rear mixing motor (11) through the two couplers (12).

A mixer conveyor for the transport of concrete according to claim 2, characterised in that: the turnover mechanism comprises end face ratchet wheels (13), the two end face ratchet wheels (13) are arranged and are arranged at the centers of the front side and the rear side of the mixing drum (5), the outer side of the end face ratchet wheel (13) is provided with a coaxial mounting disc (15) which is arranged on the mixing shaft (6) through a connecting seat (14), an overhanging plate (16) which overhangs outwards is welded on the outer circumferential surface of the mounting disc (15) uniformly, a ratchet plate (18) is rotatably arranged on the overhanging plate (16) through a pin shaft (17), the outer side of the suspension plate (16) on the ratchet plate (18) is provided with an elastic pressing sheet (19) contacted with the ratchet plate (18), when the mounting plate (15) rotates clockwise, the ratchet plate (18) can slide through the teeth on the end face ratchet (13), when the mounting disc (15) rotates anticlockwise, the ratchet plate (18) can be clamped with the teeth on the end face ratchet (13).

A mixer conveyor for the transport of concrete according to claim 3, characterised in that: the moving mechanism (24) is arranged on an I-shaped steel rail in a sliding mode, the moving mechanism (24) comprises a mounting plate (25) and a moving motor (29), the mounting plate (25) is horizontally arranged right above the connecting plate (3) and is connected with a first mounting pipe (1) and a second mounting pipe (2) below through screws, L-shaped second fixing plates (26) are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end face of the mounting plate (25), moving shafts (27) which face left and right are rotatably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the second fixing plates (26) through bearings, moving wheels (28) are arranged at inward extending ends of the moving shafts (27) on the left side and the right side, a first belt wheel (32) is arranged at an outward extending end of the moving shaft (27) on the outer side, the moving motor (29) is horizontally arranged inward and is arranged on the outer side of the second fixing plate (26) on the outer side in, a first belt wheel (31) is installed on an output shaft of the moving motor (29), the first belt wheel (31) is connected with a second front belt wheel (32) and a second rear belt wheel (32) through a belt (33), inverted L-shaped installation pipes four (34) are installed on the front side and the rear side of the installation plate (25) on the second fixing plate (26), and pressing wheels (35) are installed on the inner sides of the upper portions of the installation pipes four (34) on the left side and the right side.

A mixer conveyor for the transport of concrete according to claim 2, characterised in that: lifting wheels (23) are uniformly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the inner side of the material baffle plate (4), the lifting wheels (23) are distributed in the middle and the lower portion of the material baffle plate (4), and the circumferential surface of the lifting wheels (23) is in contact with the front outer circumferential surface and the rear outer circumferential surface of the mixing cylinder (5).
