As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the width-adjustable wood board cutting device comprises a workbench 1, four uniformly-distributed support legs 2 are arranged at the lower end of the workbench 1, a protective cover 3 is arranged on the workbench 1, four uniformly-distributed observation ports 4 are arranged on the protective cover 3, a protective cover 5 is arranged at the lower end of the workbench 1, the protective cover 5 is fixedly connected with the workbench 1 through first screws 6, a position-adjustable material blocking mechanism 10 is arranged at the front end of the workbench 1, a cutting mechanism 30 is arranged in the middle of the workbench 1, a transmission mechanism 40 capable of self-locking is arranged at the lower end of the workbench 1, a material pressing mechanism 50 is arranged at the rear end of the transmission mechanism 40, and a feeding mechanism 70 is arranged at the lower side of the workbench 1.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the material stop mechanism 10 includes a baffle 11, the baffle 11 is disposed on the upper side of the workbench 1, a slider 12 is disposed at the lower end of the baffle 11, a first guide rail 13 is disposed at the front end of the workbench 1, the slider 12 is disposed in the first guide rail 13, a threaded rod 14 is connected in the slider 12, the threaded rod 14 is screwed with the slider 12, the threaded rod 14 is rotatably connected with the workbench 1 through a bearing, a fixing block 15 is disposed at the bottom end of the first guide rail 13, the fixing block 15 is fixedly connected with the first guide rail 13 through a second screw 17, the front end of the threaded rod 14 extends to the front side of the fixing block 15 and is provided with a short shaft 18, the threaded rod 14 is rotatably connected with the fixing block 15 through a bearing, a key 19 is disposed at the front end of the short shaft 18, a circular tube 20 is disposed at the front side of the circular tube 20, the key 19 is disposed in the key slot 21, first fixture blocks 22 are disposed at two ends of the circular tube 20, the front end of the fixing block 15 is provided with first fixture blocks 23, and a knob 24 is disposed at the front side of the circular tube 20. As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the cutting mechanism 30 includes a first motor 31, the first motor 31 is disposed at the lower end of the workbench 1, a first power shaft 32 is disposed at the rear end of the first motor 31, the first power shaft 32 is rotatably connected to the workbench 1 through a bearing, a connecting plate 33 is disposed at the rear end of the first power shaft 32, a cylinder 34 is disposed in the middle of the connecting plate 33, a circular saw 35 is disposed on the cylinder 34, the circular saw 35 is rotatably connected to the cylinder 34 through a clearance fit, four evenly distributed support rods 36 are disposed at the rear end of the connecting plate 33, a fixing cover 37 is disposed at the rear side of the circular saw 35, a fixing groove 38 adapted to the support rods 36 is disposed at the front end of the fixing cover 37, the support rods 36 are disposed in the fixing groove 38 through the circular saw 35, a fixing bolt 39 is disposed at the rear side of the fixing cover 37, the front end of the fixing bolt 39 is disposed at the rear end of the cylinder 34 through the fixing cover 37, the fixing bolt 39 is screwed to the cylinder 34, a groove 7 is disposed at the lower end of the protection cover 5, and the lower end of the circular saw 35 is disposed in the groove 7. The cutting mechanism 30 fixes the circular saw 35 through the connecting plate 33 and the fixing cover 37, and the fixing effect is enhanced through the fixing bolt 39, so that the circular saw 35 can be more stably fixed on the first power shaft 32, the stability and the safety of the invention are improved, meanwhile, the fixing bolt 39 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, the worn circular saw 35 is convenient to replace, the convenience of the invention is improved, and the labor intensity of users is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, the transmission mechanism 40 includes a second motor 41, the second motor 41 is disposed at the lower end of the workbench 1, the processor 8 is disposed at the left side of the second motor 41, a second power shaft 42 is disposed at the right end of the second motor 41, a locking wheel 43 is disposed in the middle of the second power shaft 42, the locking wheel 43 rotates synchronously with the second power shaft 42 through interference fit, second locking grooves 44 are disposed at two ends of the locking wheel 43, a holding type electromagnet 45 is disposed at the front side of the locking wheel 43, the holding type electromagnet 45 and the second motor 41 are connected to the processor 8 through a circuit, a second locking block 46 is disposed at the rear end of the holding type electromagnet 45, when the second locking block 46 moves towards the locking wheel 43, the front end of the second locking block 46 is disposed in the second locking groove 44, a first gear 47 is disposed at the right end of the second power shaft 42, the first gear 47 rotates synchronously with the second power shaft 42 through interference fit, a second gear 48 is disposed at the rear side of the first gear 47 and is engaged with each other, the first gear 47 is smaller in diameter than the second gear 48, a first transmission shaft 49 rotates synchronously with the first transmission shaft 49 through interference fit. The transmission mechanism 40 can complete self-locking under the specified condition, stabilize the position of the material pressing plate 60, stably fix the wood plate on the workbench 1, improve the stability of the material pressing mechanism 50, reduce the rotating speed through gear transmission, improve the torque and improve the stability of the transmission mechanism.

The pressing mechanism 50 can stably fix the processed wood board on the workbench 1, and one side of the wood board is tightly attached to the baffle 11, so that the wood board is prevented from jumping to influence the cutting quality, the cutting quality of the wood board cutting machine is improved, meanwhile, the wood board is automatically moved and pressed tightly under the control of the transmission mechanism 40, the labor intensity of users is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the feeding mechanism 70 includes a third motor 71, the third motor 71 is disposed at the lower end of the workbench 1, a third power shaft 72 is disposed at the front end of the third motor 71, a first pulley 73 is disposed at the front end of the third power shaft 72, the first pulley 73 rotates synchronously with the third power shaft 72 through interference fit, a first transmission belt 74 is sleeved at the outer end of the first pulley 73, a second pulley 75 is disposed at the right end of the first transmission belt 74, the diameter of the second pulley 75 is greater than that of the first pulley 73, a second transmission shaft 76 is connected in the second pulley 75, the second pulley 75 rotates synchronously with the second transmission shaft 76 through interference fit, a first feeding wheel 77 is disposed at the front end of the second transmission shaft 76, the outer end of the first feeding wheel 77 can be made of rubber material with elasticity and large friction force, a first opening 78 is disposed at the right side of the interference workbench 1, the upper end of the first feeding wheel 77 extends to the upper end of the workbench 1 through the first opening 78, a third pulley 79 is disposed in the middle of the second transmission shaft 76, the third pulley 79 is disposed at the outer end of the interference fit with the second transmission shaft 79, a third pulley 76 is disposed at the interference fit with the second transmission shaft 82, a third pulley 82, an upper end of the interference fit, a fourth pulley 80 is disposed at the left side of the interference fit, a fourth pulley 80, and a fourth pulley 80 is disposed at the left side of the interference fit, and a fourth pulley 80, and a pulley 80 is disposed at the left side of the interference fit, and a pulley 80. The feeding mechanism 70 can push the wood board fixed on the workbench 1 to move without pushing the wood board by a user, thereby improving the safety of the invention, reducing the labor intensity of the user and improving the working efficiency.

The third motor 71 is started to drive the third power shaft 72 to rotate, the third power shaft 72 drives the first belt pulley 73 to rotate, the first belt pulley 73 transmits power to the second belt pulley 75 through the first transmission belt 74, the second belt pulley 75 drives the first feeding wheel 77 to rotate through the second transmission shaft 76, meanwhile, the third belt pulley 79 on the second transmission shaft 76 transmits power to the fourth belt pulley 81 through the second transmission belt 80, and the fourth belt pulley 81 drives the second feeding wheel 83 to rotate through the third transmission shaft 82. The wood board to be cut is placed on the workbench 1, one end face of the wood board is tightly attached to the baffle 11, at the moment, the processor 8 is used for starting the second motor 41 to rotate forwards, the processor 8 is the prior art, instructions for executing operations such as logic operation, sequence control, timing, counting, arithmetic operation and the like can be stored in the processor 8, the second motor 41 drives the first gear 47 to rotate through the second power shaft 42, the first gear 47 rotates through the second gear 48 which is meshed with each other, the second gear 48 drives the main gear 51 to rotate through the first transmission shaft 49, the main gear 51 drives the racks 52 which are meshed with each other to move forwards, the material pressing frame 58 fixedly connected with the racks 52 moves forwards, when the front end of the material pressing plate 60 is tightly attached to the rear end face of the material pressing frame 58, the material pressing plate 60 is extruded to move towards the inner side of the material pressing frame 58, when the rear end of the material pressing plate 60 touches the pressure sensor 64, the pressure sensor 64 transmits information to the processor 8, the electromagnet 8 controls the second motor 41 to stop running and start the holding type feeding 45 to drive the second clamping block 46 to move backwards to be clamped in the second clamping block 43, the second feeding wheel 44 is stably fixed on the workbench and the upper end of the wood board to cut, and the second wood board is moved towards the lower end of the circular saw table 35. After the cutting work of the single wood board is finished, the processor 8 controls the holding type electromagnet 45 to drive the second clamping block 46 to move forwards to be separated from the second clamping groove 44, and meanwhile, the second motor 41 rotates reversely to drive the material pressing frame 58 to move backwards.
