The drive shaft 207 is fixedly connected to the adjustment handle 15 via a work piece connection 205. The workpiece connector 205 may be configured to be removably and fixedly coupled to the adjustment handle 15, such as a snap-lock mechanism.
Referring again to fig. 4, the sensing limiting bracket includes a lifting rod 210 disposed on a limiting base 209, and a sensing limiting plate 211 mounted on the lifting rod 210 and partially located right above the center point of the deployment cavity. The sensing limiting plate 211 is rotatably connected with the lifting rod 210.
The working process of the tooling of the embodiment is shown in fig. 5, and is specifically as follows:
(1) The power is turned on, and specific parameters, such as the rotation speed, the rotation number, the rotation direction of the power source 208, the height of the induction limiting plate 211, etc., are set according to the specific unfolding width requirement of the workpiece.
(2) The vehicle jack 1 in the initial state is placed on the workpiece bracket 203, and then one end of the vehicle jack 1 is clamped on the workpiece connector 205.
(3) The induction limiting mechanism is adjusted to a working position (namely, is positioned right above the center of the unfolding cavity) and locked and fixed.
(4) The power source 208 is started, so that the workpiece connector 205 rotates along with the driving shaft 207 to drive the vehicle-mounted jack 1 to start to be unfolded, and after the parts touch the induction limiting plate 211, the workpiece connector 205 of the corresponding part stops working.
(5) The sensing limiting plate 211 is unlocked and opened, and is adjusted to an avoidance position, and the vehicle-mounted jack 1 is sprung from the workpiece bracket 203.
(6) The part is restarted for the next cycle.

in this embodiment, a supporting block 212 capable of supporting the middle part of the vehicle-mounted jack 1 is further disposed at the middle position of the two workpiece brackets 203, and the supporting block 212 adopts an elastic structure capable of moving up and down, that is, a spring is additionally disposed below the supporting block body, so that when the vehicle-mounted jack 1 is unfolded, the supporting block 212 sinks along with the jack, and after the induction limiting plate 211 at the top of the vehicle-mounted jack 1 is adjusted to the avoiding position, the spring can act on the supporting block 212 to bounce (or present a bouncing trend), thereby facilitating the taking out of the vehicle-mounted jack 1.

2. The vehicle mounted jack condition adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein the locating bracket is open at the upper end.
3. The vehicle-mounted jack state adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein the power source is a driving motor.
4. The vehicle-mounted jack state adjustment tool according to claim 1, wherein the driving shaft is fixedly connected with the adjustment handle through the workpiece connector.

A vehicle-mounted jack condition adjustment tool as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sensing limiting bracket comprises a lifting rod arranged on the limiting base and a sensing limiting plate mounted on the lifting rod and partially located directly above the centre point of the deployment cavity.
6. The vehicle-mounted jack state adjustment tool of claim 5, wherein the induction limiting plate is rotatably connected with the lifting rod.
7. The vehicle jack condition adjustment tool of claim 1, wherein the deployment mechanism is provided with a plurality of sets.
8. A vehicle jack condition adjustment tooling as claimed in claim 7 wherein each two sets of deployment mechanisms share a set of sensing limiting mechanisms.
