Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of office supplies, and particularly relates to a staple and a stapler thereof.
Background
The stapler is one of small tools which are frequently used in work and life, has the function of binding documents and the like which need to be bound in daily life, is very wide in practical application and very practical, and brings great convenience to daily needs of people.
The current stapler technology is mature and is widely applied; however, many people have experienced such an experience as staples in bound documents scratching their hands; the reason for this problem arises is because: the two ends of the staple after being bound are easy to bulge, and the habit that most people can develop is that after the document paper is bound, tools such as pens and the like can be used for hammering the two ends of the staple slightly for several times, so that the two ends of the bulged staple are hammered into the staples to be not bulged, and the damage is not easy to cause.
As described above, there is also a problem that some people are not used to scratch hands easily in daily use; when the method is used, the time consumed by binding each time is relatively large; meanwhile, the protruding staple is not well treated, so that the problem still exists; of course, there are also situations where there is no readily available tool around the side so that the two ends of the staple are hammered in so that they do not protrude.
Aiming at the problems, the staple and the stapler thereof have the advantages of safety protection by wrapping the two ends of the staple through the arranged staple sleeve and the corresponding stapler; meanwhile, the staple sleeve and the staples can form a closed rectangular structure, and when the back of the staple is stressed, the staple sleeve and the staples are matched to play a certain stabilizing role, so that the staples are not easy to bend to the relative degree. The advantage of protecting hands from being scratched is particularly obvious when the hand protector is used by children and pupils.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a staple and a stapler thereof, and solves the existing problems.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a staple, which is in a U-shaped structure; the nail sleeve is also included; the nail sleeve is matched with two ends of a staple; the nail sleeve has the function of wrapping the two ends of the staple, so that the effect of protecting a user is achieved.
Further, the nail sleeve is of a tubular structure; when the nail sleeve is of a tubular structure, the nail sleeve and two ends of a bent staple can be in extrusion fit or clearance fit to achieve the wrapping effect.
Further, the nail sleeve is of a columnar structure; the end part of the columnar structure is provided with a clamping interface;
when the two end parts of the columnar structure are both provided with clamping ports; the two clamping interfaces are respectively matched with two ends of a staple in a bent state; the fit can be an extrusion fit or a clearance fit; the columnar structure at this time exhibits substantially the same action and effect as the tubular structure described above;
when one end part of the columnar structure is provided with a clamping interface; the clamping interfaces at one end parts of the two columnar structures are respectively matched with the two ends of the staple in a bent state; the fit can be an extrusion fit or a clearance fit; the nail sleeve is divided into two parts; the two are respectively sleeved at the two ends of the staple.
Furthermore, the inner sides of the two ends of the staple are arranged into barb structures; when the staple sleeve is matched with the two ends of the staple, the matching can be extrusion-press fit; the staple sheath can be clamped at two ends of the staple in the U-shaped state; the barb structure enables the nail sleeve not to fall off easily, meanwhile, the paper and other documents are fixed, the binding function is achieved, and only the stability of the relatively complete staple is poor;
the nail sleeve can be clamped at the two ends of the bent staple to be matched; the barb structure ensures that the nail sleeve is not easy to fall off, so that the stability of the bent staple is higher, and the nail sleeve is not easy to fall off; to a relative extent, also has better protection and packaging functions.
A stapler of a staple comprises a stapler and a base of the stapler; a mold plate for pressing staples is fixed on the upper surface of the base, and two grooves for pressing staples are formed in the upper surface of the mold plate; a clamping groove is formed between the two grooves; the clamping groove is used for clamping the nail sleeve; the clamping groove is used for fixing the nail sleeve at the position of binding, so that the nail sleeve is sleeved at two ends of a staple after binding.
Furthermore, the inner bottom surface of the clamping groove at the joint of the clamping groove and the groove is lower than the inner bottom surface of the groove; the nail sleeve is clamped behind the clamping groove, and the inner bottom surface of the nail sleeve does not exceed the height of the inner bottom surface of the groove; the binding process can be smoothly carried out due to the action of the position, and the smoothness of use is also ensured.
A stapler of a staple comprises a stapler and a base of the stapler; a mold plate for pressing staples is fixed on the upper surface of the base, and two grooves for pressing staples are formed in the upper surface of the mold plate; nail sleeve grooves are formed in the opposite outer sides of the inner surfaces of the two grooves; the two nail sleeve grooves are of an inverted eight-shaped structure; two staple sleeves are respectively sleeved at two ends of a staple; the function of the inverted eight-shaped structure is as follows: when the nail sleeve is subjected to the acting force of the vertically downward staple, the nail sleeve is subjected to the acting force on the base and the mold plate, and a part of the acting force can enable the two ends of the nail sleeve and the two ends of the staple to move inwards, so that the smooth operation of the binding process is ensured; for the inclination angle of the nail sleeve, a corresponding block structure needs to be set according to a large amount of experimental data, so that an optimal angle is achieved; the blocking block is a convex structure which is arranged according to the requirement for increasing resistance in the process that the nail sleeve moves inwards; the resistance is increased to allow both ends of the staple to be smoothly inserted into the staple case.
A stapler of a staple comprises a stapler and a base of the stapler; a mold plate for pressing staples is fixed on the upper surface of the base, and two grooves for pressing staples are formed in the upper surface of the mold plate; a sliding groove is formed between the two grooves; the inner surface of the sliding groove is in sliding fit with the clamping plate; notches are uniformly arrayed on the upper surface of the clamping plate; the notch is used for clamping the nail sleeve; the clamping plate has the following functions: can be arrayed in a row like staples; namely, the clamping plate can be consumed in the same amount as the staples by placing a row of staple sleeves.
Furthermore, the clamping plates and the nail sleeves clamped in the notches are lower than the upper surface of the die plate; the effect here is that the height of the catch plate and the staple pocket does not affect the effect of the obstruction of the staple upper parts when pressed.
Furthermore, a resisting block is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the sliding chute; the action of the resisting block is as follows: against the sleeve, i.e. only the slot of the exhausted sleeve can slide through, the next slot with the sleeve will stop between the two said grooves, so that the sleeve is provided in the next stapling operation.
Further, the nail sleeve can be made of relatively soft materials such as plastics and rubber.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the staple and the stapler thereof, the two ends of the staple are wrapped under the action of the arranged staple sleeve and the corresponding stapler, so that the staple and the stapler thereof have the advantage of safety protection; meanwhile, the staple cover and the staples can form a closed rectangular structure, and when the back of the staple is stressed, the staple cover and the staples are matched to play a certain stabilizing role, so that the staples are not easy to bend to the relative degree. The advantage of protecting hands from being scratched is particularly obvious when the hand protector is used by children and pupils.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
