The fastener 27 is provided with a hinge part 270, the hinge part is provided with a notch 271 and a round hole 272, the notch is communicated with the round hole, and the hollow interlayer of the front clamping piece 24 and the rear clamping piece 25 is provided with a hinge pin which is matched with the round hole of the hinge part through the notch.
