Description

Grind quick-witted lower wall and grind machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of workpiece machining, in particular to a lower disc of a grinding machine and the grinding machine.
Background
In the field of workpiece processing, the application of the grinding machine is very wide, in particular to the field of workpiece processing of automobile parts, high-precision bearings, cutting tool measuring tools, refrigeration compressor parts, electronic components and the like. When the grinder is used, a ground workpiece needs to be placed in the carrying disc, and as the thickness of the existing electronic component (such as a mobile phone camera, a built-in chip and the like) is only a few millimeters, a thin carrying disc needs to be applied when the electronic component is ground, the thickness of the carrying disc needs to be slightly smaller than that of the ground electronic component so that the ground workpiece can be ground, the thickness of the common thin carrying disc is about 2-10 mm, and as the thickness of the carrying disc is thin, the carrying disc made of common plastic materials is very fragile, and a metal carrying disc needs to be used.
When the existing grinding machine works, the inner ring drives the carrying disc to rotate in a planetary gear transmission mode, and meanwhile the upper grinding disc and the lower grinding disc also rotate to grind a ground workpiece. Because the precision between each workpiece to be ground needs to be ensured, the rotating speed of the inner ring of the grinding machine needs to be far greater than that of the upper grinding disc and the lower grinding disc, and the relative speed of the inner ring and the outer ring can be very high under the condition that the outer ring does not rotate, so that the metal carrying disc is easily distorted and deformed, and the equipment is damaged.

Figure BDA0002238776680000151
wherein, w Inner partIs the angular velocity of the inner ring of the lower disc, r Inner partThe radius of a reference circle, w, for the inner ring teeth of the lower disc Outer coverIs the angular velocity of the outer ring of the lower disc, r Outer coverThe radius of the reference circle of the outer ring teeth of the lower disc is the radius of the reference circle.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the lower disc of the grinding machine is used for grinding, in order to prevent the carrier disc from being distorted and deformed, firstly, the outer ring of the lower disc and the inner ring of the lower disc need to be ensured to rotate oppositely, and the carrier disc clamping teeth between the outer ring of the lower disc and the inner ring of the lower disc are avoided under the condition of rotating in the same direction. Because the transmission ratio of the epicyclic gear train can not be directly calculated, the epicyclic gear train can be converted into an imaginary ordinary gear train by utilizing the principle of relative motion, and then the calculation formula of the transmission ratio of the ordinary gear train is utilized to calculate the epicyclic gear train, namely, an inversion method or a conversion mechanism method is adopted. Preferably, the linear velocities at the engagement points of the lower disc inner ring and the lower disc outer ring with the carrier disc are equal, and if the linkage is made stationary, the epicyclic gear train is converted into an ordinary gear train, and a common angular velocity of "-W" is added to the whole epicyclic gear train, so that the tie bars become relatively stationary, thereby obtaining the imaginary ordinary gear train.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2A, the lower disk inner ring 12 and the lower disk outer ring 13 are involute gears. Compared with a cycloid gear, the involute gear has the advantage of unchanged angular speed ratio, and the positive pressure direction on the contact point of the involute tooth form is always tangent to the base circle of the involute, so that the constant transmission ratio during meshing can be ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2A and 12, the lower disk outer ring 13 may include: an outer ring outer gear 131 and an outer ring inner gear 132 fitted inside the outer ring outer gear 131; teeth are distributed on the outer portion of the outer ring outer gear 131 and the inner side of the outer ring inner gear 132. In the embodiment of the invention, because the outer side teeth and the inner side teeth of the upper disc outer ring are correspondingly abraded in the grinding process, and the outer side teeth are abraded greatly, only the outer side gear needs to be replaced when the upper disc outer ring is replaced, the grinding machine is convenient and quick, and resources are saved.
