Abstract
The invention provides a pipeline welding tool which comprises a mounting seat, motors, transmission wheels and guide rails, wherein the number of the transmission wheels is two, and the transmission wheels are fixed on the mounting seat through a left transmission wheel fixing plate and a right transmission wheel fixing plate; the upper end of the mounting seat is also provided with two guide rails, and cushion blocks are fixed below the guide rails; a transmission shaft is arranged in the mounting seat and is fixed in the mounting seat through a left transmission shaft mounting plate and a right transmission shaft mounting plate; two gears are fixedly arranged on the transmission shaft and are respectively meshed with the transmission wheel; the motor is located inside the mounting seat, and a rotating wheel on the motor is meshed with a gear on the transmission shaft. The working process of the pipeline welding tool provided by the invention is that a steel pipe 5 penetrates through the inside of a driving wheel 3 and a part of the steel pipe is exposed, then a cushion block 7 is replaced or adjusted to enable the center height of the steel pipe 5 and the axis of the driving wheel 3 to be positioned on the same straight line, then a bolt is used for clamping the steel pipe 5 through a bolt hole in the driving wheel 3, the steel pipes to be welded are fixed on the other side according to the same method, two fixed steel pipes are ensured to be positioned on the same horizontal line, and the welding positions of the two steel pipes are aligned; then starting the motor 10, adjusting the rotating speed to a proper value, and under the transmission of a motor rotating wheel, rotating the two driving wheels 3 carrying the steel pipes to be welded at the same speed to ensure the synchronous uniform rotation of the welding elements; and then welding the welding position.
The welding tool provided by the invention is used for welding small-diameter pipelines, is scientific and reasonable in overall structural design, convenient to use, firm and durable, saves labor, ensures the welding quality and improves the welding speed.
