Abstract
The invention aims to provide a filter element with an installation guide device, which is used for solving the problems in the prior art and comprises a central column, a first filter medium and a second filter medium which surround the central column, and an upper end cover and a lower end cover which are connected to two ends of the central column, wherein the central column comprises a filter section, an installation guide section and a connecting end which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the installation guide device is arranged in the installation guide section, and the installation guide device at least comprises a plurality of high keys and low keys which are respectively distributed circumferentially around the axis of the central column. Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
the filter element with the installation guide device as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 comprises a central column 11, a first filter medium 121 which is made of a water coalescing medium and is used as a water coalescing layer and surrounds the central column 11, a second filter medium 122 which is wrapped outside the first filter medium 121 and is formed by combining an impurity filtering layer supported by the filter medium and the water coalescing layer, and an upper end cover 13 and a lower end cover 14 which are connected with two ends of the central column 11 through hot melting welding. The combination of the first filter medium 121 and the second filter medium 122 forms an equivalent coalescing filter element structure, the coalescing filter element is made of various composite materials through a special process, has hydrophilic characteristics, can filter mechanical impurities in the medium, can separate emulsified water from the medium through emulsion breaking and coalescence, and can coalesce into larger water drops, so that the medium can be further purified. Meanwhile, it is preferable to provide a valve or a safety driving part for opening a fluid passage in the filter housing at the end of the groove/rail, and to press the valve or the safety driving part downward to open the passage after the high key 21 and the low key 22 are inserted, thereby realizing the functions of installation guide and driving the valve cartridge or the safety with a simple structure.
The installation guide device 2 in this embodiment further includes an annular shell 23, the annular shell 23 can be rotatably embedded in the installation guide section 112, that is, when inserting the filter housing, the circumferential rotation adjustment required by the guiding insertion installation action of the high key 21 is directly completed by the rotation of the annular shell 23 itself, and the installer can complete the corresponding guiding installation only by a simple insertion action (to ensure that the annular shell 23 can effectively rotate, it is preferable that a guide surface with a certain gradient is provided at the opening of the groove/track corresponding to the filter housing, so that the insertion force of the installer can break out the lateral force which horizontally pushes the annular shell 23 to rotate to realize the guiding installation at the contact position of the guide surface and the guiding driving part 211 of the high key 21). Meanwhile, by means of the embedded structure of the high key 21 and the low key 22, the filter element can rotate around the axis after being installed, but the problems of safety and work influenced by shaking, loosening and the like deviated from the axis can be avoided, and the simple rotation does not influence the working effect of the filter element because the filter element is similar to a revolving body.
In this embodiment, the central pillar 11 further includes a connecting neck portion 3 disposed between the filtering section 111 and the installation guide section 112, and the connecting neck portion 3 includes an annular base plate 31 extending inward from an inner wall of the central pillar 11, a first shoulder portion 32 extending downward from the base plate 31, and a second shoulder portion 33 extending upward from the base plate 31.

In this embodiment, the connection end 113, the shoulder 142, and the filter medium 12 enclose a labyrinth chamber 143. The labyrinth cavity 143 is embedded with a sealing ring 144 with three surfaces wrapping the connecting end 113, so that the connection between the central column 11 and the lower end cover 14 is effectively sealed, and the possible leakage problem caused by the rotatable installation and positioning device 2 is prevented.
In this embodiment, the mounting guide section 112 is provided with a plurality of spiral reinforcing ridges 114 on the outer side to reinforce the structural strength thereof.

The filter element with the installation guide device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising at least one inner filter column (33), wherein the inner filter column (33) is coaxially arranged in the central column (11) in a penetrating manner, and the lower end of the inner filter column (33) is clamped with the second shoulder (33).

The filter cartridge with the installation guide device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the lower end cap (14) comprises an annular lower cover plate (141) and a retaining shoulder (142) extending upwards from an inner hole of the lower cover plate (141), the outer diameter of the retaining shoulder (142) is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting end (113) of the center column (11), and the upper end and the lower end of the ring shell (23) respectively abut against the first shoulder (32) and the retaining shoulder (142).
7. A filter cartridge with installation guide according to claim 6, characterised in that the connection end (113), the stop shoulder (142) and the filter medium (12) enclose a labyrinth chamber (143).
