Further, the electrically controlled locking mechanism comprises a rectangular frame 18, a push-pull electromagnet 19 and a driving plate 53; the driving plate 53 is fixedly installed in the lower-layer housing 2, and a relay 55 and three intermediate electrodes 54 are provided on the driving plate 53; the three intermediate electrodes 54 are electrically connected to the three inner cables 52, respectively; the rectangular frame 18 is fixedly arranged on the right side wall in the lower shell 2, and a rectangular lock hole 32 is arranged on the front side frame of the rectangular frame 18; the push-pull electromagnet 19 is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the upper side frame of the rectangular frame 18, and a limiting convex ring 22 is arranged on an iron core push rod 20 of the push-pull electromagnet 19; a rebound pressure spring 21 is sleeved on the iron core push rod 20, and the rebound pressure spring 21 is elastically supported between the shell of the push-pull electromagnet 19 and the limit convex ring 22; a bar-shaped locking plate 27 is arranged on the inner side of the right side edge of the door plate 4, and a locking hole 30 is arranged on the bar-shaped locking plate 27; after the door plate 4 is closed, the strip-shaped locking plate 27 is inserted into the rectangular frame 18 through the rectangular locking hole 32, and the lower end part of the iron core push rod 20 is inserted into the locking hole 30; the coil of the relay 55 is electrically connected to the intermediate electrode 54 electrically connected with the main controller, so that the control of the main controller on the relay 55 is realized; the normally open contact of the relay 55 is electrically connected to the intermediate electrode 54 electrically connected with the power module, so that the power module supplies power to the relay 55; the moving contact of the relay 55 is electrically connected to the electromagnetic coil of the push-pull electromagnet 19. The electric signal of the internal cable 52 can be led out by the intermediate electrode 54; the strip-shaped locking plate 27 can be locked in time after being in place by the rebound pressure spring 21; the push-pull electromagnet 19 can be driven by a relay.
Further, a pop-up mechanism is provided in the rectangular frame 18; the spring opening mechanism comprises a strip-shaped supporting plate 34, a strip-shaped supporting block 33, a supporting connecting block 39 and a spring opening pressure spring 37; the strip-shaped supporting block 33 is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the lower side frame of the rectangular frame 18 through a supporting connecting block 39; a sliding T-shaped groove 36 is longitudinally arranged on the strip-shaped supporting block 33, and a sliding T-shaped block 38 is slidably arranged in the sliding T-shaped groove 36; the upper side surface of the sliding T-shaped block 38 protrudes out of the sliding T-shaped groove 36, and the strip-shaped supporting plate 34 is fixedly arranged on the upper side surface of the sliding T-shaped block 38; the spring 37 is arranged at the rear end of the sliding T-shaped groove 36 and is used for pushing the sliding T-shaped block 38 to move forwards; the rear end of the strip-shaped supporting plate 34 is provided with a blocking flanging 56 which is turned upwards; the front end of the strip-shaped supporting plate 34 is provided with a guide slope 35; when the door panel 4 is closed, the upper side of the bar-shaped support plate 34 is supported on the lower side of the bar-shaped lock piece 27, and the rear end of the bar-shaped lock piece 27 is pressed against the blocking flange 56. The blocking flange 56 can be used for elastically blocking the strip-shaped locking plate 27 when the strip-shaped locking plate is inserted, so that a certain elastic pushing force is maintained, and the door plate 4 can be quickly sprung open when the push-pull electromagnet 19 is unlocked; the strip-shaped supporting plate 34 can be used for supporting the strip-shaped locking plate 27 when the strip-shaped locking plate 27 is contacted with the slope surface 31, so that the strip-shaped locking plate 27 is prevented from bending, and the firmness in locking is ensured; the guide slope 35 prevents the strip lock piece 27 from colliding with the strip support plate 34 in the front edge.
Further, a lock lever support seat 29 is provided on the right side wall in the lower-layer casing 2; the lower end of the iron core push rod 20 penetrates through the lock rod supporting seat 29, and a slope surface 31 which is in contact with and extruded by the bar-shaped locking plate 27 is arranged on the lower end of the iron core push rod 20. The stability of the lower end part of the iron core push rod 20 can be realized by utilizing the lock rod supporting seat 29; the use of the slope surface 31 can facilitate the pressing of the bar lock piece 27 when touched, so that the iron core push rod 20 moves upward.
Further, a T-shaped guide chute 24 is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the rear side frame of the rectangular frame 18, and a T-shaped guide sliding block 25 is slidably arranged in the T-shaped guide chute 24; a synchronizing rod 23 is longitudinally connected between the limit convex ring 22 and the T-shaped guide slide block 25, and a triangular rib plate 26 is arranged at the joint of the synchronizing rod 23 and the T-shaped guide slide block 25; a manual guide hole 17 is vertically arranged on the right side wall of the lower shell 2; a manual deflector rod 28 extending out of the manual guide hole 17 is arranged on the synchronous rod 23; a vertical translation plate 8 is provided on the outer end of the manual lever 28, and a manual dial 9 is provided on the vertical translation plate 8. A manual unlocking structure is formed by the manual shifting block 9, the vertical translation plate 8, the synchronous rod 23 and the manual shifting rod 28, so that manual unlocking is performed when power supply is in a problem; the vertical translation plate 8 can be supported at the manual guide hole 17 to realize stable sliding; the smooth lifting movement of the synchronizing rod 23 can be realized by the cooperation of the T-shaped guide chute 24 and the T-shaped guide slide block 25.
Further, a speaker 5 is provided on the front side of the top-layer casing 1; the loudspeaker 5 is electrically connected with the main controller; the power supply module supplies power to the speaker 5. The speaker 5 can be used for conveniently playing alarm signals and voice prompts for equipment.
Further, a partition plate 64 is vertically provided in the equipment placement drawer 63. The drawer 63 can be separated by the separation plate 64, so that the placing requirements of various fire-fighting equipment are met, and shaking is reduced.
In the laminated household fire-fighting cabinet system, the main controller adopts the existing singlechip control module, such as a RAM singlechip module, and is used for realizing the coordinated control of all electrical equipment; the slave controller adopts the existing singlechip control module, such as a 51 singlechip module, and is used for realizing the wireless signal transmission of the smoke sensor 12; the master wireless communication module and the slave wireless communication module adopt the existing wireless communication modules, such as ZigBee wireless modules; the memory adopts the existing memory; the loudspeaker 5 adopts the existing loudspeaker with a drive for making voice; the smoke sensor 12 adopts the existing smoke sensor for detecting smoke in real time; the touch screen 10 adopts the existing touch screen for realizing man-machine interaction; the electronic switch for turning on the lamp adopts the existing electronic switch, and can also adopt a switch circuit formed by a triode and the like; the emergency lamp 11 adopts the existing LED lamp strip and is provided with a driving circuit; the relay adopts the existing relay and is used for realizing the on-off control of the electromagnetic coil of the push-pull electromagnet 19; the power supply module is composed of a storage battery and a corresponding charging and discharging circuit, and is used for charging the storage battery when external power supply is normal and supplying power when external power supply is disconnected.
When the stacked household fire-fighting cabinet system is used, a user selects corresponding numbers of lower-layer devices and one top-layer device according to the needs, the top-layer device is arranged on the top layer, all the lower-layer devices are stacked below the top-layer device in sequence, and conductive pins 49 at corresponding positions after stacking are inserted into conductive jacks 51 to realize the electrical connection between the top-layer device and all the lower-layer devices; the smoke sensor 12 is mounted on the smoke sensing mount for detecting smoke signals in real time and transmitted by the slave controller to the master wireless communication module through the slave wireless communication module; the main wireless communication module is sent to the main controller again, if the main controller judges that the received smoke signal exceeds the set upper limit value, the main controller judges that a fire or smoke condition occurs, and the main controller controls the corresponding push-pull electromagnet 19 to unlock through the relay of each lower-layer device, so that the door panel 4 rapidly pops open the door under the pushing of the blocking flange 56, and a user can conveniently and rapidly take fire-fighting equipment in each lower-layer device; meanwhile, the main controller also controls the loudspeaker 5 to give an alarm and play a voice prompt for the fire-fighting equipment, and the emergency lamp 11 is started to perform emergency illumination through the electronic switch for turning on the lamp; and simultaneously the main controller controls the touch screen 10 to play the fire-fighting equipment usage video stored in the memory. When the power supply is problematic, the user can manually unlock the manual dial 9 by manually dialing the manual dial.
