the soft body (3) is arranged in the placing inner cavity (5), the inner rod (4) is movably arranged in the handle pipe section (2-3) in a penetrating way, the inner end of the inner rod (4) is connected with the soft body (3), and the outer end of the inner rod (4) extends out of the handle pipe section (2-3).
