The outer side wall of the puncture shell 2 is marked with scales representing the position of the puncture air bag 3, the design of the scales can facilitate an operator to know the position of the puncture air bag 3 through observing the puncture shell 2, and therefore the puncture air bag 3 can be conveniently sent to a proper position through pushing the puncture shell 2.
