Abstract
The invention discloses a soaking pool for producing broken rice protein, and relates to the technical field of broken rice protein extraction. Background
Rice is one of the most important grain crops in China, and the annual yield of rice in normal annual scenes is about 2 hundred million tons, which accounts for 2/5 of the grain yield in China. Rice as a staple food produces by-products during processing into rice, such as about 20% of rice hulls, 15% of broken rice, and 10% of rice bran. Broken rice is a by-product generated in the rice milling process, has certain difference with whole rice in shape, but has completely the same chemical components as whole rice and much lower price than whole rice. Therefore, most of the broken rice is used as feed or wine, and the added value is not high, and in recent years, the extraction of broken rice protein using broken rice as a raw material is gradually started to improve the added value of broken rice. Broken rice protein is soaked in need putting into the fermentation vat to broken rice before proposing, but the fermentation vat that has now does not have agitating unit broken rice to put into the fermentation vat ubiquitous easy piling up, the inhomogeneous condition of distribution, if not stir it and open, then can reduce the area of contact of broken rice and water to prolong the soak time greatly.

the upper part of one side wall of the soaking pool body is provided with a water inlet; the water inlet is connected with a water inlet pipe; and a second valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

According to the invention, the heating sheets are electrified while the stirring shaft stirs, so that the heating sheets heat the water in the soaking pool, the speed of the water entering the broken rice is increased, the soaking time of the broken rice is reduced, and the soaking efficiency of the broken rice is improved.

The upper part of one side wall of the soaking pool body 1 is provided with a water inlet 11; the water inlet 11 is connected with a water inlet pipe 12; the inlet pipe 12 is provided with a second valve 13.
The specific working process is described as follows: putting broken rice to be soaked into the soaking pool body 1; the second valve 13 is opened to enable water to enter the soaking pool body 1 from the water inlet 11, after sufficient water (well submerging broken rice) is put into the soaking pool body 1, the second valve 13 is closed, the motor 7 is started, the motor 7 drives the stirring shaft 2 to rotate, the stirring shaft 2 drives the broken rice and the water in the soaking pool body 1 to roll in the rotating process, the broken rice is fully contacted with the water, accumulation of the broken rice is avoided, and the soaking time is shortened. After the broken rice is soaked, the motor 7 is closed, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is started, the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 4 further extends out of the hydraulic cylinder 4 to push the support rod 5 to move upwards, and the lower end of the stirring shaft 2 leaves the soaking pool body 1, so that the broken rice which is soaked is prevented from being blocked by the stirring shaft 2 when the broken rice is moved out of the soaking pool. Then the first valve 9 is opened to discharge the water in the soaking pool body 1 from the water outlet pipe 8, and the soaked broken rice can be taken out from the soaking pool to enter the next procedure. In order to save water, when the water in the soaking pool body 1 is still clean, the water does not need to be replaced after soaking.
