The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
A terminal device is a device that provides voice and/or data connectivity to a user, e.g., a handheld device, a vehicle mounted device, etc., with wireless connectivity. Common terminal devices include, for example: the mobile phone includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), and a wearable device such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a pedometer, and the like.
A server provides computing services. Assuming that the application resource recommendation method described in the present application is applied to a software store, the server is a software store application server.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an application resource recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
step 101: the server acquires the historical search records of the user.
Specifically, the specific implementation of step 101 is as follows: the server obtains a historical search record of the user in a first period, wherein the first period comprises the current system time. For example, if the current system time is 15:00 and the first time interval is 14: 50-15: 10, the server obtains the historical search records of the user in the server within 14: 50-15: 10. The specific implementation of step 101 is as follows: and the server acquires the historical search record of the user in a second time period, wherein the termination time node of the second time period is the current system time. For example, if the current system time is 15:00 and the first time interval is 14: 40-15: 00, the server obtains the historical search records of the user in the server within 14: 40-15: 00.
Step 102: and the server determines N application resources according to the historical search records, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
In one example, the historical search records include records of search terms, and the specific implementation of step 102 is: the server counts the search times of the search terms according to the historical search records to obtain the search times of X search terms; the server selects X search terms with the search times larger than or equal to a third threshold value from the X search terms, wherein X is an integer larger than 1; the server determines N application resources associated with the x search terms.
The third threshold is, for example, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20 or other values.
For example, the third threshold is 10, X is 5, and N is 2, and it is assumed that the server statistically obtains the 5 search terms according to the historical search records: instant messaging, games, video playing, audio playing and shopping, wherein the searching times of the 5 searching words comprise 15 searching times of instant messaging, 20 searching times of games, 8 searching times of video playing, 7 searching times of audio playing and 5 searching times of shopping. Then x search terms are instant messaging and gaming and the server determines 2 application resources to manage with instant messaging and gaming.
In one example, the specific implementation of the server determining N application resources associated with the x search terms is: the server determines the application resource quantity corresponding to each search word in the x search words according to the mapping relation between the search times and the application resource quantity; and the server determines the application resources associated with each search term according to the number of the application resources corresponding to each search term to obtain N application resources.
Further, the x search terms include a search term i and a search term j, and when the number of search times of the search term i is greater than the number of search times of the search term j, the number of application resources associated with the search term i is greater than the number of application resources associated with the search term j.
For example, the mapping relationship between the number of searches and the number of application resources is shown in table 1. Assuming that x search terms are instant messaging and games, the number of search times of instant messaging is 15, the number of search times of games is 20, and the number of application resources corresponding to instant messaging is 7 and the number of application resources corresponding to games is 10 according to table 1, the server finally determines 7 application resources associated with instant messaging and 10 application resources associated with games.
TABLE 1
Figure PCTCN2017100083-APPB-000001
Step 103: and the server determines a recommendation strategy according to the application labels of the N application resources.
The application label refers to type indication information of an application resource, and examples of the type indication information include "instant messaging", "social chat", "dating", "making friends with each other", "game", "cool and dazzling 3D", "athletics king", "online game", and the like, which are not limited herein.
In one example, the specific implementation of step 103 is as follows: the server acquires M first application tags of the N application resources, wherein M is a positive integer; the server acquires W second application tags of the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal equipment of the user, wherein W is a positive integer; when at least one first application tag exists in the M first application tags and the W second application tags are matched, the server determines that a recommendation strategy for recommending the application resources is a first recommendation strategy, and the first recommendation strategy is used for recommending the following application resources: the application resource and the application label which are downloaded for a time greater than or equal to a first threshold value comprise the application resource of at least one of the at least one first application label.
In an example, the specific implementation manner of the server obtaining W second application tags of the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal device of the user includes: the server sends an information acquisition request to the terminal equipment, wherein the information acquisition request is used for indicating to acquire an application label of an application resource displayed on a current display interface of the terminal equipment; the terminal equipment receives an information acquisition request from the server; the terminal equipment acquires W second application tags of the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal equipment, and sends an information response to the server aiming at the information acquisition request, wherein the information response carries the W second application tags of the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal equipment.
In one example, the specific implementation of step 103 is as follows: when any one first application tag does not exist in the M first application tags and the W second application tags are matched, the server determines that the recommendation strategy for recommending the N application resources is a second recommendation strategy, and the second recommendation strategy is used for recommending the following application resources: the application resources with the downloaded times larger than or equal to the first threshold, the application resources with the installed times larger than or equal to the second threshold, and the hot application resources.
The first threshold may be, for example, 10, 11, 13, 14, 18, 20 or other values.
The second threshold may be, for example, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 25 or other values.
For example, assuming that N is 10, the server determines the 10 application resources as: an application resource 1, an application resource 2, and an application resource 3. Fig. 2 shows application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal device, and as shown in fig. 2, it can be known that the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal device include: as an application resource 11, an application resource 12, and an application resource 13. If there are 2 first application tags in the 30 first application tags that match the 20 second application tags (e.g., the first application tag 1 matches the second application tag 1, and the first application tag 2 matches the second application tag 2), the server determines that the recommendation policy is the first recommendation policy. The server determines the recommendation policy to be the second recommendation policy if there is no one of the 30 first application tags that matches the 20 second application tags.
And the matching of the first application label and the second application label means that the first application label is the same as the second application label. For example, if the first application tag is "social chat," if the first application tag matches the second application tag, then the second application tag is also "social chat.
The first recommendation policy is used for recommending application resources of which the application tags include at least one of the at least one first application tag, for example, assuming that the at least one first application tag is a first application tag 1 and a second application tag 1, the first recommendation policy is used for recommending application resources of which the application tags include the first application tag 1, the first application tag 2 or the first application tag 1 and the first application tag 2.
The application resource with the downloaded times larger than or equal to the first threshold refers to the application resource with the accumulated downloaded times larger than or equal to the first threshold after the application resource is on line. The application resource whose number of times of installation is greater than or equal to the second threshold refers to an application resource whose number of times of installation is greater than or equal to the second threshold in accumulation after the application resource is brought online. A hot application resource refers to an application resource that has been recently downloaded more times and/or installed more times.
Step 104: and the server recommends the application resource to the terminal equipment of the user according to the determined recommendation strategy.
In an example, when the server determines that the recommended policy is the first recommended policy, the specific implementation manner of step 104 is: the server selects K application resources with the downloading times larger than or equal to the first threshold value from the N application resources; the server selects W application resources with application labels including at least one of the at least one first application label from the N application resources; and the server recommends the K application resources and the W application resources to the user, wherein K and W are both smaller than N.
For example, assuming that N is 10, K is 2, and W is 2, the server determines that there are 10 application resources: application resource 1, application resource 2, application resource 3. The server firstly determines whether there are application resources with the downloading times larger than 20 times in the 10 application resources, and if there are more than 2 application resources, the server selects 2 application resources with the downloading times larger than 20 times from the 10 application resources, such as application resource 1 and application resource 2. Assuming that the at least one first application tag is a first application tag 1 and a first application tag 2, the server first determines whether any application tag in the 10 application resources includes the first application tag 1, the first application tag 2 or the application resources of the first application tag 1 and the first application tag 2, and if any application tag in the 10 application resources includes an application resource 3 of the first application tag 1 and an application resource 2 of the first application tag 2. The server recommends application resource 1, application resource 2 and application resource 3 to the user.
In an example, when the server determines that the recommended policy is the second recommended policy, the specific implementation manner of step 104 is: the server selects G application resources with the downloading times larger than or equal to the first threshold value from the N application resources; the server selects H application resources with the installation times larger than or equal to a second threshold value from the N application resources; the server selects T hot application resources from the N application resources; and the server recommends the G application resources, the H application resources and the T popular application resources to the user, wherein G, H and T are all smaller than N.
For example, N is 10, the first threshold is 20, the second threshold is 18, G is 2, and H is 1, and the server determines the 10 application resources as: application resource 1, application resource 2, application resource 3. The server firstly determines whether there are application resources with the downloading times larger than 20 times in the 10 application resources, and if there are more than 2 application resources, the server selects 2 application resources with the downloading times larger than 20 times from the 10 application resources, such as application resource 1 and application resource 2. The server firstly determines whether there is an application resource with the installation times larger than 18 in the 10 application resources, and if there is more than 1, the server selects 1 application resource with the installation times larger than 18 from the 10 application resources, such as application resource 3. The server firstly determines whether hot application resources exist in the 10 application resources, and if the number of the hot application resources exceeds 1, the server selects 1 hot application resource from the 10 application resources, such as application resource 4. The server recommends application resource 1, application resource 2, application resource 3, and application resource 4 to the user.
Step 105: the terminal equipment acquires application resources recommended by a server; and the terminal equipment displays the application resources recommended by the server.
In an example, the specific implementation manner of the terminal device displaying the application resource recommended by the server includes: and the terminal equipment pops up a prompt box on a display interface of the terminal equipment, and an application icon of the application resource recommended by the server is displayed in the prompt box.
In an example, after the terminal device pops up a prompt box on a display interface of the terminal device, the method further includes:
when the clicking operation aiming at the application icon is detected, the terminal equipment displays an interface of the application resource corresponding to the application icon, wherein the interface is at least one of the following: download options, detail information options, comment buttons, related options.
For example, suppose that the application resources recommended by the server to the terminal device are application resource 1, application resource 2, and application resource 3, after the terminal device receives the application resource 1, application resource 2, and application resource 3 recommended by the server, the terminal device pops up a prompt box on the display interface, and the application icon 1 of the application resource 1, the application icon 2 of the application resource 2, and the application icon 3 of the application resource 3 are displayed in the prompt box, as shown in fig. 3 specifically. If the user clicks the application icon 1 displayed in the prompt box with respect to the prompt box shown in fig. 3, the terminal device displays an interface of the application resource 1, where the interface of the application resource 1 shown in fig. 3 includes a download option for downloading the application resource 1, a detailed information option of the application resource 1, a comment button of the application resource 1, a related option of the application resource 1, and the like.
Therefore, in the application, the recommended application resources are determined based on the historical search records of the user, the accuracy of the application resources recommended to the user can be improved, in addition, the recommendation strategy of the application resources is determined based on the application label of the application resource to be recommended and the application label of the application resource currently displayed on the display interface of the terminal equipment, the flexibility of recommending the application resources can be improved, in addition, different recommendation strategies recommend different application resources, so that more comprehensive application resources are pushed to the user, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides another more detailed method flow, as shown in fig. 4, including:
step 401: the server acquires the historical search records of the user.
Step 402: and the server determines N application resources according to the historical search records, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
Step 403: the server acquires M first application tags of the N application resources, wherein M is a positive integer.
Step 404: and the server acquires W second application tags of the application resources displayed on the current display interface of the terminal equipment of the user, wherein W is a positive integer.
Step 405: the server determines whether there is at least one first application tag matching the W second application tags for the M first application tags.
If yes, go to step 406.
If not, go to step 407.
Step 406: the server determines that a recommendation strategy for recommending the application resource is a first recommendation strategy, and the first recommendation strategy is used for recommending the following application resources: the application resource and the application label which are downloaded for a time greater than or equal to a first threshold value comprise the application resource of at least one of the at least one first application label. Execution completes step 406 and executes steps 408-410.
Step 407: the server determines that the recommendation strategy for recommending the N application resources is a second recommendation strategy, and the second recommendation strategy is used for recommending the following application resources: the application resources with the downloaded times larger than or equal to the first threshold, the application resources with the installed times larger than or equal to the second threshold, and the hot application resources. After step 407, step 411-step 414 are executed.
Step 408: and the server selects K application resources with the downloading times larger than or equal to the first threshold from the N application resources.
Step 409: the server selects W application resources from the N application resources, wherein the application tags comprise at least one of the at least one first application tag.
Step 410: and the server recommends the K application resources and the W application resources to the terminal equipment of the user, wherein K and W are both smaller than N.
Step 411: and the server selects G application resources with the downloading times larger than or equal to the first threshold from the N application resources.
Step 412: and the server selects H application resources with the installation times larger than or equal to a second threshold value from the N application resources.
Step 413: and the server selects T hot application resources from the N application resources.
Step 414: and the server recommends the G application resources, the H application resources and the T hot application resources to the terminal equipment of the user, wherein G, H and T are all smaller than N.
Step 415: the terminal equipment acquires the application resources recommended by the server; and the terminal equipment displays the application resources recommended by the server.
It should be noted that, the specific implementation of the steps of the method shown in fig. 4 can refer to the specific implementation described in the above method, and will not be described here.
