Here, "IP" is an abbreviation of Internet Protocol, and is a Protocol designed for communication between computer networks. Any vendor of computer systems, while complying with the IP protocol, can communicate with the internet. The IP address is actually a 32-bit binary number and is divided into four segments for easy memory, each segment having eight bits and being separated by a decimal point. Each eight-bit binary number is converted to decimal, with a size of 0 to 255.
S202, inquiring a pre-stored brushing IP address library, and detecting whether the IP address accessed by the terminal is matched with a target IP address in the brushing IP address library, wherein the target IP address is any IP address stored in the brushing IP address library.
Specifically, a brushing amount IP address library is stored in advance in the service device or in a database connected to the service device, and at least one brushing amount IP address having a brushing amount behavior is stored in the brushing amount IP address library. And after the service equipment acquires the IP address accessed by the terminal, comparing the acquired IP address accessed by the terminal with the traffic IP address stored in the traffic IP address library.
S203, when the IP address accessed by the terminal is detected to be matched with the target IP address, determining the IP address accessed by the terminal as a traffic IP address.
Optionally, the service device may further query a pre-stored brushing amount IP address field library, and detect whether a preset field of the IP address accessed by the terminal matches a target IP address field in the brushing amount IP address field library, where the target IP address field is any IP address field in the brushing amount IP address field library. And when the fact that the field of the IP address accessed by the terminal is matched with the target IP address field in the traffic IP address field library is detected, determining that the IP address accessed by the terminal is the traffic IP address.
Specifically, when the service device detects that the IP address accessed by the terminal matches any one of the brushing volume IP addresses in the brushing volume IP address library, it may determine that the IP address accessed by the terminal is the brushing volume IP address.
When detecting that the IP address accessed by the terminal is matched with the target IP address, the service equipment can further detect the download quantity of the IP address accessed by the terminal in a preset time period and the download resource identifier corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal, and when detecting that the download quantity of the IP address accessed by the terminal in the preset time period and the download resource identifier corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal meet the conditions, the service equipment can also determine that the IP address accessed by the terminal is a brushing IP address.

Therefore, the service equipment compares the IP address accessed by the terminal with the IP address in the pre-stored traffic-brushing IP address library, and further realizes the detection of the traffic-brushing IP address.
Optionally, the method further includes:
when the fact that the IP address accessed by the terminal is not matched with the target IP address is detected, the downloading amount of the IP address accessed by the terminal in a preset time period is obtained;
when detecting that the downloading quantity of the IP address accessed by the terminal in the preset time period is larger than a first preset threshold value and detecting that the downloading resource identifier corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal meets a preset condition, determining that the IP address accessed by the terminal is a flushing quantity IP address.
Optionally, the detecting that the download resource identifier corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal meets the preset condition includes:
acquiring a download resource identifier corresponding to an IP address accessed by the terminal, wherein the download resource identifier comprises at least one target download resource identifier;
and when detecting that the number of the target downloading resource identifications is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold value, detecting that the downloading resource identification corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal meets a preset condition.
Specifically, the download resource identifier corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal is a resource identifier of a resource to be downloaded by the terminal accessed to the IP address, and the download resource identifier is carried in a download request sent by the terminal.
When the service equipment detects that the downloading quantity of the IP address accessed by the terminal in the preset time period is larger than a first preset threshold value and detects that the number of target downloading resource identifications in the downloading resource identifications corresponding to the IP address accessed by the terminal is larger than or equal to a second preset threshold value, the IP address accessed by the terminal can be determined to be a flushing quantity IP address, and the downloading resource corresponding to the target downloading resource identification is a flushing quantity resource.
