Abstract
一种丙烯酸防水乳液,改进之处在于利用烯类疏水官能单体丙烯酰胺和有机硅烷偶联剂对丙烯酸聚合物进行改性,以降低聚合物的亲水性,并用高效乳化剂减少聚合物中水溶性物质引起的吸水膨胀力,再配以有效的混合成膜助剂,使乳液很好成膜形成有效的对水的阳隔层,从而达到乳液干膜不会吸水泛白,不会发软脱落的效果。该乳液主要用于彩砂涂料、真石漆的制造并代替瓷面砖进行外墙的装饰保护。
Description
本发明涉及一种丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液,特别是一种由特种官能单体对聚合物进行改性的丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液。
丙烯酸乳液主要用于彩砂涂料、真石漆及防水内外墙涂料。目前国内广泛使用的丙烯酸乳液由于含有亲水性较强的(甲基)丙烯酸单体及含量较多的乳化剂等水溶性物质,所以都存在乳液干膜吸水泛白的现象,从而造成配制的彩砂涂料、真石漆难以克服在雨天泛白发软脱落的问题。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种乳液干膜不会吸水泛白、不会发软脱落的丙烯酸防水乳液。
本发明的技术方案是:丙烯酸防水乳液主要由烯类单体、乳化剂、引发剂、缓冲剂和水组成,烯类单体中包括苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、烯类官能单体,改进之处是,所述烯类官能单体包括丙烯酰胺和烯类有机硅烷偶联剂,其含量占乳液总重量百分比分别为1~2%和2~4%;所述乳化剂为磺基丁二酸聚氧乙烯基化壬基苯酚半酯二钠和壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,其含量占乳液总重量百分比分别为0.4~0.5%和0.1~0.2%;乳液中其余成分的重量百分比为:苯乙烯18~23%;丙烯酸酯18~23%;碳酸氢钠0.1~0.2%;过硫酸铵0.2~0.4%;聚甲基丙烯酸钠0.05~0.1%;水50~52%;成膜助剂3~5%。
上述成膜助剂为混合成膜助剂,由苯甲醇和丙二醇丁醚组成,二者的重量比为2.5~3.5∶1。
本发明中,由于采用具有疏水性的烯类官能单体丙烯酰胺和有机硅烷偶联剂对乳液聚合物进行改性,从而改变了乳液聚合物本身的亲水性;采用优质高效乳化剂磺基丁二酸聚氧乙烯基化壬基苯酚半酯二钠和壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,从而减少了原配方中乳化剂用量近一半,因而相应减少了水溶性物质吸水后的膨胀力,而尽快达到吸水平衡;同时配套使用能使乳液很好成膜的混合助剂,从而保证使乳液粒子完全融结成膜而形成有效的对水的阻隔层。因此采用本发明中配方制成的丙烯酸防水乳液干膜不会吸水泛白、不会发软成落。
下面进一步说明本发明的实施例的配方组成。
实施例一:苯乙烯20(重量百分比,下同);丙烯酸丁酯19;丙烯酰胺1.5;烯类有机硅烷偶联剂2.5;磺基丁二酸聚氧乙烯基化壬基苯酚半酯二钠0.4;壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚0.1;碳酸氢钠0.1;过硫酸铵0.4;水52;苯甲醇3;丙二醇丁醚1。
实施例二:苯乙烯19;丙烯酸丁酯21;丙烯酰胺1;烯类有机硅烷偶联剂3;磺基丁二酸聚氧乙烯基化壬基苯酚半酯二钠0.5;壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚0.1;碳酸氢钠0.1;过硫酸铵0.3;聚甲基丙烯酸钠0.1;水51;苯甲醇2.9;,丙二醇丁醚1。
Claims (2)
1、一种丙烯酸防水乳液,主要由烯类单体、乳化剂、引发剂、缓冲剂和水组成,烯类单体中包括苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、烯类官能单体,其特征是:所述烯类官能单体包括丙烯酰胺、烯类有机硅烷偶联剂,其含量占乳液总重量百分比分别为1~2%和2~4%;所述乳化剂为磺基丁二酸聚氧乙烯基化壬基苯酚半酯二钠和壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,其含量占乳液总重量百分比为0.4~0.5%和0.1~0.2%;乳液中其余成分的重量百分比为:苯乙烯18~23%;丙烯酸酯18~23%;碳酸氢钠0.1~0.2%;过硫酸铵0.2~0.4%;聚甲基丙烯酸钠0.05~0.1%;水50~52%;成膜助剂3~5%。
2、按权利要求1所述的丙烯酸防水乳液,其特征是所述成膜助剂为混合成膜助剂,由苯甲醇和丙二醇丁醚组成,二者的重量比为2.5~3.5∶1。
