Abstract
The invention discloses a remote maintenance method for a handset, and relates to the technical field of communication electronics. The invention comprises the following steps: the maintenance end handheld machine establishes communication between the remote maintenance center and the plurality of application end handheld machines through a wireless network; the maintenance end mobile phone establishes a secure encryption channel between the application end mobile phones through the remote VPN device; the maintenance end handheld machine accesses the virtual proxy equipment on the application end handheld machine through the secure connection channel; the maintenance end mobile phone tests the data of the virtual agent equipment on the application end mobile phone; and the virtual agent equipment sends the test result to the monitoring center through the secure encryption channel.
