The embodiment of the invention provides a charging control method of a charging box.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a charging control method of the charging box according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 2.
Specifically, the charging control method of the charging cartridge includes:
s10, confirming a charging mode of a charging box, wherein the charging mode comprises a wireless charging mode or a wired charging mode;
s20, controlling the charging box to charge according to the charging current corresponding to the charging mode, and detecting the current charging temperature of the battery when the charging box is charged in real time;
and S30, when the current charging temperature exceeds a preset temperature interval, controlling the charging box to stop charging.
In an embodiment, the charging box comprises a box body, an induction coil arranged in the box body, and a USB interface arranged on the box body, wherein the charging box further comprises a battery arranged in the box body and a controller electrically connected with the battery, the induction coil is electrically connected with the battery, the USB interface is electrically connected with the battery, specifically, the induction coil is connected with the battery in a circuit mode, and the USB interface is connected with the battery in a circuit mode. The circuit is arranged in the controller, namely the induction coil and the USB interface are respectively connected with the circuit on the controller, and the controller is connected with the battery through the circuit, so that the induction coil and the USB interface are indirectly connected with the battery, and the battery is subjected to induction charging or wired charging.
Specifically, by the induction coil provided in the case, in cooperation with the induction coil inside the wireless charging apparatus, the battery can be inductively charged by applying electric power to the charging pad including the induction coil and using an induction current generated in the induction coil included in the battery of the charging case due to an electromagnetic field generated from the induction coil inside the charging pad.
Or, the wired charging device is connected to the USB interface to perform wired charging on the battery, where the wired charging device may include a direct charging device or other external charging devices, where the direct charging device may be an adapter charging device, and the other external charging devices may be a charging device such as a computer terminal, a power strip, a mobile power supply, etc. with a charging interface, which is not limited herein. That is, the charging cartridge in this embodiment may charge the battery using a wireless charging device or a wired charging device.
It can be appreciated that in the charging process of the charging box, only any one of the wireless charging device or the wired charging device can be used for charging, and when the wireless charging device and the wired charging device are connected at the same time, or one charging device is connected before the other charging device is connected, the charging current may be excessively large, so that the battery is lost, and even the battery is burnt. That is, in this embodiment, a single charging device is used to charge the charging box, and since the charging box is compatible with wireless charging and wired charging, the type of the specifically used charging device can be set according to specific requirements, and the charging box is not limited herein.
Further, since the charging box of the embodiment can only adopt one type of charging equipment, that is, the type of the charging equipment adopted in the embodiment needs to be judged to control the charging current, the charging current is controlled through selecting the charging mode, so that resources are reasonably utilized, and the charging efficiency is improved.
Further, a charging mode of the charging cartridge is confirmed, wherein the charging mode includes a wireless charging mode or a wired charging mode. When the charging mode of the charging box is determined, the charging box is controlled to charge according to the charging current corresponding to the charging mode, for example: the charging box is charged in a wireless charging mode, and the charging box is controlled to charge according to charging current corresponding to the wireless charging mode. Taking the wireless charging mode as an example, the predetermined charging current is not more than 0.5A, that is, the charging current corresponding to the wireless charging mode in this embodiment is set to 0.4A, so that the charging efficiency can be improved on the premise that the predetermined charging current is not more than in the process of performing induction charging by the charging box in the wireless charging mode, and of course, the charging current corresponding to the wireless charging mode in this embodiment is set to values of 0.3A, 0.2A and the like, at this time, the charging current is smaller, so that the charging time is longer, and the charging efficiency is lower.
Further, upon confirming the charging mode of the charging cartridge, the level state of the controller of the charging cartridge may be obtained; and confirming the charging mode of the charging box according to the level state. In this embodiment, a GPIO Pin (general purpose input/output) Pin is provided on the controller, i.e. the level state of the controller for acquiring the charging box is the level state of the detected GPIO Pin. The level state of the GPIO Pin is configured to determine the type of the charging device connected to the charging box, and as described above, the type of the charging device includes a wired charging device and a wireless charging device.
Specifically, when the level state is a low level state, confirming that the charging mode of the charging box is a wireless charging mode; and when the level state is a high level state, confirming that the charging mode of the charging box is a wired charging mode. Namely, after detecting that the charging box enters a charging mode, distinguishing whether the charging mode is a wired charging mode or a wireless charging mode by reading the level of the allocated GPIO Pin; if the charging mode is a wired charging mode, namely, the charging device is connected to the USB interface through the wired charging device, the level of the GPIO Pin is pulled up, the controller reads the level, and if the level is high, the charging mode is confirmed to be the wired charging mode; if the charging mode is a wireless charging mode, that is, the charging mode is a wireless charging mode, the level of the GPIO Pin is pulled down through the inductive coil inductive connection of the wireless charging device, the controller reads the level, and if the level is a low level, the charging mode is confirmed to be the wireless charging mode.
Optionally, the high level is 3.3V and the low level is 0V. That is, when the level of the GPIO Pin is 3.3V, confirming that the charging mode of the charging box is a wired charging mode; and when the level of the GPIO Pin is 0V, confirming that the charging mode of the charging box is a wireless charging mode.
Further, the charging box is controlled to charge according to the charging current corresponding to the charging mode, and meanwhile, the current charging temperature of the battery when the charging box is charged is detected in real time. As described above, the charging mode of the charging box includes a wireless charging mode or a wired charging mode, that is, when the charging box is in the wireless charging mode or the wired charging mode, the battery in the charging box can be charged, at this time, the temperature of the battery can be raised due to internal heating of the battery in the charging process, that is, at this time, the current charging temperature of the battery is obtained in real time, so as to monitor the temperature of the battery in real time, and prevent the battery from suddenly rising in a certain period of time, thereby causing an accident.
Further, an anode interface, a cathode interface and a temperature detection interface are arranged on the battery. When the external charging device charges the battery of the charging box, the external charging device is connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery through the positive electrode interface and the negative electrode interface so as to charge the battery. And the temperature detection interface is used for detecting the charging temperature of the battery, and the temperature detection interface is used for being externally connected with a temperature detection device.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step of detecting, in real time, the current charging temperature of the battery when the charging box is charged includes:
s40, acquiring a trigger signal of the temperature detection interface;
s50, determining the current charging temperature of the battery according to the trigger signal.
Further, when the controller detects that the charging box is connected with the charging equipment and charges the charging box, the controller generates a temperature detection instruction, the temperature detection instruction is transmitted to the temperature detection device, the temperature detection device detects the current charging temperature of the battery in real time according to the temperature detection instruction after receiving the temperature detection instruction, and transmits the current charging temperature to the temperature detection interface, at the moment, the temperature detection interface generates a trigger signal and transmits the trigger signal to the controller, wherein the trigger signal comprises the current charging temperature detected by the temperature detection device, and the controller determines the current charging temperature of the battery according to the trigger signal. Wherein, trigger signals corresponding to different temperature values are different.
Alternatively, the temperature detecting device may be a thermistor, or the temperature detecting device may be another device for detecting temperature, such as a temperature sensor, etc., which is not limited herein.
Further, after the controller receives the current charging temperature of the battery detected by the temperature detection device, whether the temperature value of the current charging temperature is within a preset temperature interval of the battery is judged, and when the current charging temperature exceeds the preset temperature interval, the charging box is controlled to stop charging so as to prevent accidents such as explosion of the battery caused by higher temperature of the battery. It can be understood that, whether the charging box is in the wireless charging mode or the wired charging mode, when the current charging temperature of the battery exceeds the preset temperature interval, the charging loop of the wireless charging mode or the wired charging mode is immediately cut off, that is, the input of the charging current is cut off.
Optionally, the preset temperature interval of the battery is a safe temperature range of the battery, and if the preset temperature interval exceeds the safe temperature range, elements inside the battery can be burnt out, and accidents such as explosion of the battery can be even caused.
Further, after the current charging temperature is obtained, battery information of the charging box can be obtained; and determining the preset temperature interval according to the battery information. Specifically, the battery information includes the model number, internal resistance, etc. of the battery, and may also include manufacturing materials, manufacturing process, etc. of the battery, that is, after the battery information is obtained, a safe temperature interval of the battery may be determined according to the battery information, and the safe temperature interval is used as a preset temperature interval of the battery, that is, when the temperature of the battery is in the safe temperature interval, the charging operation may be performed normally.
Optionally, the preset temperature interval in this embodiment is 3 ℃ to 43 ℃. Of course, the preset temperature interval may be set to other values according to the battery information, which is not limited herein.
In particular, the controller is further provided with a data interface configured to enable data interaction of the charging cartridge with the wired charging device. That is, when it is determined that the charging mode of the charging cartridge is the wired charging mode, the type of the wired charging mode may be determined as the two-core wire charging mode or the four-core wire charging mode by the level state of the data interface.
Further, the level state of the data interface of the controller is obtained; and confirming the type of the wired charging mode according to the level state. When the level state is low level, no data interaction exists between the charging box and the wired charging equipment, namely, the type of the wired charging mode is a two-core wire charging mode; when the level state is at a high level, at this time, there is data interaction between the charging box and the wired charging device, that is, at this time, the type of the wired charging mode is a four-core charging mode. Of course, in this embodiment, when the type of the wired charging mode is a two-core charging mode or a four-core charging mode, a direct charging device or other external charging devices may be used for charging, where the direct charging device may be an adapter charging device, and the other external charging devices may be a charging device such as a computer terminal, a power strip, or a mobile power supply with a charging interface.
Specifically, when determining the four-core wire charging mode of the type of the wired charging mode, the device descriptor may be generated by reading the address of the connected wired charging device and according to the read address of the wired charging device, and returned to the controller to distinguish the direct charging device or other external devices through the device descriptor. For example, when the device descriptor is "0", the wired charging device is a direct charging device, i.e., the wired charging device is an adapter charging device; when the device descriptor is "1", the wired charging device is other external charging devices, that is, the wired charging device is a charging device such as a computer terminal, a power strip, a mobile power supply and the like with a charging interface. Or when the device descriptor is "1", the wired charging device is a direct charging device, i.e. the wired charging device is an adapter charging device; when the device descriptor is "0", the wired charging device is other external charging devices, that is, the wired charging device is a charging device such as a computer terminal, a power strip, a mobile power supply and the like with a charging interface.
Further, the charging current corresponding to the two-core charging mode is set to 0.08A, that is, the charging current of the two-core charging mode is smaller than the charging current of the wireless charging mode.
Further, when the wired charging mode is the four-core charging mode and the current charging temperature is in a first temperature interval, the charging current of the four-core charging mode is the same as the charging current of the wireless charging mode; that is, when the wired charging mode is the four-core charging mode and the current charging temperature is in the first temperature interval, the charging current corresponding to the four-core charging mode is set to 0.4A.
Further, when the wired charging mode is the four-core charging mode and the current charging temperature is in a second temperature interval, the charging current of the four-core charging mode is the same as the charging current of the two-core charging mode; that is, when the wired charging mode is the four-core charging mode and the current charging temperature is in the second temperature interval, the charging current corresponding to the four-core charging mode is set to 0.08A.
Further, the first temperature interval is 15 ℃ to 43 ℃, the second temperature interval is 3 ℃ to 14 ℃, wherein the first temperature interval and the second temperature interval comprise end point values (3 ℃, 14 ℃, 15 ℃ and 43 ℃), namely the temperature value in the first temperature interval is larger than the temperature value in the second temperature interval, and the first temperature interval and the second temperature interval are both sub-intervals of the preset temperature interval.
Further, when the wired charging mode is the four-core wire charging mode, the current charging temperature exceeds a first temperature interval, namely, the current charging current of the four-core wire charging mode is interrupted, the current charging temperature is obtained again, whether the current charging temperature is higher than 43 ℃ or lower than 15 ℃ is judged, if the current charging temperature is higher than 43 ℃, the operation of interrupting charging is maintained, and if the current charging temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the charging current of the four-core wire charging mode is switched to 0.08A.
Further, when the wired charging mode is the four-core wire charging mode, the current charging temperature exceeds a second temperature interval, namely, the current charging current of the four-core wire charging mode is interrupted, the current charging temperature is obtained again, whether the current charging temperature is higher than 14 ℃ or lower than 3 ℃ is judged, if the current charging temperature is lower than 3 ℃, the operation of interrupting charging is maintained, and if the current charging temperature is higher than 14 ℃, the charging current of the four-core wire charging mode is switched to 0.4A.
The invention provides a charging control method of a charging box, which comprises the following steps: confirming a charging mode of a charging box, wherein the charging mode comprises a wireless charging mode or a wired charging mode; controlling the charging box to charge according to the charging current corresponding to the charging mode, and detecting the current charging temperature of the battery when the charging box is charged in real time; when the current charging temperature exceeds a preset temperature range, the charging box is controlled to stop charging, so that when the battery temperature exceeds a preset temperature range, the charging is stopped, and accidents such as explosion of the battery caused by higher battery temperature are prevented.
