The buckle 23 is substantially perpendicularly connected to a wide surface of the cover 21, the limiting member 24 is substantially perpendicularly connected to a long surface close to the second gear 222, the number of the limiting members 24 is two in the present embodiment, it can be understood that the number of the limiting members 24 may be other in other embodiments, the buckle 23 and the limiting member 24 are substantially parallel, and the buckle 23 and the limiting member 24 extend in the opposite direction toward the long surface connected to the limiting member 24. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connector outer mold 30 is substantially a square body, and includes a protruding member 31, a limiting groove 32, a cylindrical groove 33, a rotating groove 34 and a blocking member 35. The protruding member 31 is connected to one side surface of the connector outer mold 30, and the limiting grooves 32 are disposed on the end surface connected to the upper cover 20, where the number of the limiting grooves 32 is two in this embodiment, and it is understood that the number of the limiting grooves 32 may be other numbers in other embodiments. The cylindrical groove 33 and the rotation groove 34 are fixed on the same end surface of the connector outer mold 30, the end surface is the surface of the connector outer mold 30 contacted with the upper cover 20, the diameter of the rotation groove 34 is larger than that of the cylindrical groove 33, and the depth of the rotation groove 34 is smaller than that of the cylindrical groove 33. The stopper 35 is disposed between the cylindrical groove 33 and the rotation groove 34 to separate the cylindrical groove 33 from the rotation groove 34, and the stopper 35 is higher than a surface of the connector outer 30 contacting the upper cover 20.
The guide 10 is connected to the connector overmold 30, wherein the blocking member 35 is higher than a portion of the connector overmold 30 contacting the upper cover 20, the higher portion extending into the groove 12 of the guide 10. The guide 10, the cylindrical groove 33, and the rotation groove 34 are coaxially disposed.
The upper cover 20 is connected with the connector outer mold 30, wherein the buckle 23 of the upper cover 20 is buckled with the protruding part 31 of the connector outer mold 30, the limiting part 24 of the upper cover 20 is inserted into the limiting groove 32 of the connector outer mold 30, the upper cover 20 is fixed on the connector outer mold 30 through the buckle 23 and the limiting part 24, and the phenomenon that the upper cover 20 slides on the connector outer mold 30 due to wire outgoing is prevented.
If the wire does not need to be bent, the adjustment is not needed; if the wire needs to be bent, please refer to fig. 3 again. The guide 10 is pressed down by an external force, the spring 13 is contacted with the blocking member 35 after receiving the downward force of the guide, the spring 13 is compressed, the guide 10 moves to one side of the connector body 40 integrally, at this time, the first gear 14 is separated from the second gear 222, the first gear 14 enters the rotating groove 34, the rotating groove 34 provides a space for the first gear 14, the guide 10 is rotated, and the first gear 14 rotates in the rotating groove 34, so that the direction of the steering groove 11 is changed. After the external force is removed, the spring 13 springs open by the restoring force, the whole guide 10 moves in the direction away from the connector body 40, at this time, the first gear 14 and the second gear 222 are clamped again, and the guide 10 is reset.
After the guide 10, the upper cover 20 and the connector outer mold 30 are connected, the connector body 40 is connected to the other end of the connector outer mold 30, the connector body 40 is opposite to the connection end of the guide 10 and the upper cover 20 on the connector outer mold 30, and the connector body 40 is used for connecting components other than the connector 100.
In summary, the connector provided in the embodiment of the present invention can perform multi-directional steering, is convenient to use, does not need to manufacture multiple sets of dies to steer the wires, simplifies the connection process, and reduces the loss of manpower and material resources.
