Abstract
The invention relates to a cloud computing platform and a method based on data mining and big data analysis, wherein the platform comprises a data acquisition module, a data analysis module and a data analysis module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring basic indexes, historical diseased data, existing diseased data and family genetic disease data of a user; a data mining module for mining associated disease data of the user for future associated diseases based on the base indicator, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data, and the family genetic disease data; and the data analysis module is used for comprehensively analyzing the basic indexes, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, the family genetic disease data and the associated disease data to obtain a treatment or/and health maintenance scheme. The invention effectively applies data mining and big data analysis to the field of health care, and effectively improves the medical level.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of big data, in particular to a cloud computing platform and a cloud computing method based on data mining and big data analysis.
Background
With the advent of the big data era, data mining and big data analysis are increasingly applied to various industries, such as the industries of network, medical treatment and the like. s1, acquiring basic indexes, historical diseased data, existing diseased data and family genetic disease data of a user;
s2, mining associated disease data of the user for the associated diseases in the future according to the basic indexes, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data and the family genetic disease data;
s3, comprehensively analyzing the basic indexes, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, the family genetic disease data and the associated disease data to obtain a treatment or/and health preserving scheme.

As shown in fig. 1, the technical solution of the present invention for solving the above technical problems is as follows: a cloud computing platform based on data mining and big data analysis comprises the following modules,
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring basic indexes, historical sick data, existing sick data and family genetic disease data of a user;
a data mining module for mining associated disease data of the user for future associated diseases based on the base indicator, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data, and the family genetic disease data;
and the data analysis module is used for comprehensively analyzing the basic indexes, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, the family genetic disease data and the associated disease data to obtain a treatment or/and health maintenance scheme.

a data mining module for mining associated disease data of the user for future associated diseases based on the base indicator, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data, and the family genetic disease data;
and the data analysis module is used for comprehensively analyzing the basic indexes, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, the family genetic disease data and the associated disease data to obtain a treatment or/and health maintenance scheme.
2. The cloud computing platform based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 1, wherein: the basic indexes at least comprise sex, age, height, weight, living environment and a trend curve of the height and the weight changing along with the age.

The cloud computing platform based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the data mining module is specifically configured to train the basic index, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data and the family genetic disease data by using a pre-constructed random forest prediction model, and mine associated disease data of the user who suffers from the associated disease in the future;
wherein the associated diseases comprise diseases associated with at least one of the base index, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, and the family genetic disease data, respectively.
4. The cloud computing platform based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 3, wherein: the random forest prediction model is constructed based on big data.
5. The cloud computing platform based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the associated disease data includes future disease category and probability.
6. A cloud computing and method based on data mining and big data analysis is characterized in that: comprises the following steps of (a) carrying out,
s1, acquiring basic indexes, historical diseased data, existing diseased data and family genetic disease data of a user;
s2, mining associated disease data of the user for the associated diseases in the future according to the basic indexes, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data and the family genetic disease data;
s3, comprehensively analyzing the basic indexes, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, the family genetic disease data and the associated disease data to obtain a treatment or/and health preserving scheme.
7. The cloud computing method based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 6, wherein: the basic indexes at least comprise sex, age, height, weight, living environment and a trend curve of the height and the weight changing along with the age.

The cloud computing method based on data mining and big data analysis according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the data mining module is specifically configured to train the basic index, the historical diseased data, the existing diseased data and the family genetic disease data by using a pre-constructed random forest prediction model, and mine associated disease data of the user who suffers from the associated disease in the future;
wherein the associated diseases comprise diseases associated with at least one of the base index, the historical disease data, the existing disease data, and the family genetic disease data, respectively.
