and S11, acquiring resource information of each network device in all wired broadband and position information of a mobile terminal with a camera function, wherein the mobile terminal is a terminal arranged in a fault area.
In step S11, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the network device in the limited broadband includes an Optical Network Unit (ONU), an optical splitter, an Optical Line Terminal (OLT), a Broadband Remote Access Server (BRAS), an IP bearer network, an internet data center server, and a content distribution network server. The resource information of the network equipment comprises static attribute information of the equipment, running dynamic information of the equipment and complaint work order information of a user. The static attribute information may include latitude and longitude, device name, etc. The operation dynamic information comprises equipment alarm, performance index and the like. The user complaint work order information can comprise equipment codes, the cell where the user complaint work order information is located and complaint phenomena. In this embodiment, the information required by the method is all within the scope of the resource information in this embodiment, and is not limited to the above-mentioned contents.
In this embodiment, the server may collect resource information from each network management platform established by an operator. After the collection is finished, the collected data can be cleaned, incomplete data, data inconsistent with the value range and repeated data are eliminated, and normal storage and processing of information are ensured.
In this embodiment, since the operator staff needs to go to the site (fault area of complaint) to troubleshoot the fault, the mobile terminal with the camera function can be configured for the staff. The mobile terminal has a positioning function and can send the position information to the server side in real time. In the present embodiment, the location information of the mobile terminal includes a location point, an orientation, and an azimuth. The orientation and the azimuth angle of the mobile terminal can be detected by a built-in geomagnetic field sensor and a built-in direction sensor.

In step S12, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the server acquires the resource information of each network device and the location information of the mobile terminal, all network devices in all wired bandwidths cannot be checked. The target network device needs to be determined.
In this regard, the steps of determining the target network device are as follows:
s121, obtaining distance values between each network device and the mobile terminal according to the resource information and the position information of the mobile terminal;
and S122, determining target network equipment in an area which takes the position of the mobile terminal as the center and takes a preset distance as a radius according to the distance value between each network equipment and the mobile terminal.
With respect to step S121 and step S122, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the resource information includes location information of the network device. Therefore, the distance value between each network device and the mobile terminal can be obtained according to the position information of each network device and the position information of the mobile terminal. And then dividing the area by taking the position of the mobile terminal as a center and taking a preset distance as a radius, and acquiring the network equipment in the area as target network equipment.

In step S13, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after determining the target network device, the server screens out the resource information of the target network device, and then generates a device virtual scene picture according to the resource information of the target network device by using an Augmented Reality (AR) technology, and sends the device virtual scene picture to the mobile terminal. And the mobile terminal displays the equipment virtual scene picture and a field picture shot by the mobile terminal in an overlapping manner, wherein the equipment in the equipment virtual scene picture is configured with a target information frame. The target information frame can comprise network equipment information and distance information, and is presented in a real picture of the mobile terminal to complete the fusion of the virtual and the real. The position of the target information frame presented in the picture is related to the distance and the direction between the target device and the mobile terminal, and the peripheral device information and the distance information are updated in real time along with the rotation of the mobile terminal and the movement of the staff, so that the target information frame presented on the screen is changed. The color of the information frame can adopt four levels of color marks of red, orange, yellow and blue according to the alarm, the performance and the user complaint condition of the equipment (for example, red represents that important emergency alarm exists, and blue represents that the equipment runs and indexes are normal), and the details of the equipment attribute information, the running condition and the index information can be inquired by clicking the target information frame displayed on the screen.
According to the method for processing the network equipment fault in the wired broadband, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the resource information of each network equipment in all wired broadband and the position information of the mobile terminal with the camera shooting function are obtained, the target network equipment is determined in the preset area with the position of the mobile terminal as the center according to the resource information, the equipment virtual scene picture is generated according to the resource information of the target network equipment and is sent to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the equipment virtual scene picture and the field picture shot by the mobile terminal in an overlapping mode, the virtual dynamic information in the overlapping mode of the real scene is realized, the positioning is accurate, the working efficiency of maintenance personnel is improved, and the bad experience to the user is reduced.
