The application discloses an application discovery and customization system and method for accessing to a tablet computer application store, wherein the system comprises an operation end, a server end and a development end; the operation end comprises a discovery unit, wherein the discovery unit is used for browsing and searching applications suitable for the flat plate from other application stores according to application store organization personnel of the operation end, trying the discovered applications, and adding the applications meeting the premise definition standard after the trial into a to-be-distributed area of the server end by the operation end if the applications have flat plate versions, and searching a developer of the corresponding development end by the operation end if the applications do not have flat plate versions.
