For Excel batch import, an operator needs to generate a library position number with a certain rule in advance according to characteristics such as layout of a library area and a shelf, and Excel usually has high operation difficulty for batch processing of complex characteristics and needs to involve technologies such as VBA, so that operation and maintenance cost is undoubtedly increased.

The server side (not shown) comprises a parsing module (not shown), a library position arranging module (not shown), a shelf arranging module (not shown) and a channel arranging module (not shown) to confirm or change the first parameter, the second parameter and the third parameter; the analyzing module is used for analyzing the first parameter of the library area 13, the second parameter of the channels 141, 142 and the third parameter of the shelves 1411, 1412, 1421, 1422, and converting the first parameter, the second parameter and the third parameter into an object, such as a characteristic parameter, for performing an operation.
