Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad application.
An object of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a photo distribution method, where the photo distribution process may be performed by any interactive terminal device that can take a photo or a device that stores (temporarily stores or permanently stores) and can view the photo, such as a smart camera, a smart phone, an interactive terminal device that carries a display screen or a camera and a display screen at the same time, and so on.
Referring to fig. 1, a photograph distribution method in one embodiment includes the following steps S101 to S104. The method can be executed by any device capable of taking a picture or by an interactive terminal device capable of storing (temporarily or permanently) and viewing the picture.
Step S101: when a distribution object determining instruction is received, an object to be shared display mark which is determined by a user and corresponds to the distribution object determining instruction is obtained.
The distribution object determining instruction refers to an instruction that needs to distribute a current photo and currently needs to determine an object to be distributed in the current photo, and the distribution object determining instruction may be identified or obtained in various possible ways.
In some embodiments, it may be determined that the distribution object determination instruction is received when a predetermined gesture motion is recognized by the camera viewfinder window, wherein the predetermined gesture motion is different from the camera focus gesture motion. Namely, when a camera of the interactive terminal is in an open state, a camera view window is displayed, a user of the interactive terminal can execute a certain gesture action in the camera view window, and when the terminal recognizes a preset gesture action, the terminal considers that a distribution object determining instruction is received. In some embodiments, a new shooting mode may also be set for the camera, in this embodiment of the present application, the new shooting mode is referred to as an intelligent distribution shooting mode, and the camera of the interactive terminal may monitor whether a predetermined gesture motion is recognized in an operating mode of the intelligent distribution shooting mode.
In one embodiment, when a circle-drawing motion track is monitored in a predetermined area range of a click position of a click action within a first predetermined time period after the camera viewfinder window receives the click action, it is determined that a predetermined gesture action is recognized. In some embodiments, it may also be determined that the predetermined gesture motion is recognized directly when the circling motion trajectory is monitored within the first predetermined time period. The first predetermined time period can be set according to actual technical requirements, as long as a coherent circling motion track is identified. On the other hand, in the practical technical implementation, the circling motion trajectory does not need to be limited to have a strict closed structure, that is, the starting point and the important point of the circling motion trajectory do not need to be overlapped, and the circling motion trajectory does not need to be a continuous motion trajectory and can be composed of a plurality of discontinuous sub-motion trajectories, and the sub-motion trajectories do not need to be strictly connected end to end, as long as a certain display area range can be defined. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the predetermined gesture motion may be set to other motion trajectories, as long as a certain display area range can be determined based on the motion trajectories.
In one embodiment, it may be determined that the distribution object determination instruction is received when a predetermined gesture motion is recognized within a display range of a viewed photograph during a photograph viewing process. The photo viewing process may be viewing the shot photo within a certain time period after the shot photo is obtained, or viewing the stored photo.
In some embodiments, during the photo viewing process, a sliding track of the user on the display screen is directly recognized to detect a predetermined gesture action of the user. In some embodiments, the display range of the photo can also be directly set to an editable state in the photo viewing process, so as to recognize the sliding track of the user on the display screen to detect the preset gesture action of the user. In other embodiments, in the photo viewing process, when an editing instruction is received through the predetermined control, the display range of the viewed photo is set to an editable state, and whether the predetermined gesture action is recognized or not is detected in the display range of the viewed photo. Here, the predetermined gesture motion may be the same as the predetermined gesture motion in the smart distribution shooting mode.
In some embodiments, the distribution object determination instruction may also be received through a photo distribution control during photo viewing. The photo distribution control may be set to any possible display. After receiving the distribution object determination instruction through the photo distribution control, the motion trajectory input by the user (such as a circle-drawing motion trajectory and the like which can determine a trajectory of a certain display area range) can be further identified to obtain the corresponding display mark of the object to be shared, and the corresponding display mark of the object to be shared determined by the user through other modes can also be obtained.
In some embodiments, taking the circling motion trajectory input by the user as an example, the obtaining of the display mark of the object to be shared, which is determined by the user and corresponds to the distribution object determination instruction, includes:
determining the position information corresponding to the circling motion track as the position information of the object to be shared;
and generating the display mark of the object to be shared based on the position information of the object to be shared.
The display mark of the object to be shared is used for indicating the object to be shared. And under the condition that the camera view finding window receives a distribution object determining instruction, the generated display mark of the object to be shared is different from a focusing display frame, and the focusing display frame refers to a display frame which is focused when a user clicks a view finding screen in the camera view finding window. The mark for displaying the object to be shared may be implemented by any mark that can identify the object to be shared, for example, a display frame (which may be referred to as a display frame for the object to be shared in this embodiment), a color, a pattern, and the like, as long as the mark can be clearly recognized by a user and the object to be shared corresponding to the mark can be determined. Taking the display frame implementation for the object display mark to be shared as an example, in the practical technical implementation, the display mark and the focus display frame of the object to be shared may be displayed in different manners, for example, display frames with different colors, display frames with different line types, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, after the object to be shared display mark corresponding to the distribution object determination instruction and determined by the user is obtained, the method may further include the steps of:
when a display mark adjusting instruction is received, adjusting the size and/or the position of the display mark of the object to be shared based on the display mark adjusting instruction, and obtaining the display mark of the object to be shared after the size and/or the position are adjusted;
therefore, the user can further adjust the display mark of the object to be shared according to actual needs. For example, when the object to be shared corresponding to the object display mark originally determined by the user is not an object that the user actually wants to share, or the size of the object display mark to be shared is not appropriate, if the object to be shared is not covered or an unnecessary shared object is included, the object display mark to be shared can be adjusted to obtain an appropriate object display mark to be shared. In some embodiments, when the to-be-shared object display mark is displayed, the to-be-shared object display mark may be set to be in an editable or adjustable state, so that a user may zoom the size of the to-be-shared object display mark, and may move the position of the to-be-shared object display mark to adjust the size and/or the position of the to-be-shared object display mark.
Step S102: and identifying the object to be shared in the object display mark to be shared.
The objects to be shared in the object to be shared display mark can be identified in various possible ways. In one embodiment, when the image content in the display mark of the object to be shared is an image carrying a portrait of a person or an animal, the portrait of the person or the animal may be recognized, and the recognized portrait of the person or the animal may be determined as the object to be shared. The process of identifying the person avatar and the animal avatar may be performed by any image processing method currently and later.
In one embodiment, when the image content in the display mark of the object to be shared is an image carrying text information, the text information in the image is identified, and when name information exists in the identified text information, the identified name information is determined as the object to be shared. Accordingly, if there are other keyword field information in the identified text information, such as department name ". X.portion", sight spot name, contact address, etc., these identified keyword field information may also be determined as the object to be shared.
It can be understood that, when the size and/or the position of the display mark of the object to be shared is adjusted, the object to be shared within the position range of the display mark of the object to be shared after the size and/or the position adjustment is identified.
Step S103: and acquiring a sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
In an embodiment, when the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared is obtained, a sharing address input interface may be displayed, and the user manually inputs the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared. The shared address may have only one address or more than two addresses. The sharing address refers to any information that can determine an address or an object of a receiver, such as an email address, an instant messaging account (e.g., a QQ number, a micro signal, a microblog account), bluetooth device information, and information about a payment apparatus.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared specifically includes:
searching an object matched with the object to be shared from the corresponding relation between the stored object and the sharing address;
when the object matched with the object to be shared is found, determining the sharing address corresponding to the matched object as the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared;
and when the object matched with the object to be shared is not found, acquiring an address input by a user, and determining the address input by the user as a sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
Therefore, in this case, after the photos have been shared in the past, the shared objects in the shared photos and the corresponding sharing addresses can be stored correspondingly, so that subsequent sharing and use are facilitated, and the user is not required to manually input the sharing addresses during each sharing.
In some embodiments, obtaining the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared includes:
when the object to be shared is the recognized text information and a contact address exists in the recognized text information, determining the recognized contact address as the sharing address corresponding to the name information.
Therefore, in this case, when a contact address appears in the photograph, the contact address can be directly used as the sharing address. The convenience and the efficiency of determining the sharing address are improved.
It can be understood that after the object to be shared and the sharing address are determined, the object to be shared and the sharing address can be adjusted based on actual technical requirements before the photo is actually distributed.
Therefore, in an embodiment, after obtaining the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared, before entering the next step of receiving the distribution instruction, the method further includes the steps of:
when a command to be adjusted is received, displaying a display mark of the object to be shared and the sharing address;
when an object adjustment confirmation instruction is received, clearing the display mark of the object to be shared and the sharing address, and returning to the step of obtaining the display mark of the object to be shared which is determined by the user and corresponds to the distribution object determination instruction;
and when an address adjustment confirmation instruction is received, clearing the sharing address, and returning to the step of obtaining the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
Step S104: and when a distribution instruction is received, sending the photo to be distributed to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
The photo to be distributed refers to a photo which needs to be distributed. In the case where the above-described camera finder window receives the distribution subject determination instruction, the photo to be distributed may refer to a photo obtained after taking a photo by a shooting key of the camera. In the above-described case where the distribution object determining instruction is received in the photo viewing process, the photo to be distributed may be a currently viewed photo.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the sharing address, a prompt interface indicating whether the sharing address needs to be sent is given, and the distribution instruction is received through the prompt interface, that is, before actually performing distribution, the sharing address is sent after being confirmed by the user.
In some embodiments, the automatic distribution of the photos may also be realized after the final sharing address is obtained, that is, the distribution instruction is considered to be received. Specifically, the receiving and dispatching instruction may be considered to be received after the sharing address is obtained and the user confirms the sharing address.
In a specific technical implementation, in some embodiments, an enable switch may be provided, and after the final sharing address is obtained, if the state of the enable switch is an on state, it is determined that a distribution instruction is received, and the photo to be distributed is automatically sent to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared. If the state of the enable switch is in an off state, the user does not think that the distribution instruction is received, and only when receiving an instruction for further confirming distribution (for example, sending an explicit instruction through a control such as "confirm", "send", "distribute", and the like), the user thinks that the distribution instruction is received, and sends the photo to be distributed to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
In other embodiments, after the final sharing address is obtained, if the current network environment is a network environment (for example, a WiFi network environment) that allows automatic sending, it is considered that a distribution instruction is received, and the photo to be distributed is automatically sent to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared. If the current network environment is not the network environment which allows automatic sending or is the network environment which is uncertain whether to allow automatic sending, the user does not think that the distribution instruction is received, and only when the user further confirms the distribution instruction (for example, an explicit instruction is sent by a control such as "confirm", "send", "distribute", and the like), the user thinks that the distribution instruction is received, and sends the photo to be distributed to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared. It is understood that the network environment allowing automatic transmission may be set according to actual needs of the user, for example, in general, a WiFi network environment may be set as the network environment allowing automatic transmission, or if the user is not sensitive to traffic or traffic cost, other network environments may also be set as the network environment allowing automatic transmission. It is understood that, in a specific technical implementation, even if the current network environment is a network environment that allows automatic sending, a prompt of the network environment (for example, sending a photo consumes a certain amount of traffic, etc. if the current network is), and sending the photo after confirmation by the user, may be performed to the user. The embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.
In one embodiment, after sending the photo to be distributed to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared, the method further includes the following steps: and correspondingly storing the object to be shared and the sharing address.
Therefore, the objects in the photos to be distributed and the corresponding sharing addresses can be correspondingly stored, so that subsequent sharing and use are facilitated, and the user does not need to manually input the sharing addresses during each sharing.
In some embodiments, the object and the corresponding sharing address may be correspondingly stored only when the user determines that the corresponding relationship needs to be stored. At this time, after the photo to be distributed is sent to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared, a prompt interface for judging whether to store the object and the sharing address can be displayed, and when a confirmation instruction is received through the prompt interface, the object to be shared and the sharing address are correspondingly stored.
And if the current stored address is not the same as the sharing address, displaying a prompt interface for updating the stored corresponding relation, and updating the stored corresponding relation when a confirmation instruction is received, otherwise, maintaining the stored corresponding relation unchanged.
In some embodiments, before storing the object to be shared in correspondence with the sharing address, the method further includes: and acquiring address valid time setting information, wherein the address valid time setting information comprises valid time information.
At this time, the storing the object to be shared and the sharing address correspondingly may specifically include: and correspondingly storing the object to be shared, the sharing address and the effective time information.
In some embodiments, in a specific technical implementation, a sharing address valid time setting option may be further set on the prompt interface (a prompt interface for saving the object and the sharing address, and a prompt interface for updating the saved corresponding relationship), and by the sharing address valid time setting option, valid time for saving the object and the sharing address may be set to obtain the valid information, so as to meet a requirement of temporarily sharing a photo to a specific object and saving a storage space. The sharing address valid time setting option may be that some selectable time options are given to the user for selection, or the user manually inputs valid time information by providing an input box. At this time, when the object and the sharing address are stored, the corresponding valid time information is stored at the same time. When the effective time corresponding to the effective time information arrives, the corresponding relation between the object and the sharing address is deleted from the storage space.
In some embodiments, the method of the present application may further comprise the steps of:
receiving a photo range determination instruction, wherein the photo range determination instruction comprises photo range information;
when an object matched with the object to be shared exists in the photos in the photo range information, distributing all the matched photos in the photo range information to the sharing address corresponding to the object to be shared.
The photo range information includes information for determining a range of selecting photos, such as a user-specified directory, a user-defined alternative range, a photo taking time range, and the like. It is understood that, in an actual technical implementation, the photo determined based on the photo range information may include a photo taken before the user inputs the sharing address.
In a practical technical implementation, the photograph range information may be received at any possible time. For example, in some embodiments, the photo scope information may be received after the object to be shared is identified and before the sharing address is acquired. In some embodiments, the photo scope information may also be received before the sharing address is obtained and the photo to be distributed is distributed. In some embodiments, the photo scope information is received after the object to be shared is stored corresponding to the sharing address.
Based on the embodiments described above, some are exemplified in connection with some specific application scenarios.
Taking an example of taking a photo by a smart phone, when the existing smart phone takes a photo, multiple shooting modes can be selected, such as a night view mode, a black and white camera mode, a watermark mode, a dynamic mode, and the like. In the scheme of the application, a new shooting mode can be introduced into the smart phone, and the mode is called as an intelligent distribution shooting mode.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment, it is assumed that a camera view window of a smartphone displays a screen as shown in fig. 2 when shooting with the smartphone, and after the smart distribution shooting mode, it is assumed that a user needs to shoot the screen and wants to send a photograph to an adult as shown in fig. 2.
At this time, in the case where the camera finder window displays a screen as shown in fig. 2, the user can display a focus area by clicking the screen, and for example, if focusing on the giraffe is required, the focus display frame 301 is displayed for the giraffe area. Meanwhile, the user recognizes the object to be shared by executing a predetermined gesture action in the camera view finding window. The predetermined gesture motion may or may not be the same as the focusing operation. In this embodiment of the application, a user can see through the camera viewfinder window, define an object to be shared in a circle-drawing mode, determine the object to be shared in a fast double-click mode, a long-press mode and the like, and display a display mark 302 of the object to be shared in the camera viewfinder window.
Referring to fig. 3, a focus display frame 301 is used to identify a focus object, and an object to be shared display mark 302 is used to identify an object to be identified and sent. In this process, if the object to be shared display mark 302 cannot be aligned with the object to be shared (such as the image of the adult in fig. 2 and 3), the object to be shared display mark 302 may be manually dragged, and a screen displayed on the camera finder window including the focus display frame 301 and the object to be shared display mark 302 after dragging is as shown in fig. 4. On the other hand, if the to-be-shared object display mark 302 cannot cover the to-be-shared object (such as the portrait in fig. 4), the to-be-shared object display mark 302 may be manually dragged, the size of the to-be-shared object display mark 302 is adjusted, and after the size of the to-be-shared object display mark 302 is adjusted, a picture displayed in a camera view finding window including the focus display frame 301 and the to-be-shared object display mark 302 is as shown in fig. 5.
In some embodiments, the focused object and the recognition object may be different, and thus, the mark 302 may be displayed by dragging the object to be shared in the manner as described above to determine the final mark 302 for displaying the object to be shared. In some embodiments, the focused object and the identified object may also be the same, and at this time, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the position of the object to be shared display mark 302 may be adjusted by changing the focused position without dragging the object to be shared display mark 302. In this case, the focus display frame 301 may not be displayed in the camera finder window.
After the object to be shared display mark is determined, an object to be shared in the object to be shared display mark may be further identified, for example, an image of an adult in the object to be shared display mark 302 shown in fig. 5 is identified, and a display window pops up below the picture automatically to prompt the user to input a sharing address. At this time, the user can manually input address information such as the micro-signal code, the mailbox address, and the like of the adult in the picture. In some embodiments, after the avatar is identified, the avatar may be compared with contact avatars in an instant messaging tool (e.g., QQ, weChat, etc.) and a mobile phone address book, and when there is a matched contact avatar, contact information (e.g., QQ number, weChat code, mailbox address, etc.) corresponding to the matched contact avatar is automatically obtained and confirmed by the user. After the user confirms, the camera of the smart phone can automatically record the address information, the address information and the head portrait of the adult (the object to be shared) are stored in a related mode, the user shoots the person next time when shooting on the camera, and the corresponding contact address can be automatically obtained when the object to be shared confirmed by the user is the person, and the user does not need to manually input the contact address again. On the other hand, when the user shoots on the camera next time, if the person avatar is recognized, the person avatar and the corresponding address can be automatically obtained so as to prompt the user to confirm whether the picture needs to be sent to the person and the corresponding address, and automatic recognition and sending are realized.
In some embodiments, the object to be identified in the object to be shared display mark 302 may not be a portrait, but may be another information object, such as an image with text information shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 6, assuming that a certain enterprise needs to perform related inspections such as desktop tidiness, etc., during the inspection process, an inspector needs to take a picture of an illegal desktop and information of the illegal person, in a camera view-finding window, a display mark 302 of an object to be shared, which is selected by a box, may be a name plate with a name of an employee, identifies that the name in the display mark 302 of the object to be shared is "three-fold", pops up a display window below the picture, prompts a user to input a sharing address, where the input address may be a company mailbox of the employee "three-fold", and may include mailboxes of other persons needing to copy, such as a mailbox of a leader of the employee, etc. When the name card contains the contact information of the user, the contact address can be automatically identified, the contact address is determined to be the sharing address, and the user can confirm the sharing address. After user confirmation, the smartphone's camera may automatically record the name and address. Based on the steps, when the follow-up inspector inspects the employee violation again, the photo can be automatically distributed to the address associated with the name "three of three" after the name "three of three" is recognized.
