a database construction module 201, configured to construct a vehicle sample feature database;
the violation detection module 202 is used for acquiring vehicle characteristics of the violation whistling vehicle; and
and the violation confirmation module 203 is used for acquiring the vehicle information of the violation whistling vehicle from the vehicle sample characteristic database according to the vehicle characteristics so as to identify the violation whistling vehicle according to the vehicle information.
In some embodiments, the database construction module 201 is further configured to:
obtaining vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to build the vehicle sample feature database.
In some embodiments, the database construction module 201 is further configured to:
obtaining vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
and correlating the vehicle image sample characteristics with the vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample characteristic database.
In some embodiments, the database construction module 201 is further configured to:
acquiring vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics and vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features and the vehicle image sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample feature database.
In some embodiments, the violation detection module 202 is further configured to:
detecting whether the sound intensity of the environmental sound in the whistling area exceeds an intensity threshold;
if the intensity of the environmental sound exceeds the intensity threshold, acquiring an area image and environmental sound of the whistling-prohibited area;
and extracting the vehicle characteristics of the peccancy whistle vehicle according to the environment sound and the area image.
In some embodiments, the vehicle characteristic includes a vehicle whistle sound characteristic, and the violation confirmation module 203 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
acquiring the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of which the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold; and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the illegal whistling.
In some embodiments, the vehicle characteristic includes a vehicle image characteristic, and the violation confirmation module 203 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
obtaining the vehicle image sample characteristics of which the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold;
and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle image sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the peccancy whistle vehicle.
In some embodiments, the vehicle characteristics include a vehicle whistle sound characteristic and a vehicle image characteristic, and the violation confirmation module 203 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
and if the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold value and the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold value, outputting the vehicle image sample characteristics or the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistle sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the violation of whistling.
Referring to fig. 5, the present application further provides a terminal device 30, where the terminal device 30 includes a memory 301 and a processor 302, where the memory 301 is electrically connected to the processor 302.
The memory 301 includes at least one type of readable storage medium, which includes flash memory, hard disk, multi-media card, card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), magnetic memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, and the like. The memory 301 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 30, for example a hard disk of the terminal device 30. The memory 301 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 30 in other embodiments, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the terminal device 30, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and so on. The memory 301 may be used not only to store application software installed in the vehicle-mounted device and various types of data, such as codes of a computer-readable program, etc., but also to temporarily store data that has been output or will be output, that is, the first memory may be used as a storage medium storing a computer-executable identification program of a peccancy vehicle.
The processor 302, which in some embodiments may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor or other data Processing chip, may invoke an identification program stored in the memory 301 for the violation whistling vehicle to perform the steps of:

obtaining vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to build the vehicle sample feature database.
In some embodiments, the processor 302 is further configured to implement the following steps:
obtaining vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
and correlating the vehicle image sample characteristics with the vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample characteristic database.
In some embodiments, the processor 302 is further configured to implement the following steps:
acquiring vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics and vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features and the vehicle image sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample feature database.
In some embodiments, the processor 302 is further configured to implement the following steps:
detecting whether the sound intensity of the environmental sound in the whistling area exceeds an intensity threshold;
if the intensity of the environmental sound exceeds the intensity threshold, acquiring an area image and environmental sound of the whistling-prohibited area;
and extracting the vehicle characteristics of the peccancy whistle vehicle according to the environment sound and the area image.
In some embodiments, the vehicle characteristic comprises a vehicle whistle sound characteristic, and the processor 302 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
acquiring the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of which the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold; and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the illegal whistling.
In some embodiments, the vehicle features include vehicle image features, and the processor 302 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
obtaining the vehicle image sample characteristics of which the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold;
and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle image sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the peccancy whistle vehicle.
In some embodiments, the vehicle features include a vehicle whistle sound feature and a vehicle image feature, and the processor 302 is further configured to:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
and if the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold value and the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold value, outputting the vehicle image sample characteristics or the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistle sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the violation of whistling.

Claims (10)

1. A method of identifying a vehicle in a violation whistle, the method comprising:
constructing a vehicle sample characteristic database;
acquiring vehicle characteristics of a vehicle which violates the whistling;
and acquiring the vehicle information of the violation whistling vehicle from the vehicle sample characteristic database according to the vehicle characteristics so as to identify the violation whistling vehicle according to the vehicle information.
2. The identification method of claim 1, wherein said building a vehicle characteristics database comprises:
obtaining vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to build the vehicle sample feature database.
3. The identification method of claim 1, wherein said building a vehicle characteristics database comprises:
obtaining vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
and correlating the vehicle image sample characteristics with the vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample characteristic database.
4. The identification method of claim 1, wherein said building a vehicle characteristics database comprises:
acquiring vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics and vehicle image sample characteristics of the vehicle;
correlating the vehicle whistle sound sample features and the vehicle image sample features with vehicle information of the vehicle to construct the vehicle sample feature database.
5. The identification method of claim 1 wherein obtaining vehicle characterization data for a vehicle in a violation whistle comprises:
detecting whether the sound intensity of the environmental sound in the whistling area exceeds an intensity threshold;
if the intensity of the environmental sound exceeds the intensity threshold, acquiring an area image and environmental sound of the whistling-prohibited area;
and extracting the vehicle characteristics of the peccancy whistle vehicle according to the environment sound and the area image.
6. The identification method of claim 2 wherein the vehicle characteristic includes a vehicle whistle sound characteristic, and obtaining vehicle information for the violation whistling vehicle from the vehicle sample characteristic database based on the vehicle characteristic comprises:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
acquiring the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics of which the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold;
and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistling sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the illegal whistling.
7. The identification method of claim 3 wherein the vehicle characteristics include vehicle image characteristics, and wherein obtaining vehicle information for the violation whistling vehicle from the vehicle sample characteristic database based on the vehicle characteristics comprises:
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
obtaining the vehicle image sample characteristics of which the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold;
and outputting the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle image sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the peccancy whistle vehicle.
8. The identification method of claim 4 wherein the vehicle characteristics include vehicle whistle sound characteristics and vehicle image characteristics, and wherein obtaining vehicle information for the vehicle with a violation whistle from the vehicle sample characteristic database based on the vehicle characteristics comprises:
matching the vehicle whistle sound features with the vehicle whistle sound sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
matching the vehicle image features with the vehicle image sample features in the vehicle sample feature database;
and if the sound matching degree exceeds a sound matching degree threshold value and the image matching degree exceeds an image matching degree threshold value, outputting the vehicle image sample characteristics or the vehicle information corresponding to the vehicle whistle sound sample characteristics as the vehicle information of the vehicle with the violation of whistling.
9. An identification device for a vehicle having a violation for whistling, the identification device comprising:
the database construction module is used for constructing a vehicle sample characteristic database;
the violation detection module is used for acquiring the vehicle characteristics of the violation whistling vehicle;
and the violation confirmation module is used for acquiring the vehicle information of the violation whistling vehicle from the vehicle sample characteristic database according to the vehicle characteristics so as to identify the violation whistling vehicle according to the vehicle information.
10. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises:
a memory for storing a computer executable identification program for a peccancy whistle vehicle; and
a processor for invoking an identification program of a violation whistling vehicle stored in the memory to perform the method of identifying a violation whistling vehicle as recited in any one of claims 1-8.
