Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a display method of a search case according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the display method for retrieving cases in this embodiment is a device with a case retrieving function, including but not limited to a computer, a server, a tablet computer, a terminal, or the like. The display method of the search case as shown in the figure may include the steps of:
S101: acquiring search information of a case; the search information includes case information, judge information and principal information.
In many cases, the retrieval and review of historical cases plays a very important role in the analysis and decision of new cases. For instance, when a judge is performed on a case by a judge, in the judging stage, for cases with uncertain case facts or cases with serious cases, similar cases in the past period are often referred to assist the judge, i.e. case retrieval.
When the user searches, the search information of the case is acquired first. The search information in this embodiment includes case information, judge information, and principal information. Specifically, the case information includes information such as a case reason, case details, and a decision result, and the judge information is information for representing a judge participating in the trial, for example, identity information, occupation information, and the like, and the principal information is information for representing a principal related to the case, for example, identity information, history case information related thereto, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the manner of acquiring the search information of the case in this embodiment may be text input, or may be that the user performs voice input, and the search information is acquired by performing voice recognition, which is not limited herein.
S102: if a first case matched with the case information exists in a preset case library, calculating the judge matching degree between the judge information and the first case and the match degree between the principal information and the first case.
In this embodiment, a case library is preset, which includes all the processed history cases and detailed information of each history case. According to the case information in the search information and the content of the historical cases in the case library, identifying keywords used for representing the case information of the historical cases, and matching the keywords with the case information in the search information to determine a primary screening case matched with the case information, namely a first case.
It should be noted that, the preliminary screening case in this embodiment is used to represent a case matching with the case information, regardless of the judge information, the party information, or the case generation time.
Further, step S102 specifically includes S1021 to S1024:
s1021: and screening keywords of historical cases in the case library.
When a first case matched with the case information is screened from the case library, word segmentation processing is carried out on the case information and the content of the historical case, and keywords representing the case information in the historical case are determined. The word segmentation processing in this embodiment may be to identify the word segmentation in the case information according to a preset word segmentation dictionary. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the keywords of the history case include at least two keywords, and the keywords are used to represent important information such as case information of the history case.
Furthermore, the filtering processing of the broken words can be carried out on the case information and the content of the historical case, and the broken words and the functional words which have no practical meaning but have high use frequency in the text of the historical case, such as filtering the words of 'yes, bar, but, moreover, the words of' yes, bar, the words of 'that' and the like. Because they often overwhelm truly useful words, using existing stop word vocabulary to remove words that contribute little to the text representation, counting the number of occurrences of the remaining words in the text, retaining only one item for repeated occurrences of the words, and reducing redundant vocabulary in the case information.
Alternatively, when the text information base of the history case is very large and the information is relatively stable, the search speed is greatly improved by building an index structure of the whole coverage text. In full text indexing, indexing some useless entries wastes the indexing space of the system and affects the system performance, so that all entries appearing in text are not necessarily indexed, but rather important entries are selected to be indexed, and keywords in historical cases can be screened by using a proper feature extraction method after the previous text segmentation and the filtering of the broken words.
Further, step S1021 includes: according to a preset word segmentation mode, recognizing the word segmentation in the historical case and the frequency of each word segmentation in the historical case, namely the frequency of each word segmentation in the historical case. Calculating the case frequency of the word segmentation occurring in the historical case according to the frequency; the case frequency is used for indicating the frequency of occurrence of the word segmentation in the historical case. Identifying the number of cases comprising the history cases of the word segmentation, and calculating the case density according to the number of cases; the case density is used for representing the density of historical cases related to the word segmentation in the case library; calculating word segmentation weight of the word segmentation according to the case frequency and the case density, and identifying the corresponding word segmentation as the keyword when the word segmentation weight is greater than the preset word segmentation weight.
Specifically, the case frequency of the word segmentation in the historical case is calculated through the following formula:
wherein i is used to represent a keyword, f i The number of times that the keyword i appears in the history cases is represented, and N represents the number of history cases. The case frequency in this embodiment is used to represent the proportion of the number of occurrences of each word in a single history case, i.e., the frequency.
Identifying the number of cases of the history cases comprising the word segmentation, and calculating the case density through the following formula: df (df) i =log(n/N);
Wherein n represents the number of cases of the history cases where the keyword i appears; the case density in this embodiment is used to represent the density of the history case related to the word segmentation in the case library, that is, the greater the case density of the heat degree of the word segmentation in the history case, the higher the heat degree of the information corresponding to the word segmentation.
Calculating word segmentation weight of the word segmentation through the following formula:I i =α×tf i ×df i X log (1+l); wherein l represents the character string length of the word segmentation; alpha represents a weighting coefficient corresponding to the segmentation at the document position of the history case. Illustratively, when the word is located in the title, abstract section, keyword table in the case information, α=1 is set; at the beginning, end and conclusion sentences of the segment, set α=0.5; otherwise, α=0 is set.
S1022: and determining the matching degree between each historical case and the case information according to the keywords of the historical case and the keywords in the case information.
In this embodiment, the matching degree between each historical case and the case information is obtained by calculating the matching degree between the case information in the search information and the keywords in the historical case text. The specific calculation mode is as follows:
Wherein D1 is used for representing retrieval information; d2 is used to represent historical cases; i 1 The case information is used for representing the case information in the search information; i 2 For representing keywords in the history case text.
S1023: if the matching degree corresponding to the first historical case is larger than a preset matching degree threshold, identifying the first historical case as the first case;
after the matching degree between the historical cases and the case information is calculated, the larger the matching degree is, the larger the similarity is indicated, and the smaller the similarity is otherwise; if the two vectors are identical, the degree of matching is 1. Setting a filtering threshold, and if Sim (D1, D2) is smaller than the filtering threshold, D1, D2 are irrelevant; otherwise, the correlation is performed.
In this embodiment, a matching degree threshold is preset for measuring the matching degree between the historical cases and the case information, and when the matching degree corresponding to the first historical case is greater than the preset matching degree threshold, the first historical case is identified as the first case. In addition, the number of the keywords in one history case can be judged, namely, the first case is obtained when the number of the keywords related to the case information is larger than a preset number threshold.
S1024: and calculating the judge matching degree between the judge information and the judge information in the first case and the principal matching degree between the principal information and the principal information in the first case.
After the preliminary screening cases meeting the case information are screened, the matching degree between the cases, the judge information and the principal information is calculated, and the specific matching degree calculating mode is the same as the matching degree calculating mode in the steps S1022 and S1023, and is not described in detail herein.
S103: determining the display weight of the preset forensic image corresponding to the first case according to the forensic matching degree, and determining the display weight of the preset principal image corresponding to the first case according to the principal matching degree; the forensic image has a display weight proportional to the forensic matching degree, and the principal image has a display weight proportional to the principal matching degree.
In this embodiment, a forensic image and a principal image corresponding to each history case are constructed in advance based on the forensic information and the principal information in the history case information, respectively, so that information of one case is visually and comprehensively represented by the forensic image and the principal image. After the principal matching degree and the judge matching degree are obtained respectively, the display weight of the portrait is determined according to the magnitude of the principal matching degree and the judge matching degree. The display weight in this embodiment is proportional to the matching degree, and when the matching degree is larger, the corresponding display weight is larger, and when the display weight of the forensic image and the display weight of the principal image are determined, the display weight of the corresponding image is determined according to the size of the matching degree, and the display weight based on the forensic information and the principal information in each first case is determined.
Further, in order to be closer to the demands of the search personnel, after determining the display sequence based on all the information in each historical case, fine tuning is performed again based on the matching degree calculated by the data information corresponding to each small label based on the weight under each large classification; wherein the result of the large classification includes principal information and forensic information, and the small tag is used to represent principal tags and forensic tags set in the principal information and the forensic information, respectively.
Specifically, the matching degree between the data information corresponding to each tag in the history case information and the search information is calculated, a small tag with higher matching degree with the search information is determined to be included, and the portrait display weight corresponding to the small tag is increased. For example, if the data information corresponding to the name tag of the party in a certain history case is "Zhang san", and the party information included in the search information is "Zhang san and Li si", the matching degree corresponding to the name tag of the party is 1, that is, the maximum, and the display weight of the history case is increased based on the small tag of the name of the party.
S104: and calculating the comprehensive weight score of each first case according to the display weight of the forensic image and the display weight of the principal image.
In this embodiment, the comprehensive weight score of each first case may be calculated by performing weighted average on the display weight of the forensic image and the display weight of the principal image, and the specific weighted value may be set by the search person.
Illustratively, the composite weight score (20 points) =1 case similarity score (10 points) +0.5 corporate matching score (10 points) +0.5 principal matching score (10 points); further, fine tuning is performed again based on the matching degree calculated according to the data information corresponding to each small tag based on the weight under each large category, for example, the principal matching degree score (10 min) =1×principal name (1 min) +1×principal id number (3 min) +1×case is calculated from (2 min) +1×decision date (2 min) +1×decision court (2 min).
S105: and determining the display sequence of each first case according to the comprehensive weight score, and correspondingly displaying each first case according to the display sequence.
After the comprehensive weight score is obtained, the higher the comprehensive weight score is, the more the corresponding first case is displayed in front. In this embodiment, the first cases may be ordered according to the magnitude of the comprehensive weight score, and the order obtained is the display order of the first cases, and finally each first case is correspondingly displayed according to the display order.
According to the scheme, the search information of the case is obtained; the search information comprises case information, judge information and principal information; if a first case matched with the case information exists in a preset case library, calculating the judge matching degree between the judge information and the first case and the match degree between the principal information and the first case; determining the display weight of the preset forensic image corresponding to the first case according to the forensic matching degree, and determining the display weight of the preset principal image corresponding to the first case according to the principal matching degree; the display weight of the forensic image is proportional to the forensic matching degree, and the display weight of the principal image is proportional to the principal matching degree; and calculating a comprehensive weight score of each first case according to the display weight of the forensic image and the display weight of the principal image, and displaying the first cases according to the comprehensive weight score. The method comprises the steps of carrying out preliminary search on historical cases according to case information in search information to obtain first cases of preliminary screening results, determining matching degrees of the preliminary screening cases in two aspects of a judge and a principal according to judge information and principal information in the search information, determining display weights of principal images and judge images corresponding to the preliminary screening cases according to the matching degrees, determining display sequences of the first cases according to comprehensive weights obtained by the two images, and correspondingly displaying each first case according to the display sequences. Redundant cases are screened out, cases matched with the search information are accurately searched, the case display sequence can be determined according to the search information and the matched cases, each first case is correspondingly displayed according to the display sequence, search personnel can acquire historical cases with the most relation at the first time, and information acquisition efficiency and accuracy of the search personnel are improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a display method of a search case according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the display method for retrieving cases in this embodiment is a device with a case retrieving function, including but not limited to a computer, a server, a tablet computer, a terminal, or the like. The display method of the search case as shown in the figure may include the steps of:
s201: acquiring search information of a case; the search information includes case information, judge information and principal information.
The manner of acquiring the search information of the case in step S201 of the present embodiment is completely the same as the manner of acquiring the search information of the case in S101 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and specifically, reference may be made to the description related to S101 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, which is not repeated here.
Further, after step S201, the method further includes:
if the case library does not have the first case matched with the case information, determining a second case corresponding to the judge information and the principal information in the search information in the case library; calculating the matching degree between the case information of the second case and the search information; and displaying the second case according to the matching degree.
Specifically, when a first case matching with the case information is not found in the case library, it is explained that the case information in the search information has no similar corresponding case in the case library, so that in this embodiment, re-search is performed through information of a judge and a party, that is, a second case corresponding to the judge information and the party information in the search information is determined in the case library, and a matching degree between the case information of the second case and the search information is calculated, and the second case is displayed according to the matching degree.
When calculating the matching degree between the case information and the search information of the second case, the matching degree between the principal information in the case information and the principal information in the search information and the matching degree between the judge information in the case information and the judge information in the search information are calculated, the matching between the two is averaged to obtain the final matching degree, and finally the second case is displayed in the order from high to low according to the final matching degree.
S202: if a first case matched with the case information exists in a preset case library, calculating the judge matching degree between the judge information and the first case and the match degree between the principal information and the first case.
In this embodiment, the implementation manner of S202 is identical to that of S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and specific reference may be made to the description related to S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, which is not repeated here.
S203: historical case information is obtained.
The history case information includes all the case contents, that is, the principal information, the judge information, and the case information. Wherein the principal information may include principal name, principal identification number, case, decision date, decision court, etc.; the judge information may include judge name, working time, pension court, history case, etc., without limitation.
S204: and extracting judge information and principal information from the historical case information.
The history case information obtained in this embodiment may be in the form of text, for example, in the form of a table, which is not limited herein, and various types of information in the history case are displayed in the text in a certain order and format, so that the forensic information and the principal information in the history case information may be extracted by identifying the text format or text position.
S205: the forensic image is constructed based on the forensic information, and the principal image is constructed based on the principal information.
The process of constructing the portrait is divided into two parts, namely, a tag library is constructed by using historical case information, and a forensic portrait and a principal portrait are respectively constructed by using forensic information and principal information.
Further, step S205 includes S2051 to S2052:
s2051: extracting a preset forensic label value corresponding to a forensic label from the forensic information, and constructing the forensic portrait according to the forensic label value; the judge tag comprises a first identity tag, a first time tag and a job tag;
when the history case information constructs a tag library, tags corresponding to each information type are generated according to the information types, and then all the tags are built into the tag library. Tags in the tag library can be divided into two broad categories, namely principal tags and forensic tags.
