It should be noted that the boarding bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis system, the display module 403 and the interaction module 404 provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be disposed in a central server, an airport command tower, a portable device for maintenance personnel, and other mobile terminals.
Preferably, before using the interaction module 404, the staff needs to perform identity authentication through authentication methods such as iris recognition, face recognition, fingerprint recognition or password input, and the like, and can modify the boarding corridor bridge evaluation result after the authentication, and transmit the modified result to the central server 402 through data transmission methods such as wired transmission and wireless transmission, and the central server 402 updates the evaluation result and transmits the updated evaluation result to the display module 403 for display.

Each monitoring module is respectively connected to each boarding corridor bridge, collects the operation data of the boarding corridor bridge connected with the monitoring module, and uploads the operation data to a central server;
processing each received operation data by the central server to obtain each characteristic parameter respectively corresponding to each operation data; performing state evaluation on each boarding corridor bridge according to each operation data, each characteristic parameter and a preset evaluation knowledge base, and transmitting an evaluation result to a display module for displaying;
the working personnel can know the running state of the boarding bridge according to the information on the display module and timely maintain and repair the boarding bridge; and after the identity authentication, the displayed evaluation result can be corrected by using the interaction module.
It should be noted that, in the system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the display module and the interaction module may be disposed on a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and other terminal devices; the boarding corridor bridges can be distributed in different airports, the central server monitors and evaluates the boarding corridor bridges distributed in different airports, and an evaluation result is transmitted to the display module to be displayed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a boarding corridor bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis method, a flow chart of which is shown in fig. 6, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s501: the method comprises the steps of obtaining real-time data of all key parts of the boarding corridor bridge, and processing all the real-time data to obtain operation data of the boarding corridor bridge.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the real-time data of each key part of the boarding corridor bridge is acquired, a series of processing such as data verification interception, spectrum analysis, down-sampling and the like is carried out on the real-time data, so that the operation data of the boarding corridor bridge is acquired.
Preferably, the real-time data may be real-time data of the boarding corridor bridge during the working period.
S502: analyzing the operation data to obtain characteristic parameters corresponding to the operation data.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the operation data of the boarding corridor bridge are obtained, the operation data are analyzed, and the characteristic parameters corresponding to the operation data are obtained.
S503: and performing state evaluation on the boarding bridge according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and a preset evaluation knowledge base to obtain an evaluation result, wherein the evaluation result comprises a fault diagnosis result and a health state judgment result.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the state of the boarding bridge is evaluated according to the characteristic parameters and the preset evaluation knowledge base to obtain the corresponding evaluation result, and the evaluation result can accurately reflect the health degree of the whole boarding bridge and each key part of the boarding bridge, and whether the boarding bridge has faults or not and determine the fault type of each fault when the faults exist.
Preferably, the preset assessment knowledge base may include a fault diagnosis prediction knowledge base, a health management knowledge base, an expert knowledge base, and analysis results corresponding to historical data of the boarding bridge. The fault diagnosis and prediction knowledge base comprises typical fault characteristics, typical fault diagnosis rules, atypical fault diagnosis rules, historical trend analysis rules, fault early warning rules and other related contents of all key parts of the boarding corridor bridge; the health management knowledge base comprises characteristic parameter range values of all key parts of the boarding corridor bridge in normal states; the expert knowledge base comprises maintenance rules and schemes of the boarding corridor bridge and each key part thereof under various conditions.
The boarding corridor bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time data of each key part of the boarding corridor bridge, and processing each real-time data to obtain operation data of the boarding corridor bridge; analyzing the operating data to obtain characteristic parameters corresponding to the operating data; and performing state evaluation on the boarding bridge according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and a preset evaluation knowledge base to obtain an evaluation result, wherein the evaluation result comprises a fault diagnosis result and a health state judgment result. By applying the boarding bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the real-time data of each key part of the boarding bridge is obtained, and each real-time data is processed to obtain the operation data of the boarding bridge; then, analyzing the operation data to obtain corresponding characteristic parameters; finally, performing state evaluation on the boarding corridor bridge according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and a preset evaluation knowledge base; the working personnel can know whether the boarding gallery bridge is in a good running state according to the evaluation result so as to timely maintain and maintain the boarding gallery bridge, improve the reliability of the boarding gallery bridge and reduce the influence caused by the unplanned stop of the boarding gallery bridge.

1. A boarding corridor bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis system is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a monitoring module, a central server and a display module;
the monitoring module is used for acquiring the operation data of the boarding corridor bridge and transmitting the operation data to the central server;
the central server is used for processing the operation data to obtain characteristic parameters corresponding to the operation data, evaluating the state of the boarding bridge according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and a preset evaluation knowledge base, and transmitting an evaluation result to the display module for displaying.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring module comprises:
the device comprises a data acquisition unit, a microprocessor, a first storage unit and a first communication unit;
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring real-time data of each key part of the boarding bridge;
the microprocessor is used for processing each real-time data to obtain operation data of the boarding corridor bridge, sending a control instruction to the first communication unit and controlling the first communication unit to transmit the operation data to the central server;
the first storage unit is used for storing the operation data.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the central server comprises:
the device comprises a second communication unit, a data processing unit, a second storage unit and a state evaluation unit;
the second communication unit is used for receiving the operation data transmitted by the monitoring module;
the data processing unit is used for analyzing the operating data to obtain characteristic parameters corresponding to the operating data;
the second storage unit is used for storing the operating data, the characteristic parameters and the preset evaluation knowledge base;
the state evaluation unit is used for carrying out fault diagnosis and health state evaluation early warning on the boarding bridge according to the operating data, the characteristic parameters and the preset evaluation knowledge base stored in the second storage unit, and obtaining an evaluation result.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the state evaluation unit comprises:
a fault diagnosis subunit and a health state evaluation subunit;
the fault diagnosis subunit is configured to judge whether the boarding bridge has a fault according to the characteristic parameters and the preset evaluation knowledge base, and determine a fault type to which each fault belongs when the fault exists;
the health state evaluation subunit is configured to evaluate the health state of the boarding bridge and perform predictive diagnosis on a fault type with an occurrence probability exceeding a preset threshold value according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and the preset evaluation knowledge base to obtain a health state evaluation result.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the state evaluation unit further comprises:
a maintenance scheme determination subunit;
and the maintenance scheme determining subunit is configured to determine a maintenance scheme corresponding to each fault according to the fault type to which each fault belongs determined by the fault diagnosis subunit and the health state evaluation result made by the health state evaluation subunit.
6. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
an interaction module;
and the interaction module is used for correcting the evaluation result according to an operation instruction input by a worker.
7. A boarding corridor bridge state monitoring and fault diagnosis method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring real-time data of each key part of the boarding corridor bridge, and processing each real-time data to obtain operation data of the boarding corridor bridge;
analyzing the operating data to obtain characteristic parameters corresponding to the operating data;
and performing state evaluation on the boarding bridge according to the operation data, the characteristic parameters and a preset evaluation knowledge base to obtain an evaluation result, wherein the evaluation result comprises a fault diagnosis result and a health state judgment result.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and determining a maintenance scheme of the boarding corridor bridge according to the evaluation result.
