Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a water temperature adjusting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, starting the wireless communication chip and establishing a wireless communication link with the water heater.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a water temperature adjusting device which is a device independent from the water heater and can be installed at a position far away from the water heater.
The water temperature adjusting device is provided with a controller, a memory, a generator, a battery, a temperature sensor, a wireless communication chip, a display and other components, wherein the temperature sensor, the wireless communication chip and the display are connected with the controller.
The controller may include an MCU (micro controller Unit), which is a control center of the water temperature adjusting device, and is connected to each part of the whole water temperature adjusting device through various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processing data of the water temperature adjusting device by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory and calling data stored in the memory, thereby adjusting the water temperature of the water heater.
Generally, the water heater includes a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, and the generator and the temperature sensor may be embedded in the water outlet pipe of the water heater.
The generator generates current when the water outlet pipeline flows through a water body and charges the battery, and the battery supplies power for the water temperature adjusting equipment, so that each component in the water temperature adjusting equipment can be normally started and operated.
In one embodiment, a generator includes a turbine and a rotor coil.
The turbine is embedded in the water outlet pipeline of the water heater, when the water outlet pipeline flows through a water body, liquid drives the turbine to rotate, the turbine drives the rotor coil to generate electricity, further, the turbine drives the rotor (electromagnetic field) to rotate, and the stator coil cuts magnetic lines of force, so that electric energy is generated.
In one embodiment of the invention, the water temperature adjusting device further comprises a rectifying circuit, one end of the rectifying circuit is connected with the generator, and the other end of the rectifying circuit is connected with the battery.
The current output by the generator is input into a rectifying circuit, and the rectifying circuit rectifies the current, converts alternating current into direct current and outputs the direct current to a battery for charging.
If the battery is charging, it indicates that water flows through the pipeline, and at the moment, the wireless communication chip is started to establish a wireless communication link with the water heater.
In one example, since the transmission between the water temperature control device and the water heater is simpler data such as a control command, the wireless communication component of the weighing scale may be a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) module, and the BLE module is invoked to establish a wireless connection with the mobile terminal in the following manner:
1) and broadcasting an ADV _ IND or ADV _ DIRECT _ IND packet according to a certain period when the device is in a connectable state (advertisement).
2) The actively connected device (Initiator), upon receiving the broadcast packet, responds with a CONNECT _ REQ request carrying parameters that determine the subsequent "timing" of the communication, e.g., at which point in time the two parties are transmitting and receiving data, which Physical Channel is transmitting and receiving data, etc.
3) The Initiator automatically transitions to the Connection state after issuing the CONNECT _ REQ packet, and becomes Master role (i.e., without waiting for the other party's response). Similarly, the advertisement automatically transitions to the Connection state after receiving the CONNECT _ REQ request, and becomes the Slave role.
4) And then, the two parties switch to a Physical Channel at regular time according to the convention given by the CONNECT _ REQ parameter, and transmit and receive data according to the sequence of Master- > Slave and then Slave- > Master until the connection is disconnected.
And 102, starting the temperature sensor to detect the real-time temperature of the water body.
The controller starts the temperature sensor to detect the real-time temperature of the water flowing through the water outlet pipeline of the water heater.
It should be noted that the temperature sensor may collect the real-time temperature of the water body once every certain time (e.g. 0.5s, 1s, etc.), and thus the real-time temperature is a series of data.
And 103, starting the display to display the real-time temperature.
The controller starts the display and displays the detected real-time temperature of the water body in the display.
And 104, if the operation of adjusting the real-time temperature to the target temperature is detected, generating a temperature control instruction for the water heater according to the target temperature.
After the user browses the real-time temperature of the water body, the user can operate the water body to set the target temperature of the water body, and at the moment, the controller can generate a temperature control instruction for the water heater according to the target temperature.
Further, if the display is a touch screen display (i.e., a touch screen), the user may perform a touch operation in the touch screen display to set the target temperature, and if the display is a non-touch screen display (e.g., a liquid crystal display), the water temperature control device may provide a water temperature adjusting button, and the user may operate the water temperature adjusting button to set the target temperature.
It should be noted that the target temperature may be higher than the real-time temperature, at this time, the water heater needs to increase the temperature of the water body, and the target temperature may also be lower than the real-time temperature, at this time, the water heater needs to decrease the temperature of the water body.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 104 may include the following sub-steps:
sub-step S11, inquiring the temperature loss value between the water heater and the water temperature adjusting device.
Because the water temperature regulating device is generally arranged at a position far away from the water heater, a water outlet pipeline between the water temperature regulating device and the water heater is long, the heat dissipation of the water outlet pipeline easily causes the temperature of a water body to be reduced, and the water temperature regulating device is particularly obvious when the weather temperature is low.
In the embodiment of the invention, the temperature difference of the water body between the water heater and the water temperature adjusting device can be measured in advance and used as the temperature loss value to be stored in the memory persistently.
When the temperature control command is generated, the temperature loss value is extracted from the memory.
In the substep S12, the temperature loss value is added to the target temperature to obtain a corrected temperature.
And a substep S13 of generating a control command for the water heater based on the corrected temperature.
And adding the temperature loss value on the basis of the target temperature to serve as a correction temperature, and generating a control instruction so that the water body is at the target temperature when flowing to the water temperature adjusting device, thereby ensuring the control accuracy of the water body temperature.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sub-step S13 further may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S131 of searching for an adjusted temperature readable by the water heater and closest to the corrected temperature.
And a substep S132 of generating a control instruction readable by the water heater by using the regulated temperature.
For different models of water heaters, the readable regulating temperature is fixed, such as the interval of 0.5 ℃, 1 ℃ and the like, and the temperature loss value may not be matched with the regulating temperature, so that the regulating temperature which can be read by the water heater and is closest to the correction temperature can be searched, and the control instruction which can be read by the water heater can be generated.
And 105, sending the temperature control instruction to the water heater through the wireless communication link so as to adjust the water body to the target temperature according to the control instruction.
The controller sends the temperature control instruction to the water heater through the wireless communication link, and the water heater receives the temperature control instruction, reads the temperature (target temperature or correction temperature or regulation temperature) that waits to adjust to this is as the regulation target, through modes such as regulation heating volume, inflow, adjusts the temperature of water for when the water flows through to temperature regulating equipment department, be at the target temperature.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the generator generates current when the water outlet pipeline flows through the water body and charges the battery, the wireless communication chip is started to establish a wireless communication link with the water heater, the temperature sensor is started to detect the real-time temperature of the water body, the display is started to display the real-time temperature, if the operation of adjusting the real-time temperature to the target temperature is detected, the temperature control instruction is generated for the water heater according to the target temperature and is sent to the water heater through the wireless communication link so as to adjust the water body to the target temperature according to the control instruction, on one hand, the water temperature adjusting device is internally provided with the battery for supplying power, and the wireless communication chip is internally provided with the water heater for communicating, so that the power consumption of residents is not required to be accessed, a data line is not required to be arranged, the whole machine has no exposed interface, and the waterproof and dustproof functions are strong, and therefore, the wiring position of the water temperature adjusting device is not required to be reserved, the operation simplicity of installation, use of improvement temperature adjusting device, on the other hand, turn into the electric energy with the kinetic energy part of water in the water heater outlet pipe, can last the power supply, need not to rely on external power source, guarantee temperature adjusting device's normal operating.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of steps of another water temperature adjusting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, starting the wireless communication chip, and establishing a wireless communication link with the water heater.
Step 202, starting the temperature sensor to detect the real-time temperature of the water body.
Step 203, starting the display to display the real-time temperature.
And 204, if the operation of adjusting the real-time temperature to the target temperature is detected, generating a temperature control instruction for the water heater according to the target temperature.
Step 205, sending the temperature control instruction to the water heater through the wireless communication link, so as to adjust the water body to the target temperature according to the control instruction.
And step 206, calculating the fluctuation value of the real-time temperature in a preset first time period.
And in a first time period after the temperature of the water body is adjusted, identifying an upper limit value and a lower limit value of the real-time temperature, and calculating an error between the upper limit value and the lower limit value as a fluctuation value of the real-time temperature of the water body.
Step 207, if the real fluctuation value is smaller than a preset fluctuation threshold, calculating a temperature difference between the target temperature and the real-time temperature.
If the fluctuation value of the real-time temperature of the water body is smaller than the preset fluctuation threshold value, the fluctuation of the real-time temperature of the water body is small and the water body is in a stable state, and at the moment, the temperature difference value between the target temperature set by the user and the real-time temperature can be calculated.
And 208, correcting a temperature loss value between the water heater and the water temperature adjusting device according to the temperature difference value.
In different seasons, the environmental temperature is different, so that the temperature loss value between the water heater and the water temperature adjusting device is different, and therefore the temperature loss value between the water heater and the water temperature adjusting device can be corrected according to the currently detected temperature difference value, and the control accuracy of the water body temperature is kept.
In one example of an embodiment of the present invention, step 208 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S21 of extracting a plurality of temperature difference values within a preset second time period.
Sub-step S22, calculating an average value of a plurality of said temperature difference values as a temperature loss value between said water heater and said water temperature regulating device.
In this example, a plurality of temperature difference values (including the currently detected temperature difference value) stored in the second time period (e.g., 5 days, 7 days, etc.) which is the closest to the time period may be extracted from the memory, and an average value of the plurality of temperature difference values may be calculated as a new temperature loss value between the water heater and the water temperature regulating device.
Of course, the above-mentioned manner of correcting the temperature loss value is only an example, and when the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, other manners of correcting the temperature loss value may be set according to actual situations, for example, a weight is configured for each temperature difference value, the weight is positively correlated with the detected time, that is, the smaller the time (the farther from the current time), the smaller the weight, the larger the time (the closer to the current time), the larger the weight, the sum of a plurality of temperature difference values after the weight is configured is calculated as a new temperature loss value, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. In addition, besides the above-mentioned ways of correcting the temperature loss value, those skilled in the art may also adopt other ways of correcting the temperature loss value according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 209, if it is detected that the generator stops charging the battery, turning off the wireless communication chip, the temperature sensor and the display.
If the generator stops charging the battery, at the moment, the water heater is shut down, the heated water body stops being output, the wireless communication chip can be closed, a wireless communication link with the water heater is disconnected, the temperature sensor is closed, the detection of the temperature of the water body is stopped, the display is closed, and the display of the real-time temperature of the water body is stopped.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
