Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of illustrating the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
An air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner 100 being used to adjust the temperature or humidity of an indoor air environment, etc., will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The air conditioner 100 may be divided into a split air conditioner and an integrated air conditioner, the integrated air conditioner may be a window air conditioner or a mobile air conditioner, the split air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and the following description will be given by taking the effect of the air conditioner 100, specifically, the effect of the indoor unit as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, a plurality of mounting plates 2, and a plurality of air guide grill members 3. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the front panel 11 of the casing 1 is provided with a plurality of spaced air outlets 111, so that the air flow blown out from each air outlet 111 is not affected, and the air supply effect of the air conditioner 100 is not affected, and thus, after the arrangement, compared with the single air outlet 111 in the related art, the air conditioner 100 can have a larger air outlet area, and further the air conditioner 100 has a larger air supply range, and for some air conditioners 100 with a no-wind feeling function, it is beneficial to improve the cooling capability of the air conditioner 100 in the no-wind feeling mode. In the description of the present invention, when the user faces the front panel 11, the direction close to the user is front, and the direction away from the user is rear.
Optionally, the number of the air outlets 111 is not less than four. In a specific application, the arrangement form of the plurality of air outlets 111 is not limited, and the arrangement form should be flexibly selected according to actual requirements, processing difficulty, and the like, for example, the plurality of air outlets 111 may be linearly arranged (for example, the plurality of air outlets 111 may be uniformly arranged at intervals along a straight line in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction), or the plurality of air outlets 111 may be planarly arranged (for example, the plurality of air outlets 111 may be uniformly arranged at intervals in a rectangular area or a circular area). For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the air outlets 111 are divided into a plurality of air outlet groups along the up-down direction, and each air outlet group includes two air outlets 111 spaced apart along the left-right direction. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, six air outlets 111 are disposed on the front panel 11, the six air outlets 111 are divided into three air outlet groups distributed vertically, each air outlet group includes two air outlets 111 spaced apart in the left-right direction, and the two air outlets 111 are symmetrical along the length center line of the air conditioner 100, so that the structure is simple and the appearance is beautiful.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, each mounting plate 2 is provided with at least one vent 21, each mounting plate 2 is spaced apart from the front panel 11 to define an accommodating space 22, a plurality of air guiding grille members 3, a plurality of vents 21 and a plurality of air outlets 111 are in one-to-one correspondence, each air guiding grille member 3 is rotatably provided in the accommodating space 22 defined by the mounting plate 2 where the corresponding vent 21 is located, a rotation center line of each air guiding grille member 3 extends in a front-rear direction, so that the wind direction of the corresponding air outlet 111 can be adjusted by the rotation of the air guiding grille, and the wind blowing mode of the air conditioner 100 can be enriched. It can be understood that, when the mounting plate 2 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 21, the accommodating space 22 defined by the mounting plate 2 and the front panel 11 has a plurality of air guiding grille members 3 corresponding to the ventilation openings 21 of the mounting plate 21 one by one.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, three mounting plates 2 and six air guiding grille members 3 are provided inside the cabinet 1, the three mounting plates 2 are located at the rear side of the front panel 11 and are vertically distributed, each mounting plate 2 is spaced apart from the front panel 11 to define a receiving space 22, wherein the three mounting plates 2 correspond to three air outlet groups, one for one, the three air outlet groups are provided, two air vents 21 are provided on each mounting plate 2, the air guiding grille members 3 are placed in one receiving space 22, the six air vents 21, the six air guiding grille members 3 correspond to the six air outlets 111, so that air flows can flow from the air vents 21 to the air guiding grille members 3, and then be guided by the air guiding grille members 3 and blown out from the air outlets 111, each air guiding grille member 3 can rotate, the rotation center line of the air guiding grille members 3 extends in the front, thereby enriching the blowing form of the air conditioner 100. The installation mode is simple and convenient, and after the air guide grid component 3 is arranged in the accommodating space 22, the installation plate 2 and the front panel 11 can also play a certain protection role on the grid. Of course, after reading the present application, it can be understood that the air outlets 111 may have other arrangement forms, and the number of the mounting plates 2 may be less than the number of the air outlet groups.
According to the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the invention, because the front panel 11 of the casing 1 is provided with the plurality of spaced air outlets 111, the air conditioner 100 can have a larger air outlet area and a larger air supply range; because it has accommodation space 22 to inject between mounting panel 2 and the front panel 11, and wind-guiding grille part 3 rotationally establishes in accommodation space 22, consequently adjustable corresponding air outlet 111's wind direction enriches the air supply form of air conditioner 100, improves the air-out effect of air conditioner 100, and this kind of mounting means is simple and convenient moreover, and mounting panel 2 and front panel 11 still can play certain guard action to wind-guiding grille part 3.
In practical applications, in order to reduce the installation steps of the whole machine and improve the installation efficiency, in some embodiments, at least two installation plates 2 are integrally connected, and at most all installation plates 2 are integrally connected. For example, referring to fig. 11, the three mounting plates 2 are integrally connected, and in particular, in production, the three mounting plates 2 may be integrally formed by injection molding, so that the structure is simple and the processing is convenient.
It should be noted that the specific structure defining the accommodating space 22 is not limited. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 9, the outer peripheral wall of the mounting plate 2 is provided with a flange 23 extending forward, and a free end of the flange 23 abuts against the rear surface of the front panel 11 so that the mounting plate 2 and the front panel 11 define the accommodating space 22, thereby achieving a simple structure and facilitating implementation.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 4 and 9, flanges 23 are provided on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the mounting plate 2, the flanges 23 extend forward and perpendicular to the mounting plate 2, the rear end of the flanges 23 is connected to the mounting plate 2, and the front end of the flanges 23 abuts against the rear surface of the front panel 11, so that the accommodating space 22 can be defined between the mounting plate 2 and the front panel 11, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement. The turn-ups 23 that sets up can improve the structural strength of mounting panel 2 on the one hand, prevents that mounting panel 2 from damaging, and on the other hand still can play sheltering from and the guard action to air guide grid part 3 to a certain extent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the length dimension of the accommodating space 22 in the front-rear direction is greater than the thickness of the air guide grille member 3, so that when the air guide grille member 3 is positioned behind the accommodating space 22, a gap is provided between the air guide grille member 3 and the mounting plate 2 and/or the front panel 11, which is advantageous for enabling the air guide grille member 3 to rotate smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the cabinet 1 further includes a rear panel 12, and the rear panel 12 is provided with an air inlet 121, so that indoor air can enter the air conditioner 100 through the air inlet 121. In practical applications, the rear panel 12 may be connected to the front panel 11 by a snap-fit structure and/or a connector such as a screw, etc. to facilitate assembly.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the air conditioner 100 further includes a heat exchanger 6 and a plurality of fan assemblies 7, the fan assemblies 7 are located at the rear side of the mounting plate 2, the plurality of fan assemblies 7 correspond to the plurality of ventilation openings 21 one to one, the heat exchanger 6 is located between the fan assemblies 7 and the air inlet 121, and a water pan for collecting and discharging condensed water is disposed at the bottom of the heat exchanger 6, so that under the action of the fan assemblies 7, an air flow entering the inside of the air conditioner 100 can exchange heat with the heat exchanger 6, then flows to the ventilation openings 21 of the mounting plate 2 through the fan assemblies 7, and finally is guided by the air guide grille members 3 and then is blown out from the air outlet 111.
In practical application, different air outlets 111 can blow out air flows with different air volumes or different air speeds by adjusting the working states (such as rotating speeds and the like) of different fan assemblies 7, and then different air outlets 111 can have different air outlet temperatures, so that the air conditioner 100 can realize air supply with different temperature senses, and the improvement of the running comfort and the softness of the wind sense of the air conditioner 100 is facilitated.
Specifically, the heat exchanger 6 is a flat plate, and compared with the heat exchanger 6 with an arc structure in the related art, the heat exchanger 6 with the structure can uniformly supply air to the heat exchanger 6, and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. The fan assembly 7 comprises a fan and a fixed blade support, the fan is an axial flow fan, the fixed blade support is located at the air outlet end of the fan, and a fixed blade is arranged on the fixed blade support, so that the air flow blown out by the axial flow fan can be guided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 9 and 10, the mounting post 15 is provided on the rear surface of the front panel 11, the mounting post 15 includes a first connection post 151 and a second connection post 152, one end of the first connection post 151 (i.e., a front end of the first connection post 151) is connected to the rear surface of the front panel 11 and the first connection post 151 extends rearward, one end of the second connection post 152 (i.e., a front end of the second connection post 152) is connected to a rear end surface of the first connection post 151 and the second connection post 152 extends rearward, a cross-sectional area of the second connection post 152 is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the first connection post 151, the mounting plate 2 is provided with a mounting hole 24, the mounting hole 24 is fitted to a peripheral wall of the second connection post 152, a portion of the rear end surface of the first connection post 151 except the portion connected to the second connection post 152 is adapted to restrain the mounting plate 2 to prevent the mounting plate 2 from, therefore, the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
Specifically during the assembly, because the cross-sectional area of second spliced pole 152 is less than the cross-sectional area of first spliced pole 151, consequently can make first spliced pole 151 and second spliced pole 152 roughly form the stair structure in the junction, when mounting panel 2 cup joints on second spliced pole 152 through mounting hole 24, this stair structure can carry on spacingly to mounting panel 2 and make mounting panel 2 and first spliced pole 151 butt to can prevent that mounting panel 2 and front panel 11 from contacting and influence the installation of air guide grille part 3.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, the second connecting column 152 is coaxially disposed with the first connecting column 151, and the outer diameter of the second connecting column 152 is smaller than that of the first connecting column 151, so that the structure is simple and the processing is convenient.
It will be appreciated that the mounting plate 2 and the front panel 11 may not be connected to each other by the above-described structure. For example, the mounting plate 2 may be connected to other components of the air conditioner 100 (e.g., a vane support of the fan assembly 7 or left and right sidewalls of the casing 1).
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air conditioner 100 further includes a plurality of driving motors 4, each of the driving motors 4 is configured to drive the air guiding grille members 3 to rotate, each of the driving motors 4 is configured to correspond to one of the plurality of air guiding grille members 3, each of the driving motors 4 drives the air guiding grille members 3 to rotate through the transmission member 5, and the driving motor 4 is mounted on the mounting plate 2 corresponding to the corresponding air guiding grille member 3 and is disposed adjacent to the corresponding vent 21, that is, the driving motor 4 is configured to drive which air guiding grille member 3 rotates, and then the driving motor 4 is mounted on the mounting plate 2 where the vent 21 corresponding to the air guiding grille member 3 is located and is disposed adjacent to the vent 21. Because different wind guide grille parts 3 correspond to different driving motors 4, the rotation of each wind guide grille part 3 is independent and does not influence each other, thereby enabling the air outlet form of the air conditioner 100 to be more diversified to better match the working mode of the air conditioner 100 and improving the air supply effect of the air conditioner 100.
Because the space inside the casing 1 is usually narrow and the power for driving the air guide grille part 3 to rotate does not need to be too large, in order to improve the space utilization rate and make the structure of the device more compact, the driving motor 4 can adopt a stepping motor, and the stepping motor has the advantages of small volume, low cost and convenient control.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the transmission member 5 includes a first gear 51 and a rack 52, the first gear 51 is rotatably mounted on the mounting plate 2 and connected to the motor shaft of the driving motor 4, the rack 52 is disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the air guide grill member 3 and extends along the circumferential direction of the air guide grill member 3, and the rack 52 is engaged with the first gear 51.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 7, the air guide grill member 3 includes an inner ring 31, an outer ring 32, and a plurality of grill bars 33, the inner ring 31 and the outer ring 32 are both annular, the outer ring 32 is disposed coaxially with the inner ring 31, an inner circumferential wall of the outer ring 32 is spaced from an outer circumferential wall of the inner ring 31, the plurality of grill bars 33 are disposed between the outer ring 32 and the inner ring 31, the plurality of grill bars 33 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the rack 52 is annular, and the rack 52 is disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the outer ring 32, thereby achieving a simple structure. In practical applications, the rack 52 and the air guiding grille member 3 may be an injection molded integral piece, thereby facilitating the manufacturing process.
It should be understood that the transmission component 5 is not limited to the above-mentioned structural form, and for example, a belt transmission, a chain transmission or a link mechanism transmission may also be adopted, and the form can be flexibly selected according to actual requirements or assembly difficulty, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the air conditioner 100 further includes a plurality of motor covers 53, the plurality of motor covers 53 correspond to the plurality of driving motors 4 one by one, each motor cover 53 is mounted on the rear surface of the corresponding mounting plate 2 and defines a mounting space 26 with the mounting plate 2, the driving motor 4 is located in the mounting space 26, and a portion of the first gear 51 protrudes from the mounting space 26 to cooperate with the rack 52, so that the mounting space 26 can protect the driving motor 4 and the first gear 51, and the service life of the device can be prolonged.
During specific assembly, the first gear 51 can be fixedly sleeved on the output shaft of the driving motor 4, then the driving motor 4 is installed on the motor cover 53, and then the motor cover 53 is installed on the installation plate 2, so that the installation is convenient.
