Background
For many years, the shell-and-tube air preheater widely used in the fields of carbon black, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer and the like mainly uses flue gas or tail gas generated in the reaction process for heating air, and hot air returns to a reaction furnace for supporting combustion, thereby achieving the purpose of energy conservation. The existing double-tube plate cooling air pipe system cold air main pipe is generally divided into three parts for convenient transportation to be assembled on site, the occupied space after installation is large, and under most conditions, the connecting pipelines among all devices of a production line are more, the space is small, and great difficulty is brought to installation. If the occupied space of the air preheater equipment is increased, the occupied floor cost of the production line is increased.
Therefore, a cooling air pipe system between double pipe plates of a shell-and-tube high-temperature air preheater needs to be developed, the original cooling air pipe system is optimally designed, the whole size of the pipe system is reduced, the transportation and the installation are more convenient, the floor area of the air preheater equipment is reduced, and the ground cost of the whole production line is reduced.
