The gas burner of claim 4, wherein said inner burner cap (24) comprises an annular inner burner cap body having a central bore (241) with a first end (241a) opposite said secondary air port (212a), a second end (241b) provided with an air guide ramp (242), said air guide ramp (242) being integral with said inner burner cap body and recessed downwardly relative to a top edge of said central bore (241), and said air guide ramp (242) being inclined downwardly from said second end (241b) of said central bore (241) towards said first end (241a) of said central bore (241) and extending in the direction of said secondary air port (212 a).
6. Gas burner according to claim 5, characterized in that said central hole (241) has an elliptical shape.

The gas burner of claim 5, wherein said inner ring injector tube (9) is disposed at the bottom of said base (21) and has an inlet end (91) fixed to the bottom of said outer ring (211) and an outlet end (92) extending into said inner ring mixing ring cavity (212c) and opposite to said air guide ramp (242).
8. The gas burner according to claim 7, characterized in that said inner annular ejector tube (9) is inclined upwards with respect to the horizontal plane from its inlet end (91) to its outlet end (92).

The gas burner of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the outer annular flame cover (23) comprises an outer annular flame cover body, the outer annular flame cover body comprises a first annular top surface (231) and a first inner annular wall (232) and a first outer annular wall (233) which are respectively formed by inclining or vertically extending downward from the inner edge and the outer edge of the first annular top surface (231), the first annular top surface (231) comprises a first flame outlet ring surface (231a) inclining from outside to inside along the circumferential direction, the first flame outlet ring surface (231a) is provided with outer annular flame holes (230) at intervals along the circumferential direction, and each outer annular flame hole (230) inclines in the same direction along the circumferential direction from bottom to top relative to the first flame outlet ring surface (231 a).

The gas burner of any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the inner ring fire cover body comprises a second annular top surface (243), and a second inner ring wall (245) and a second outer ring wall (244) which are respectively formed by inclining or vertically extending downward from the inner edge and the outer edge of the second annular top surface (243), the second annular top surface (243) comprises a second fire ring surface (243a) inclining from outside to inside along the circumferential direction, inner ring fire holes (240) are circumferentially arranged on the second fire ring surface (243a) at intervals, and each inner ring fire hole (240) inclines in the same direction along the circumferential direction from bottom to top relative to the second fire ring surface (243 a).

A gas stove using the gas burner according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising a panel (1), an ignition needle (4), a thermocouple (5) and a liquid bearing disc (3), wherein the panel (1) is provided with a mounting hole (10) for mounting the gas burner (2), the gas stove is characterized in that the liquid bearing disc (3) is arranged on the panel (1) and covers the mounting hole (10), the liquid bearing disc (3) is provided with two positioning holes (311) at the part of the liquid bearing disc (3) covering the mounting hole (10), the ignition needle (4) and the thermocouple (5) are respectively inserted into the mounting hole (10), and the ignition needle (4) and the thermocouple (5) vertically penetrate through the liquid bearing disc (3),
the bottom of the base (21) is provided with a substrate (22), the substrate (22) is respectively provided with an inner ring nozzle (7) and an outer ring nozzle (6) which respectively correspond to the inner ring injection pipe (9) and the outer ring injection pipe (8), the bottom of the substrate (22) which respectively corresponds to the inner ring nozzle (7) and the outer ring nozzle (6) is respectively and fixedly provided with a first limiting column (221) and a second limiting column (222), the first limiting column (221) and the second limiting column (222) can be respectively embedded into the corresponding positioning holes (311), and the first limiting column (221) and the second limiting column (222) are respectively provided with gas pipe channels (221a, 222a) which are used for the corresponding gas pipes to pass through and are communicated with the corresponding nozzles,
