Technical Field

Background
Aiming at the ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides, the generation of nitrogen oxides is reduced from the source and is the most important control means. The flue gas recirculation technology can reduce the oxygen content in the air, create a low-oxygen combustion process and reduce the original generation of nitrogen oxides, and is an important means for realizing stratified combustion. Meanwhile, the flue gas recirculation technology can also influence indexes such as the operating bed temperature of the boiler, the content of ash and slag combustible, the exhaust gas temperature and the like, creates a proper temperature window for the SNCR high-efficiency denitration, and is an important technology for realizing energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection unification.
The typical flue gas recirculation technology is to send a part of low-temperature flue gas at the tail of a boiler into a hearth through a recirculation fan, so that the heat distribution of the boiler is changed, the local combustion temperature is reduced, and the reaction atmosphere is adjusted. For pulverized coal furnaces, flue gas recirculation generally collects flue gas at the exit of the boiler economizer and introduces it into the furnace through a recirculation fan. The recirculation fan can only be used for a short time due to the high temperature of the recirculated flue gas, especially the high concentration of smoke dust; in the environmental protection field of circulating fluidized bed boilers, the flue gas recirculation mostly adopts a mode that flue gas is led out from an outlet of a draught fan and is sent to an inlet of an existing primary fan through a recirculation fan.
The flue gas recirculation technology has some problems in the middle of practical use, such as large amount of recirculated flue gas, high amount of tail flue gas oxygen, adhesion vibration of a primary fan and the like, and influences the high-efficiency and stable operation of the flue gas recirculation system. The air leakage of part of the boiler air preheater is serious, the oxygen content of the flue gas at the tail part of the boiler is 7-10% (even higher), the required recycled flue gas amount can reach more than 20% of the total flue gas amount, the burden of a recycling fan is heavy, the adhesion phenomenon of a primary fan is serious, the vibration of the primary fan is further aggravated, and the like. Therefore, how to reduce the amount of the recycled flue gas, or a technology capable of freely adjusting the oxygen content of the recycled flue gas becomes an important factor for the efficient operation of the flue gas recycling technology.

Furthermore, oxygen in the flue gas is further removed through the deoxygenator, the using amount of the recycled flue gas is reduced, and the burden of a recycling fan is lightened.

The flue gas oxygen content adjusting system 11 comprises a first flue gas flow adjusting valve 5, a second flue gas flow adjusting valve 6 and a deoxygenator 7, wherein a flue gas outlet of the recirculation fan 4 is divided into two paths, one path is connected with the deoxygenator 7 through the first flue gas flow adjusting valve 5, and the other path is connected with the second flue gas adjusting valve 6; and the smoke outlet of the deoxygenator 7 and the outlet of the second smoke regulating valve 6 are both connected with the air inlet of the boiler body 1.
And a flue gas flowmeter 8 and an oxygen sensor 9 are sequentially arranged on a connecting pipeline between an outlet of the flue gas oxygen amount regulating system 11 and the primary air fan 10.
A boiler flue gas recirculation method capable of adjusting oxygen content of flue gas comprises the following steps:
the flow and oxygen content of the recirculated flue gas are controlled by a first flue gas flow regulating valve 5 and a second flue gas flow regulating valve 6;

the target oxygen amount value between the minimum oxygen amount and the maximum oxygen amount can be obtained by properly adjusting the opening degrees of the first adjusting flue gas flow regulating valve 5 and the second flue gas flow regulating valve 6.
The oxygen content of the flue gas passing through the deoxygenator 7 is less than 200ppm, and the oxygen content can be considered as zero basically.
