Abstract
The invention discloses an LED headlamp for realizing the lighting effect of an internal atmosphere, which comprises the following components: the first end of the lower cover is provided with an opening; a lens mounted on the opening of the lower cover; the reflector mounting bracket is arranged on the lower cover; the reflecting mirror is arranged on the reflecting mirror mounting bracket; the circuit board is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned below the reflecting mirror; a light source mounted on the circuit board; the stray light reflecting surface is arranged on the lower cover and can reflect stray light reflected by the reflecting mirror; the stray light reflecting surface faces the upper opening of the lower cover; the upper cover of the lens module is connected with the lower cover and covers the upper opening of the lower cover; the upper cover plaque of the lens, connect with upper cover of the lens module; the upper cover plaque of the lens is made of transparent materials; the upper cover of the mirror module and the decorative plate of the upper cover of the lens are provided with openings, and the openings are light transmission channels; and the rear cover is arranged on the lower cover and positioned at the rear part of the lower cover, and utilizes and collects stray light of the lens module to realize the lighting effect of the atmosphere lamp.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile lamps, and particularly relates to an LED headlamp for realizing internal atmosphere light efficiency.
Background
The full-LED head lamp is gradually the first choice of the mainstream whole automobile factories, and the diversity and modeling plasticity of the lens type LED module are deeply favored by the whole automobile factories and users.
In carrying out the invention, the inventors have found that the prior art has at least the following problems: however, when driving at night, the whole headlamp is not only turned on functionally (for external illumination), but also in a neglected dark state, so that the advantages of the whole LED headlamp are not displayed, and the modeling effect and the aesthetic degree of the whole headlamp are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the LED headlamp capable of realizing the lighting effect of the atmosphere lamp and the lighting effect of the internal atmosphere by utilizing and collecting the stray light of the lens module.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an LED headlamp for realizing an internal atmosphere light effect, comprising:
the first end of the lower cover is provided with an opening;
a lens mounted on the opening of the lower cover;
the reflector mounting bracket is mounted on the lower cover;
the reflector is arranged on the reflector mounting bracket;
the circuit board is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned below the reflecting mirror;
a light source mounted on the circuit board;
the stray light reflecting surface is arranged on the lower cover and can reflect stray light reflected by the reflecting mirror; the stray light reflecting surface is opened towards the upper part of the lower cover;
the lens module upper cover is connected with the lower cover and covers an upper opening of the lower cover;
the upper lens cover decorative plate is connected with the upper lens module cover; the upper cover decorative plate of the lens is made of transparent materials;
openings are formed in the mirror module upper cover and the lens upper cover decorative plate, and the openings are light transmission channels;
and the rear cover is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned at the rear part of the lower cover.
The circuit board is characterized by further comprising a radiator, wherein the radiator is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned at the lower part of the circuit board.
A fan is also provided and is mounted on the rear cover.
The light transmittance of the upper cover decorative plate of the lens is 50% -70%.
The upper cover decorative plate of the lens can adjust the brightness and the light color of ambient light by adding the light diffusion material and the color master.
The light intensity of the atmosphere lamp formed by the stray light reflected by the stray light reflecting surface is below 50 lm.
An auxiliary light source is further arranged on the circuit board, and the auxiliary light source is a single LED or an elongated optical fiber with the power below 0.2W.
The light intensity after superposition of the light source and the stray light meets the requirement of regulations.
One of the above technical schemes has the following advantages or beneficial effects, and utilizes and collects stray light of the lens module to realize the lighting effect of the atmosphere lamp.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an LED headlamp for achieving an internal atmosphere lighting effect has:
the first end of the lower cover is provided with an opening;
a lens mounted on the opening of the lower cover;
the reflector mounting bracket is arranged on the lower cover;
the reflecting mirror is arranged on the reflecting mirror mounting bracket;
the circuit board is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned below the reflecting mirror;
a light source mounted on the circuit board;
the stray light reflecting surface is arranged on the lower cover and can reflect stray light reflected by the reflecting mirror; the stray light reflecting surface faces the upper opening of the lower cover;
the upper cover of the lens module is connected with the lower cover and covers the upper opening of the lower cover;
the upper cover plaque of the lens, connect with upper cover of the lens module; the upper cover plaque of the lens is made of transparent materials;
the upper cover of the mirror module and the decorative plate of the upper cover of the lens are provided with openings, and the openings are light transmission channels;
and the rear cover is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned at the rear part of the lower cover.
The circuit board also comprises a radiator, wherein the radiator is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned at the lower part of the circuit board.
And a fan mounted on the rear cover.
The light transmittance of the upper cover decorative plate of the lens is 50-70%.
The upper cover decorative plate of the lens can adjust the brightness and the light color of ambient light by adding the light diffusion material and the color master. The light intensity of the atmosphere lamp formed by the stray light reflected by the stray light reflecting surface is below 50 lm. An auxiliary light source is also arranged on the circuit board, and the auxiliary light source is a single LED or an elongated optical fiber with the power below 0.2W. The light intensity after superposition of the light source and the stray light meets the requirement of the regulation.
A stray light reflecting surface is newly added on a reflector mounting bracket of the lens module, as shown in FIG. 2. And holes are formed in the middle of the upper cover of the lens module and below the decorative plate of the upper cover of the lens, and a light transmission channel is formed above the reflecting surface and simultaneously serves as a heat dissipation channel of the LED light source. The material of the upper cover decorative plate of the lens is adjusted to be colored transparent PC, the light transmittance is controlled to be about 60%, and the light transmittance of the lens during lighting is ensured. The brightness and the light color of the ambient light can be adjusted by adding the light diffusion material and the color master. The light effect of the atmosphere lamp cannot influence the normal operation of the functional lamp, and the light intensity of the atmosphere lamp is recommended to be controlled below 50 lm.
A group of weak light sources (single LED power is below 0.2W or slender optical fibers) are additionally arranged in the headlamp. The stray light of the lens module is reasonably utilized to realize the atmosphere light effect inside the headlamp. The light source-like design is realized by utilizing the stray light collected by the reflecting surface and the transparent scheme of the upper cover of the lens module. A group of nonfunctional LED weak light sources or slender optical fibers are newly added in the LED headlamp to meet the atmosphere light effect of the decorative effect in the headlamp, but related regulations are not affected.
After adopting foretell structure, the atmosphere light efficiency inside the realization head-light is realized to the stray light of rational utilization lens module, makes the LED head-light demonstrate the design effect of whole lamp at the illumination in-process perfection at night, gives the user a new use experience under the prerequisite that satisfies the illumination.
While the invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of being modified or applied directly to other applications without modification, as long as various insubstantial modifications of the method concept and technical solution of the invention are adopted, all within the scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. An LED headlamp for realizing an internal atmosphere light effect, comprising:
the first end of the lower cover is provided with an opening;
a lens mounted on the opening of the lower cover;
the reflector mounting bracket is mounted on the lower cover;
the reflector is arranged on the reflector mounting bracket;
the circuit board is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned below the reflecting mirror;
a light source mounted on the circuit board;
the stray light reflecting surface is arranged on the lower cover and can reflect stray light reflected by the reflecting mirror; the stray light reflecting surface is opened towards the upper part of the lower cover;
the lens module upper cover is connected with the lower cover and covers an upper opening of the lower cover;
the upper lens cover decorative plate is connected with the upper lens module cover; the upper cover decorative plate of the lens is made of transparent materials;
openings are formed in the upper cover of the lens module and the decorative plate of the upper cover of the lens module, and the openings are light-transmitting channels;
and the rear cover is arranged on the lower cover and is positioned at the rear part of the lower cover.
2. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 1, further comprising a heat sink mounted on the lower cover, the heat sink being located at a lower portion of the circuit board.
3. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 2, further comprising a fan mounted on the rear cover.
4. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 3, wherein the transmittance of the upper cover plate of the lens is 50% to 70%.
5. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting according to claim 4, wherein the lens upper cover trim panel can adjust the brightness and the light color of the atmosphere light by adding a light diffusion material and a color master.
6. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 5, wherein the intensity of the atmosphere lamp formed by the stray light reflected by the stray light reflecting surface is 50lm or less.
7. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 6, wherein an auxiliary light source is further arranged on the circuit board, and the auxiliary light source is a single LED or an elongated fiber with the power below 0.2W.
8. The LED headlamp for realizing the internal atmosphere lighting effect according to claim 7, wherein the light intensity after the superposition of the light source and the stray light satisfies the requirement of the regulations.
