本发明公开了一种智能型的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、太阳能板框架和照明路灯,所述灯杆顶部设有防雨箱,所述所述防雨箱包括防雨箱底板和固定在箱体底部上的透光罩,所述防雨箱底板上焊接有支撑柱和电机支撑架,所述电机支撑架上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的驱动轴端部设有调节主动轮,所述支撑杆上设有调节从动轮,所述调节从动轮与调节主动轮之间相互啮合连接,所述的太阳能板框架底部设有连接板,所述连接板可转动地设置在所述支撑柱的顶端,所述太阳能框架的前侧板下方焊接有一半圆型的齿轮环,所述齿轮环与调节从动轮之间相互啮合连接,本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,能够定时的旋转太阳能板的位置,提高太阳能利用率,智能节能。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能型的太阳能路灯。
背景技术
光伏能源被认为是二十一世纪最重要的新能源,利用太阳能 发电,无可比拟的清洁性、高度的安全性、能源的相对广泛性和充足性、长寿命以及免维护 性等其他常规能源所不具备的优点。
太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池板吸收太阳能供电,蓄电池储存电能,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,由于其稳定性高,安全节能的优点,现已代替传统公用电力照明的路灯,广泛的在各个地点使用。太阳能路灯大多由太阳能板、灯体、灯杆、蓄电池、逆变器等部分组成,现有的太阳能板路灯的太阳能板的位置常常设置成方向固定,由于太阳东升西落,固定的太阳能板无法与太阳一直保持直射状态,光电转化率较低。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种智能型的太阳能路灯,结构简单,能够定时的旋转太阳能板的位置,提高太阳能利用率。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种智能型的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、太阳能板框架和照明路灯,所述照明路灯设置在灯杆上,所述太阳能板框架内设置有太阳能板和光电转换器,所述灯杆底部安装有底座,所述灯杆顶部设有防雨箱,所述所述防雨箱包括防雨箱底板和固定在箱体底部上的透光罩,所述防雨箱底板上焊接有支撑柱和电机支撑架,所述电机支撑架上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的驱动轴端部设有调节主动轮,所述支撑杆上设有调节从动轮,所述调节从动轮与调节主动轮之间相互啮合连接,所述的太阳能板框架底部设有连接板,所述连接板可转动地设置在所述支撑柱的顶端,所述太阳能框架的前侧板下方焊接有一半圆型的齿轮环,所述齿轮环与调节从动轮之间相互啮合连接,所述灯杆内腔内设有控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述太阳能板通过光电转换器电性连接到蓄电池的输入端,所述蓄电池的输出端电性逆变器电性连接到照明路灯,所述驱动电机、蓄电池均与控制器电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述照明路灯上设有光敏传感器,所述光敏传感器与控制器电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述灯杆下部表面上设有一圈压力传感器,所述灯杆上部表面上设有报警器,所述压力传感器、报警器均与控制器电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述底座和灯杆之间设有加强筋,所述加强筋通过螺栓固定在底座上,所述螺栓顶部焊接有螺栓帽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明通过控制器设置定时系统,控制驱动电机的正转和反转,驱动电机带动调节主动轮转动,利用调节主动轮、调节从动轮和齿轮环之间的啮合关系,从而可以定时的改变太阳能板框架的倾斜角度,使得太阳能组件始终与太阳处于直角照射位置,大大提高太阳能的利用率;
(2)通过设置光敏传感器实现现照明路灯低光照环境下的自动点亮,智能节能,压力传感器和报警器能够对太阳能路灯起到一定的保护作用,防止有人恶意的攀爬路灯。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1、图2所示一种智能型的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆1、太阳能板框架2和照明路灯3,所述照明路灯3设置在灯杆1上,所述太阳能板框架2内设置有太阳能板和光电转换器,所述灯杆1底部安装有底座4,所述灯杆1顶部设有防雨箱,所述所述防雨箱包括防雨箱底板5和固定在箱体底部上的透光罩6,所述防雨箱底板上焊接有支撑柱7和电机支撑架8,所述电机支撑架8上设有驱动电机9,所述驱动电机9的驱动轴端部设有调节主动轮10,所述支撑杆7上设有调节从动轮11,所述调节从动轮11与调节主动轮10之间相互啮合连接,所述的太阳能板框架2底部设有连接板12,所述连接板12可转动地设置在所述支撑柱7的顶端,所述太阳能框架2的前侧板下方焊接有一半圆型的齿轮环13,所述齿轮环13与调节从动轮11之间相互啮合连接,所述灯杆1内腔内设有控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述太阳能板通过光电转换器电性连接到蓄电池的输入端,所述蓄电池的输出端电性逆变器电性连接到照明路灯,所述驱动电机、蓄电池均与控制器电性连接。
本发明智能型的太阳能路灯,如图3所示,工作时,太阳能板吸收太阳能,通过光电转换器将太阳能转化成电能储存在蓄电池内,逆变器将蓄电池内的交流电转化成直流电,为照明路灯3提供电能,通过控制器设置定时系统,从而控制驱动电机9的正转和反转,驱动电机9带动调节主动轮10转动,调节主动轮10带动调节从动轮11转动,进一步带动齿轮环13转动,从而改变太阳能板框架2的倾斜角度,使得太阳能组件始终与太阳处于直角照射位置,其中控制器为单片机的微处理器,大大提高太阳能的利用率。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述照明路灯上设有光敏传感器14,所述光敏传感器14与控制器电性连接,光敏传感器14能够检测到光照强度,并将光信号转化为相应的电信号传输给控制器,在亮度降低到一定程度的时候,实现照明路灯3低光照环境下的自动点亮。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述灯杆1下部表面上设有一圈压力传感器15,所述灯杆1上部表面上设有报警器16,所述压力传感器15、报警器16均与控制器电性连接,压力传感器15的设置能够有效的监控是否有人攀爬灯杆,压力传感器15检测到灯杆1的外壁受压,向控制器发送信号,控制器启动报警器16,对攀爬人员做出警示。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述底座4和灯杆1之间设有加强筋17,所述加强筋17通过螺栓18固定在底座4上,所述螺栓18顶部焊接有螺栓帽19,提高底座4与灯杆1之间的连接稳定性。

1.一种智能型的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括灯杆、太阳能板框架和照明路灯,所述照明路灯设置在灯杆上,所述太阳能板框架内设置有太阳能板和光电转换器,所述灯杆底部安装有底座,所述灯杆顶部设有防雨箱,所述所述防雨箱包括防雨箱底板和固定在箱体底部上的透光罩,所述防雨箱底板上焊接有支撑柱和电机支撑架,所述电机支撑架上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的驱动轴端部设有调节主动轮,所述支撑杆上设有调节从动轮,所述调节从动轮与调节主动轮之间相互啮合连接,所述的太阳能板框架底部设有连接板,所述连接板可转动地设置在所述支撑柱的顶端,所述太阳能框架的前侧板下方焊接有一半圆型的齿轮环,所述齿轮环与调节从动轮之间相互啮合连接,所述灯杆内腔内设有控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述太阳能板通过光电转换器电性连接到蓄电池的输入端,所述蓄电池的输出端电性逆变器电性连接到照明路灯,所述驱动电机、蓄电池均与控制器电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的智能型的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述照明路灯上设有光敏传感器,所述光敏传感器与控制器电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的智能型的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述灯杆下部表面上设有一圈压力传感器,所述灯杆上部表面上设有报警器,所述压力传感器、报警器均与控制器电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的智能型的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述底座和灯杆之间设有加强筋,所述加强筋通过螺栓固定在底座上,所述螺栓顶部焊接有螺栓帽。
