the regulating part includes valve rod, well gasket, valve gap, filler, gland, valve-stem nut and hand wheel, a valve rod end connection has the flashboard, the flashboard inserts and installs in the disk seat, the disk seat integral type is installed on the valve body, the valve body top in the valve rod outside is connected with the valve gap, the junction pad of valve gap and valve body has well gasket to seal, a tip of valve rod is connected with the hand wheel after passing the valve gap.
2. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the junction of the valve stem and the valve cover is sealed by a packing over which a packing gland is removably mounted.
3. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the hand wheel is secured in place by a stem nut and stem lock.
4. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the inlet port of the valve body is internally provided with a filter element for filtering the inlet fluid.
5. The multifunctional industrial valve as claimed in claim 4, wherein a top cover for disassembling the filter element is further installed on the valve body on one side of the liquid inlet, and a pressure relief valve for facilitating the disassembly of the top cover is installed on the top cover.
6. The multifunctional industrial valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve body is provided with a valve flap for preventing backflow inside the liquid outlet, and a sealing gasket for maintaining good sealing at the joint is provided at the joint of the valve flap and the valve body.
7. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 6 wherein the flap is mounted to the pod and a spring is mounted at the junction of the flap and the pod to assist in the check of the liquid.
8. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 7 wherein the baffle is conical and an end of the baffle is welded to an inner wall of the outlet.
9. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the inlet and outlet ports are of flanged construction.
10. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the junction of the gate and valve seat is provided with a gasket.
