s1: preparing raw materials, and cutting the raw materials according to actual size requirements. The raw materials comprise radiation-proof aluminum foil cloth, a fireproof felt, fireproof cotton and decorative cloth, a margin of edge covering is reserved when the radiation-proof aluminum foil cloth is cut, and the margin of edge covering is usually 200-300mm reserved at each end.
S2: and (3) laying a curtain surface, namely paving the radiation-proof aluminum foil cloth, the fireproof felt, the fireproof cotton and the decorative cloth from bottom to top in sequence. The peripheries of the fireproof felt and the fireproof cotton are coated by the radiation-proof aluminum foil cloth, and then the cover surface of the decorative cloth is covered, so that the distribution between the layers is more stable.
S3: and (5) sewing the curtain surface, and quilting the laid fireproof roller shutter by using a multi-head sewing machine.
S4: and (3) preparing a pressing strip, cutting the pressing strip according to the required length, setting the length of the pressing strip to correspond to the size of the fireproof rolling curtain, and uniformly drilling a plurality of holes along the length direction of the pressing strip. The distance between adjacent holes is usually controlled between 400 and 600 mm.
S5: and (3) curtain surface pressing, namely pressing a top plate and a bottom plate at the top and the bottom of the quilted fireproof roller shutter, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are respectively distributed at two sides of the fireproof roller shutter through pressing strips and then are pressed and fixed through fixing pieces to form the fireproof roller shutter. Firstly, the pressing strips are correspondingly arranged on two side surfaces of two ends of the fireproof rolling curtain, and then the detection is carried out through a measuring tool, so that the top plate and the bottom plate which are fixedly combined are ensured to be parallel. The distance between the bottom and top plates is typically measured along the extension of the plates using a tape measure and finally further corrected by measuring again the length of the diagonal. After the size detection meets the requirements, the fixing piece is fixed through the fixing piece, the fixing piece comprises a bolt and a rivet, the bolt is firstly used for pre-fixing, and then the rivet is used for further fixing.
S6: the clamping plates are installed, the fireproof rolling curtain is hung by being connected to the fireproof rolling curtain top plate or the fireproof rolling curtain bottom plate through the hoisting device, and the hoisting device generally adopts a winch to hoist the fireproof rolling curtain at two ends of the fireproof rolling curtain top plate or the fireproof rolling curtain bottom plate in the horizontal direction. The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:

s6: the clamping plates are installed, the lifting device is connected to a top plate or a bottom plate of the fireproof rolling curtain to lift the fireproof rolling curtain, then the pressing strips are aligned to two sides of the corresponding height of the fireproof rolling curtain, and the clamping plates are fixed through rivets; when installing the splint, can adopt a plurality of connecting rods, every connecting rod all includes the body of rod (1), sets up and be hooked hook portion (2) in body of rod (1) both ends, and during the use, hook portion (2) of the one end of every connecting rod catches on the layering that the upper end is fixed, and other end hook portion (2) catches on the layering of waiting to install and fix a position.
